‘The Ethics of Managerial Subjectivity’

This paper examines ethics in organizations in relation to the subjectivity of managers. Drawing on the work of Michel Foucault we seek to theorize ethics in terms of the meaning of being a manager who is an active ethical subject. Such a manager is so in relation to the organizational structures and norms that govern the conduct of ethics. Our approach locates ethics in the relation between individual morality and organizationally prescribed principles assumed to guide personal action. In this way we see ethics as a practice that is powerfully intertwined in an individual’s freedom to make choices about what to do and who to be, and the organizational context in which those choices are situated, framed and governed.     

论译者“创造性叛逆”的主体间性特征

随着西方哲学关于主体性研究的发展，翻译中的主体问性研究开始登场。在文学翻译中，译者担负着多重身份，他们对原作的翻译既是“创造性叛逆”，又是一种“误读”，“创造性叛逆”往往寓于误读之中，并以误译的形式出现。译者的“创造性叛逆”是译者主体性的体现，也蕴含了主体间性特征，并且译者的主体性和“创造性叛逆”是以主体间的互动与制约为基础而呈现的。因此，译者的“创造性叛逆”既是一种主体性事实，也是一种主体间性事实。     

La delimitación contingente del espacio organizacional basada en procesos de saber

The aim of this article is to call into question the concept of organization delimited as a social object of discrete character, in order to propose that the organizational space is a product of multiple operations of knowledge that conform and delimit its spatiality in a contingently and current way, according to the knowledge process that are functioning at that time. Going along with this line of thought, we differentiate the roles of the management system, the standardization system and judicial-legal system in the delimitation of the spatiality of the organizational phenomenon and we propose that this delimitation produces a rethinking of the management system as to internal system of the discrete organization. Consequently, this results in rethinking the political dimension that is present in the organizational phenomenon. This also impacts on the processes of including subjects in this complex spatiality. We conclude that the concept of organization as a social object of discrete character is not only insufficient to conceptualize the organizational phenomenon, but is also insufficient as a tool for organized action.     

高职思想政治理论课多维立体评价体系构建探讨——基于学生主体性发展的视角

思想政治理论课传统的评价方式是以教师单一评价主体为特征,重结果而忽视过程,不利于学生主体的发展。文章力图以学生主体性发展为特征,探索多维立体评价体系,从而调动学生学习能动性,促进其思想道德素质的提高。     

主体性视野下高等特殊师范院校听障学生的思想政治教育

马克思认为人的主体性是人作为活动主体的质的规定性，是在与客体相互作用中得到发展的人的自觉能动性和创造性的特性。因此，从本质上说，听障学生同正常学生一样具有人对于学习活动的自主性、能动性和创造性。高等特殊师范院校对听障学生开展思想政治教育工作，要充分认识到兴趣、互动与勤于思考相互促进是听障学生实现自主、能动与创新的有效途径。必须以马克思主义主体性思想为指导，注重听障学生的主体性，充分发挥听障学生的主动性、积极性。发掘学生的潜能。做到乐学、好学、善学，从而全面提高听障学生的思想政治素质。     

论《关雎》英译的解构主义视角

本文作者从解构主义视角对理雅各、韦利、许渊冲和汪榕培与任秀桦等人所译的《关雎》四种不同英文译本中选取的部分内容进行了比较分析与研究。四种译本的风格韵味各有不同,首先表明了译者本人不可避免要受到自身所处时代社会政治经济生活环境和自我身份以及其他因素的影响。任何译者要想将原文《关雎》作为绝对标准而在译文中完全再现是不可能的,因为每位译者都会无一例外地根据自己对《关雎》的解读来进行翻译操作,从而在译入语文本之中＂延异＂出《关雎》原作的新生命。     

“宁可”构式的逻辑归属及语义机制

＂宁可A,也B＂构式中,A和B之间必须构成＂果-因＂关系,这是其核心语义特征。如果具备这一语义条件,＂宁可＂句式基本上就是合理的。在因果关系的基础上,＂宁可＂构式产生了＂选择义＂、＂语义量级＂及＂反预期义＂等语义特征,这些特征源于并体现了说话人的主观性。

自从20世纪70年代西方翻译领域“文化转向”以来，译者逐渐摆脱了“隐形人”的身份，开始走入公众视野，译者的主体性也日益成为翻译研究的重要课题。本文以《2013年政府工作报告》等党政文件为例，分析译者在外事翻译中为更好地传达原文的内涵，更好地为外事活动服务，保证外事翻译的严肃性和翻译效果，是如何发挥其主体性进行翻译的。     

浅谈笔迹检验中鉴定人的主观思维正确发挥

笔迹检验在司法鉴定中占有很大的比重,彰显着十分重要的作用。由于笔迹本身固有的总体特殊性,为笔迹检验提供了条件。与此同时,笔迹检验结论的得出又和鉴定人自身的阅历有关,很大程度上依赖于鉴定人的职业技术水平和经验。这就使得笔迹检验的鉴定结论带上了人的主观思维。因此,如何正确发挥鉴定人的主观思维,减小鉴定人的主观性带给笔迹检验的消极作用才是解决问题的关键。
