浅议高等旅游教育的专业技能操作课

高等旅游教育中，技能专业课具有很强的实践性。从高等旅游教育长期忽视技能操作课所产生的弊端入手，提出重视技能操作的观点，并就此展开论述，从六个方面提出解决的办法。

构建和谐校园是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分,而在此背景下高校开展的诚信教育便成为构建和谐校园的核心内容.由于学生自身和社会的双重因素,导致高校校园中出现的一些非诚信现象,需要校方和社会的共同努力予以完善.     

Developing continuing education is the need of cultivating high-quality technical personnel of enterprises

Based on the needs of personnel training in the sustainable development of enterprises, this paper has researched that cultivating high-quality technical personnel of enterprises is the requirements of the sustainable development of enterprises. Universities in the continuing educational process should establish the basic principles of cultivating high-quality technical personnel of enterprises, and developing continuing education in universities and actively exploring the training mode of high-quality technical personnel of enterprises are proposed.     

An assessment and ranking of barriers to doing environmental business with China

The transfer of environmental goods and services to China will increasingly be of importance to developed nations as the demand for environmental management services increases in China. A review of the literature on technology transfer to China revealed a range of well recognized and commonly known constraints to transferring technologies to China. There were gaps in the literature in relation to the concerns that environmental professionals have regarding technology transfer to China, as there is limited information on the transfer in environmental goods and services to China. A survey of the non‐trade barriers and their practical impact on the transfer of environmental technologies and goods and services to China, focusing on Australian suppliers, was undertaken to address these gaps. The survey, which was developed from barriers to technology transfer already described in the extensive research addressing the wider issues of technology transfer to China, targeted environmental professionals but also included other professionals with interests in transferring environmental goods and services to China. From the survey, the highest priority barriers to transferring environmental goods and service to China were identified, and those that are most likely to limit Australian vendors of environmental goods and services in their technology transfers to China were protection of intellectual property (IP), limitations of the rule of law, fragmentation and bureaucracy of the Chinese government and establishing appropriate level of ownership (of environmental goods and services providers in China). Examples of Australian experience were also examined, which confirmed these barriers to providing the needed technology and innovation to manage China's increasing environmental impacts. The research also shows that the barriers identified do not appear to be unique to transfer of environmental goods and services but rather generic to the transfer and adoption of Australian technology into China. Reorienting consumer education using social learning theory: sustainable development via authentic consumer pedagogy

The paper illustrates the growing interest in understanding consumer behaviour through a social learning theory (SLT) lens, and explains the recently launched United Nations Decade for Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Then, the discussion turns to an overview of a recently developed ESD/SLT integrated theoretical framework, which is then applied to consumer education via an authentic pedagogy. The paper highlights the rich potential of authentic intellectual work in the form of observational learning by augmenting ESD within authentic consumer education curricula.     

农村消费安全与企业社会责任的行为选择

保障农村消费安全是我国社会主义新农村建设过程中的主题之一。长期以来,农村消费安全问题一直是农村市场的薄弱环节,农村消费品市场是假冒伪劣产品的重灾区,解决农村消费安全问题已成为当务之急。本文基于对农村消费安全问题现状及原因的分析,分别从消费者教育,企业诚信经营,企业儒商人格培养,流通组织创新等方面就企业社会责任行为的选择给出了相应的对策建议。     

Does Trade,Technology, or Education Expel Traditional Sectors? Some Evidence from the Collapse of the Silk Sector in South Korea*

Rapid economic growth and development often drives out traditional activities. We determine how increased trade, technology, and access to education in South Korea led to the collapse of its silk sector. Results show that although the imports of silk yarn and fabric reduced domestic silk output and prices, trade liberalization was not the sole contributor to the collapse. Inelastic labor demand for unskilled workers, skill‐biased technology, and especially increased access to education all led to a sharp rise in the relative wage of unskilled workers, and the ensuing rise in production costs contributed to the silk sector's collapse.

本文就大学教育的现实与改革阐述了个人的看法。文章认为教育理念及改革要明确其核心指向和改革的原动力。回顾和讨论了有关通识教育的历史、现状和存在的问题,对于创建世界一流大学、大学的教育质量、教育的现实环境、教学水平评估及课程体系等方面存在的一些现象进行了分析。在对中美高等教育作了简单的对比后,就建立多元化的高等教育体系、小班教学、教育改革的制度配套以及应用型、技术型本科的一些问题提出了看法和建议。     

Ideological maps of consumer education

The case is made for the merit of discovering and owning the ideological and paradigmatic underpinnings of consumer‐related education initiatives. After briefly profiling two camps of dominant and contending/emergent world views (ideologies and attendant paradigms), two ideological maps of consumer education are developed and applied, providing a scaffold for future deliberations about the import of world views in consumer education.
