浅析回族经济的历史与现状

我国对回族史的研究相对较为薄弱，主要原因是文字资料较少，不少领域，如回族经济史的研究，更旱导薄，竽者查阅相关历史资料，对回族的历史作一简单回顾，并分析了回族经济的历史和现状，以期对回族史研究有所助益。     

我国党群关系与政民关系分析

执政党与民众、政府与民众的关系具有一致性,同时也存在一定的差异性。党群关系的具体安排,主要体现在党的路线、方针、政策和法规中;政民关系的具体安排,主要体现在宪法和法律中。近年来,党的建设虽然不断加强,政府的改革也在不断深化,但是党脱离群众、政府脱离人民的危险并没有从根本上消除,党群关系与政民关系面临着巨大的挑战。     

师德建设需要融入教书育人的全过程

文章论述了教师应该将师德提升寓于教书育人的全过程,并从"以身作则""言传身教""动之以情""晓之以理"四个方面分析,师德建设与教书育人的有机统一性。     

中国古代廉政思想论纲

中国古代思想史中蕴含着丰富的廉政思想，但目前对中国古代廉政思想进行系统论述的文章不多。从考察中国古代廉政思想的基本内涵人手，从伦理道德层面、法制层面、制度层面分析中国古代的以德养廉思想、以法促廉思想、制度保廉思想、勤政为民思想，并对之进行分析评价，以对今天的廉政建设有所启迪。     

Developing Organizational Trust Through Advancement of Employees’ Work Ethic in a Post-Socialist Context

The paper highlights the dependence of the level of organizational trust on work ethic and aims to show that development of trust in organizations can be␣stimulated by raising the level of work ethic with organizational practices. Based on the framework by Kanungo, R. N. and A. M. Jaeger (1990, ‘Introduction: The Need for Indigenous Management In Developing Countries’, in A. M. Jaeger and R. N. Kanungo (eds.), Management in Developing Countries (Routledge, London), pp. 1–23), historical–cultural analysis of the Lithuanian context is carried out. The country is chosen as an example of a post-socialist context where work ethic and trust in the society tended to be rather low. The authors discuss organizational practices, particularly the ones related to people management, which can facilitate development of work ethic, and thus, trust in organizations operating in a post-socialist context. The importance of a processual approach to the development of organizational trust and the ethical content of organizational practices, which are aimed at developing organizational trust is highlighted. Directions for further research are indicated.     

孙中山富民强国的思想及其发展

比较分析了中国近现代史上三位伟人关于富民强国的思想和实践,孙中山是最早倡导中国走社会主义道路的人之一,他用民生主义解释社会主义。毛泽东的功绩在于其率领中国人民站起来了,但在富民强国的道路上却没能走远,这一历史使命是由邓小平付诸实践的。回首这一沧桑历程,我们愈发坚定了中国改革开放、求富求强的决心。     

Tourism Policy Making:: The Policymakers’ Perspectives

This research explores tourism policy making, from the perspectives of policy makers using grounded theory. It focuses on Leeds, a city in the North of England, which is characterized by its turbulent environment. The paper identifies themes around policy making, including low status, lack of clarity, uncertainty, lack of consensus and congruence and complexity. Its findings indicate policy making is essentially a social process, involving communication and negotiation between people in the context of wider change. It suggests a social conceptualization, and further research to investigate the communications involved in producing policy rather than the focus on the tangible outputs of the process such as a plan or a physical development.     

Relationship between the development of ethnic tourism and the protection for regional culture：a case study of Tuwa people

The innocent Tuwa people live in Kanas Lake, a world famous national reserve in northern Xinjiang. With therapid development of tourism today, Tuwa people are finally involved in tourism industry. The development of tourismis a two-edged sword. On the one hand, it boosts the revival of Tuwa culture, provides a large number of employmentopportunities and cross-cultural exchanges, and improves material welfare for Tuwa people. On the other hand, somedisadvantages have also resulted from tourism development, such as the unauthentic exhibition of Tuwa culture, limitedtourists, Tuwa group interaction, and limited material improvement for the Tuwa, etc. This paper takes Tuwa people asa case, illustrates the types, characteristics and the conditions for the development of Tuwa culture, explores the advan-tages and disadvantages resulting from the development of folk-custom tourism industry and then puts forwardsrecommendations on the protection for local cultures as follows： （1） attach great importance to Tuwa culture in thetourism development of Kanas Lake Visitor Attraction; （2） construct the aboriginal village with the consciousness ofprotection; （3） remove the Tuwa village; （4） consummate the management mode and let Tuwa people really benefit fromtourism; （5） restrict the grazing in the scenic spots and protect natural grassland; （6） promote Tuwa people’s ability ofself-supervision and self-management; （7） exhibit Tuwa culture authentically.     

基于“可引导人”假设的世博会和谐管理模式探讨

和谐管理理论提出至今已有20年时间,已初步形成了一套理论体系并为众人所接受。将这一理论用来研究世博会的和谐管理模式,以“可引导人”的假设为出发点,推进世博会相关利益均衡与和谐共赢。
