银行业为何是大赢家?——一个基于竞赛理论的分析

文章以竞赛理论为视角,分析当前我国银行业整体业绩表现突出的原因。得出如下结论:银行业垄断、存贷高利差、信息优势以及货币产品经营者等"先天优势"促成了我国银行业大赢家的局面。这一局面会激励各行业之间展开银行牌照竞赛,产生租金耗散,影响实体经济。文章对此进行分析,并得出结论与政策建议。

近年来，我国民航事业发展如火如荼，旅客增长的无限性与航空公司服务资源有限性的矛盾日益尖锐，运行品质的保证和提升成为各个航空公司关注的热点。福州航空公司作为国内从筹建到运营时间最短的航空公司，保证良好的运行品质对其稳健发展至关重要。首先介绍了航空公司运行品质的定义、内容和提高运行品质的措施；然后定性分析了福州航空运行品质现状，有针对性的提出了六点福州航空公司提高运行品质的优化建议。     

Impact of Financial Development on the Environmental Quality in Iran

In recent decades, undesirable environmental changes, such as global warming and greenhouse gases emission, have raised worldwide concerns. In order to achieve higher growth rate, environmental problems emerged from economic activities have turned into a controversial issue. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of financial development on environmental quality in Iran. For this purpose, the statistical data over the period from 1970 to 2011 were used. Also by using the Auto Regression Model Distributed Lag （ARDL）, short-term and long-term relationships among the variables of model were estimated and analyzed. The results show that financial development accelerates the degradation of the environment; however, the increase in trade openness reduces the damage to environment in Iran. Error correction coefficient shows that in each period, 53% of imbalances would be justified and will approach their long-run procedure. Structural stability tests show that the estimated coefficients were stable over the period.

国家间文化制度差异可以成为专业化分工和比较优势产生的原因之一,且这种差异并不会随着贸易的开展而消除,贸易不能促成国家间文化制度的融合,其巩固国家间文化制度差异,即使存在替代性文化制度均衡且向这种均衡的转变是帕累托改进的;向优等文化制度转变可能发生分配影响,在可能性条件下,雇员在封闭条件下可以通过转变获得福利提升,而雇主则相反.     

Exploring the design of conscious media

Our existing model of media, based upon a consumptive-materialist–atomistic orientation, falls short in seeking to promote mainstream awareness of systemic and integral thinking in society-at-large. This paper presents evolutionary guidance media, a new model for media arising from evolutionary perspectives including systems science, humanistic, transpersonal and integral studies designed to promote planetary consciousness and give rise to an ecological–spiritual–integral mindset. Two key elements of evolutionary guidance media are discussed: a databank containing purposeful data from nine or more dimensions of human activity, and transception, the infusion of cyberception with qualities arising from mutual causality. Specific types of transception are introduced including Gaiaception, Agoraception, and Dharmaception. Organizations and companies already in the process of creating green media, socially responsible media, and spiritual, or transformational media are vanguards of the development of conscious media.

On the causes of increasing world poverty and inequality,or why the Matthew effect prevails

The purpose of this article is to analyse one of the very first European-level instances of trade union and social movement interaction in defence of the public sector, namely, the Coalition for Green and Social Procurement, an alliance of European trade unions and green and social non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and its campaign for an amendment of the new public procurement directives from 2000 to 2003. It will be examined to what extent this campaign was able to change the directives and counter neoliberal restructuring effectively as well as what the possibilities but also limits of trade union and social movement cooperation are as exemplified in this particular case study.     

How does growth need strength influence employee outcomes? The roles of hope,leadership, and cultural value

Abstract

Strong growth need is essential if an employee is to be motivated to complete complex and challenging jobs. It is important for organizations to attract employees with high growth need strength and help them achieve positive outcomes. However, limited research has been conducted to examine the mechanism underlying growth need strength’s positive effect on employee outcomes. Based on hope theory, we hypothesized that hope mediates the effect of growth need strength on job performance and affective commitment by transforming employees’ general desire for personal growth into goal-related cognitive thinking, comprising both ‘will’ and ‘ways’. We further hypothesized the moderating effect of transformational leadership, and the joint moderating effect of transformational leadership and individual power distance on the relationship between growth need strength and hope. We tested our hypotheses with data from a sample of 265 subordinate–supervisor dyads from China. Data analysis results supported the mediating role of hope. We found that growth need strength has a stronger effect on hope when transformational leadership is higher, and this effect is the strongest when both transformational leadership and individual power distance are simultaneously higher. The implications of these findings for human resource management research and practice are discussed.
