我国港口物流发展的实证分析

本文构造了港口物流发展的系统模型和综合评价指标体系,应用该指标体系,对我国上海、广州、天津、深圳等八个港口的物流发展水平进行了实证分析,给出针对性的对策建议。     

Use of Statistics in the Monetary Policy of the Czech National Bank: The Case of a Country in Transition

In the presented text the authors judge the importance of statistics in the monetary policy of the Czech National Bank (CNB) over the course of the economic transformation process, with particular consideration of changing statistical needs and the possibilities and limits of statistical data exploitation in the monetary analyses. The importance of statistics lies on the level of collection and processing of statistical information and on the level of use of statistical methods to analyse data. Since the start of the 1990s the requirements for statistics were significantly influenced by monetary policy. In the period 1990–1997, monetary targeting was the primary influential factor. Since 1998, the monetary policy is influenced by inflation targeting. Statistical priorities switched from monetary data to economy and financial market data. Much progress has been made in the use of statistical methods for analysing data. Statistics available at present cover the CNB's standard monetary-policy requirements and are on par with those in developed countries. Its further development will reflect the standard changes taking place in the more advanced countries.     

基于信息熵赋权的经营业绩指标评价模型

根据评价者需要，选取若干企业(或上市公司)作为被评价系统，建立一种企业经营业绩评价系统的多级多指标决策模型。该模型是在数理统计意义下将每个指标值进行标准规范化处理，用低级指标值通过信息熵自动赋权严生高一级指标值逐级递推，最后给出每个企业相对被评价系统的“理论分布得分”及“直观比较得分”。     

Sequential Malmquist Indices of Productivity Growth: An Application to OECD Industrial Activities

The paper applies both the standard DEA methodology with contemporaneous frontiers and DEA with sequential frontiers to study changes in productivity and efficiency in manufacturing for a sample of eleven OECD countries over a twenty-year period. It uses a decomposition of the industrial Malmquist productivity indices to locate the sources of productivity growth: 'technical progress' and 'catching up.' The alternative indices are interrelated in a unifying framework that provides an interpretation to their difference. We argue that for manufacturing industries, in which technological regress is unlikely to occur, DEA with sequential frontiers provides a more adequate measure for the contribution of technical changes than standard DEA.     

我国铁路行包运输统计指标体系的基本框架研究

铁路行包运输统计指标体系是铁路行包运输统计工作的重要载体.本文分析了当前我国铁路行包运输统计指标体系存在的问题,讨论了铁路运输业统计指标体系的设计原则,设计了铁路行包运输统计指标体系的基本框架.     

客户满意度的模糊综合评判

客户满意度在不同的行业与企业有着不同的定义,其评价标准也难以确定.本文应用多级模糊评价方法对客户满意度进行评价.可保证定性指标向定量的科学转化,方便地应用于实际工作中,使评价具有科学性和合理性.     

低房价房地产开发项目桩基方案优化价值分析

软土地区低房价商品房的开发可行性,很大程度上取决于桩基设计方案。文中以一个小高层商品房的桩基方案优选为对象,基于价值分析法,在桩基工程功能和成本分析的基础上,提出桩基设计方案的价值评价指标,并用于该项目评价,结果与传统对比分析法一致。表明:1)价值分析法适用于桩基方案优选,而且与传统的对比分析法相比,用定量的数据说话,更准确、科学;2)所提出的价值评价指标对该项目是正确适用的。此外,还对该工程其它的桩基设计方案以及价值评价指标的通用公式进行了简要探讨,供进一步研究和同类工程参考。     

对开设股指期货的几点思考

股指期货交易的设立关系到整个证券市场的创新和发展,涉及到修改法规、市场体系划分、合约设计、交易清算运作、风险管理体系等一系列复杂的制度和技术问题,因此必须在广泛调研、认真研究可行方案的前提下,审时度势、循序渐进地加以推进。在此,笔者对我国开展股指期货的场所、股指的编制及交易的风险控制作一粗略探讨。     

氡气场观测数据的统计分析

通过在原状土层中选定测孔进行观测数据的统计分析表明,孔中温度的作用、大气压力的作用、孔中温度与大气压力的交互作用、孔中温度与湿度的交互作用、大气压力与湿度的交互作用及孔中温度、大气压力、湿度三者之间的交互作用对氡气场没有显著影响;湿度对氡气场有显著影响。     

CAIS的评价体系

本文从实践的角度分析了建立CAIS评价体系的必要性。运用信息经济学等学科的理论知识进行了包括定性和定量评价指标的具体标准制定。以定性指标为主，定量指标为辅。构成了一套较为完整且操作性较好的评价体系，力图为CAIS评价探索一条可行的思路。
