新的人民币汇率形成机制下,央行继续维护人民币汇率在合理均衡水平上的基本稳定.但可以预见未来我国汇率的变化的频率将会加快、波动幅度将会扩大,进出口企业面临的汇率风险加大,企业应当通过加速出口产品的结构调整、拓展海外投资、充分利用现有的金融工具等几个方面规避日益增大的汇率风险.     

教育研究的政策价值之反思

教育研究的政策价值是目前颇受关注的教育研究应用功能之一。长期以来,研究人员热衷于政策导向研究,政策部门希望得到结论或者处方,这种研究应用的工具模型带来双方的失望乃至指责。教育研究与教育政策活动是两种不同的社会精神实质和文化,研究在政策过程中的作用不是解释、论证、提供处方,而是启迪观念、推进知识和促进理解。教育研究要实现其政策价值,应当坚持学术批判精神,改进研究方式和提升学术品质。

福建省在财政保障农村义务教育发展方面仍存在一些问题。要使福建省农村义务教育财政方面得到切实的保障,必须从制度方面人手,建立一个完善的绩效管理机制,改革义务教育转移支付模式,利用“低困家庭救助基金”、“教育券”等多元化工具,提高教育经费利用效率,提高农村义务教育产出水平。

在我国,发展循环经济,已经引起了各级政府的高度重视和社会的广泛关注。本文分析了发展循环经济过程中存在的问题,提出了建立和制定各种相关的经济制度和政策,运用税费、投资、消费、信贷、价格等经济手段,促进循环经济发展的对策。     

Business model schema: business model innovation tool based on direct causal mechanisms of profit

ABSTRACT

Defining business model as the logic/mode/way/framework to seek profit/money and glancing at the evolution of concept business, this paper develops a business model schema (BMS) as a holistic two-dimensions multi-level tool/method for business model innovation (BMI) based on the direct causal mechanisms of profit (DCMP). First, this paper takes DCMP as the logical/theoretical framework by which business model innovation process is identified and specified. And according to that process, it develops a BMS, illustrates an example of BMS to show up its practical usefulness, compares the similarities and differences between BMS and the existing powerful one business model canvas (BMC), and finally asserts that BMS must be a good and useful method in theory and practice because it stands on DCMP that ensures the genuine causality of profit and also it turns out practically useful, recalling the Kurt Lewin’s maxim (1945), “There is nothing so practical as a good theory.     

The hidden problem of Facebook and social media at work: What if employees start searching for other jobs?

Companies are increasingly encouraging employees to use Facebook and other social media to interact with coworkers in order to empower collaboration and knowledge sharing. Yet, there is a hidden problem that has been neglected by managers. The more employees interact with coworkers through social media to facilitate their work in the organization, the more likely they are to learn about and become interested in other companies via social media, form new work connections outside the organization, and engage in job search behaviors. The use of social media to facilitate work and benefit organizations could paradoxically risk fostering withdrawal intentions and turnover, which damage organizations. This article provides evidence of this paradox from an empirical study. After having identified the problem, the article proposes both the solutions to avoid and the solutions to adopt, illustrating best practices from successful companies, comparing their benefits and costs, and indicating the situations in which each solution is best implemented. To conclude, I offer 10 recommendations to turn the problem into an opportunity and use social media as an innovative recruitment tool.     

商业银行授信“受理”环节信息失真问题研究

贷前调查的信息真实度决定贷款的质量.现实的情况是,国内一些商业银行公司治理结构形似神不似,信息传递机制建设滞后,导致在授信“受理”环节监督失控,信息失真,引发信贷风险案件,造成损失.本文以信息经济学为指导,结合博弈论和委托代理理论对此问题进行研究分析,建立了贷前调查监督与被监督、贷前调查与信息真实度的函数关系,确定了客户经理的尽职比例,通过计算给出了确保授信质量所需的高质量客户经理的最低比例公式,推出了贷前调查信息真实度计算公式,为防范信贷风险,解决商业银行授信“受理”环节信息识别能力差、监督被动的问题,提供了定量分析的工具.     

A relationship-management assessment tool: Questioning, identifying, and prioritizing critical aspects of customer relationships

With customer-relationship management (CRM) no longer a buzzword among trendsetters, organizations in all types of industries initially rushed to embrace it. Although a seductively attractive concept, the implementation of CRM proved difficult, however, and organizations are struggling with realizing their vision of a CRM organization. To help managers assessing the stage of relationships between their organization and the organization's business customers we consider the automotive industry. Based upon our case organization and its relationships with numerous business customers we develop a practical tool to question, identify, and prioritize critical aspects of customer-relationship management. First, we identify key areas in CRM. Secondly, we investigate how the chosen case organization has managed each of these key CRM areas over a broad range of business-customer relationships. Thirdly, we acknowledge that many organizations simultaneously have different types (transaction-relationship continuum) of business customers. We finish the article with a discussion of the study's limitations, and suggest avenues for future research.

在经济金融对外开放条件下,我国货币政策面临来自国外更多的机遇与挑战。为确保货币政策对我国经济金融的有效调控,必须研究新形势下货币政策各目标之间的相互关系,弄清楚各目标之间产生矛盾的原因,然后在现实基础上对我国传统的货币政策目标进行取舍。

介绍了大客车涂装自动输送系统中为无动力输送设备吊具提供返回行走能量的摩擦轮传动装置的设计与计算,该装置能够对与其接触的吊具摩擦条的位置偏差自动进行找正,以保证摩擦轮与吊具间运动和动力的正常传递。生产实践表明：该装置运行平稳,工作可靠,维修方便。
