国有商业银行股份制改造:目标模式及可操作性步骤

国有商业银行股份制改造的突破口应放在有条件的省级分行，其目标模式应为国有独资总行＋股份制银行＋分支行。其可操作性步骤为：将省级以下分支机构进行重组与兼并；将四大国有商业银行总行改组为四家国有独资总行；对部分条件成熟的省级分行进行股份制改造，使其成为由总行控股的子公司；将符合上市要求的上市发行股票。     

三相12/8极高压开关磁阻电机设计及仿真

根据开关磁阻电机的工作原理及结构,简要概述了电机参数设计方法、注意事项及步骤,给出了一台12/8极高压开关磁阻电机实验样机参数,利用Ansoft/Maxwell软件对电机参数进行了二维全场域的有限元分析和计算。得出了转矩脉动、绕组电流等波形以及电机磁力线分布、磁通密度云图分布。仿真结果和实验结果验证了参数设计方法的正确性,为今后开关磁阻电机的改进和优化提供了依据。     

小功率开关磁阻电机驱动系统设计

介绍了开关磁阻电机的原理以及本次实验所用到的三相12/8极48 V小功率开关磁阻电机,并以ARM单片机STM32F051为控制核心构成了调速系统,按功率变换器设计要求将MOS管并联使用,并根据选用的MOS管介绍它的驱动电路HIP4086,同时简要介绍了开关磁阻电机调速系统的各部分检测电路、保护电路,最后通过观察堵转和额定时SRM相电流和相电压波形以及对波形进行观察、分析,验证了控制器良好的调速性能。     

四川省车用汽油安全风险监测与分析

为了解四川省车用汽油质量安全现状,并为加强车用汽油质量安全监管提供依据,国家石油天然气产品质量监督检验中心在全省范围内采集3种标号共200个批次的车用汽油样品进行监测。结果表明:90号车用汽油质量安全的风险较高,93号车用汽油质量安全的风险较高,97号车用汽油质量存在风险,四川省流通领域的车用汽油质量现状并不乐观,消费者的用油安全存在一定风险。

Efficiency of the Banking Industry Structure in Korea*

This paper analyzes whether the efficiency of the Korean banking industry has improved since the bank restructuring in 1997, and whether a bank with high efficiency has a larger market share. This paper uses an efficient structure hypothesis model to examine the relationship between the banks' efficiencies and their profitability. The data envelopment analysis method is applied to measure the efficiency and profitability of the banking industry in order to minimize possible bias due to the inflow of public funds for the bank consolidation. The two‐step Heckman selection method is used to correct for survivorship bias in the model. The derived result indicates that banks with higher efficiencies tend to record higher profit. Moreover, higher pure technological efficiency and scale efficiency have a positive effect on a bank's market share and concentration.

The Significance of Credit Rationing on Real Investment Activity – A Test for the Significance of Capital-Market Imperfection in Japan

Does bank credit matter to the real investment finance of firms? If so, to what kind of firms does it matter, and why? Despite the progress of research in this field, there is still little empirical consensus on these problems. This paper contributes to the understanding of capital-market imperfection in Japan by answering these questions. I introduce new methods to test the significance of credit rationing and show that bank credit is indeed a very important determinant of real investment activity of small firms. The availability of long-term loans has particularly significant effects on the investment opportunities of small firms, although large firms with capital of more than 1 billion yen are free from credit rationing.
