西北内陆中心城市低收入人口居住空间及其社会效应——以兰州市为例

以兰州市各街道的低收入人口为研究对象,根据2013年6月进行的兰州市居民调查问卷和棚户区统计数据,借助Arc GIS10.0、SPSS平台,综合运用数理统计、反距离空间插值、主成分因子分析和聚类分析等方法,揭示兰州市低收入人口的属性特征、空间分布、聚居类型及社会效应。结果表明:在社会属性方面,低收入人口主要是低龄、低学历、下岗及退休、无职业且家庭结构较复杂人口;在空间分布方面,低收入人口"西高东低"分布不均衡,呈现"多中心"组团结构,"核心—边缘"特点明显;在聚居类型方面,可将其居住空间划分为原住型、流动型和移民型;在社会效应方面,带来空间分异、居住隔离、资源剥夺和公共安全等一系列社会问题,建议通过调整福利政策、倡导混合居住、拓宽就业渠道和加强规划引导等措施加以消解。     

A body without a voice: A literary approach to Linguet's opposition to the physiocrats over the free trade in grain

Abstract

Linguet was a critic of the physiocrats and of what he perceived as the disastrous consequences the liberalisation of the trade in grain on the people. Linguet's rhetorical use of the voice of the people is studied here through its rhetorical device and its fantasmatic and ideological echoes. With his dramatised and polyphonic style Linguet quotes many different protagonists, but he chooses to neuter the people's voice on the rare occasions when it is heard. Despite this rather conventional suppression of the people's voice, Linguet's claims to be a spokesman or advocate of the people are quite convincing. Through his detailed and hyperbolic depiction of the physical suffering of starving people, Linguet shines a light on one of the blind spots of the Physiocratic doctrine which sees no damage in economic prosperity.     

浅析新时期我国高技术产业自主创新能力

由于我国教育制度落后于高技术产业发展,资金来源不足、知识产权保护的法律制度和产权制度的缺陷等原因,使我国高技术产业自主创新能力不强。应培养造就富有创新精神的人才队伍,建立以创业投资为核心的创新投资支撑体系,完善科技资源配置方式,调整高科技园区发展思路,以尽快提升高技术产业自主创新能力。     

中国民营企业对外投资的优势及政策

中国从事对外直接投资的企业大多是国有企业。但是,民营企业经过二十多年的发展,已经成为国民经济的一个重要组成部分。在对外投资方面,民营企业拥有自己的优势。本文首先阐述了民营企业在对外投资中的优势,并提出政府如何推动民营企业对外投资,以促进民营企业对外投资活动的蓬勃发展。     

The dietary and health behaviour of young people aged 18–25 years living independently or in the family home in Liverpool,UK

An individual's dietary habits are largely developed during childhood and adolescence, and are likely to be determined by both nature (the development of sensory perceptions) and nurture (parental influence, and later on the influence of peers). However, diet is likely to evolve throughout the life cycle as circumstances change and new influences are introduced to an individual's lifestyle. An example of this is the changes in diet that occur as a result of the transition young people make away from the family home into independent living. Leaving behind the meals provided and cooked by parents/guardians and learning how to shop on a budget and prepare and cook for themselves may result in the adoption of poor eating habits, which is likely to have a detrimental effect on health. Leaving behind the restrictions of parental control may also result in the adoption of unhealthy lifestyle practices such as smoking and excessive alcohol consumption. This study therefore seeks to investigate the effect of leaving home on a young person's diet and lifestyle. Health behaviour and food intake was assessed by questionnaire. Findings suggest that a young person's diet may change after leaving home, but these changes are not necessarily negative. More negative health behaviour was observed in young people living independently.

探析实现“民富国强”的路径选择

近年来中国GDP总量已经跃升为世界第二大经济体,国力之强盛毋庸置疑。然而,多年来城乡居民收入增长速度跑不赢国家财政收入的增长速度,收入分配不公平引发社会不断扩大的贫富两极分,出现了国强民不富的扭曲效应。因初次分配结构不合理、公共财政发挥的资源配置与收入分配调节效率低下、社会保障及收入分配制度不完善等因素,导致中国经济增长的模式被锁定在一种极不平衡的状态中。为此,探析并选择民富的路径,实现现阶段中国从国强转向民富的发展战略尤为重要。

失去独生子女的父母的养老问题逐渐成为一个日趋急迫的社会问题,也是老龄工作中的新问题。用优势视角基本理念分析失独老人的养老问题,研究他们年老时存在的精神、经济、生活等一系列养老困境及原因。个人、团体、社会应共同帮助他们抚平精神创伤,改变外部环境中的不利因素,使其融入社会,实现个人优势与其生活环境的整合,以逐步帮助他们走出困境,安享晚年。
