中国通货膨胀率持久性变化研究及政策含义分析

通胀率持久性在通胀率动态研究中备受学界的关注,并且直接影响现代货币政策传导机制的终解方程式。本文对我国通胀率持久性的统计特性做了严谨的计量检验和分析,应用“格点拔靴(自举)”中值无偏估计和Exp-Wald未知断点检验来捕捉我国物价波动持久性的特征。统计结果显示,通胀率持久性在高通胀时期走高,而在物价波动减小的20世纪90年代中后期显著减弱。我们讨论了这一发现对相关货币政策分析机制的含义。

基于循环修正的城市房地产泡沫程度评价研究

房价高涨引发了学者们对我国城市房地产泡沫的争议。本文将理论研究与实证分析相结合,对我国房地产市场的泡沫程度进行研究,利用客观评价方法——主成分分析法,和主观评价方法——模糊层次分析法,针对我国房地产市场泡沫程度分别进行指标选择和评价,最后利用循环修正的思想对中国城市房地产泡沫评价体系进行修正、校对。通过对35个城市的房地产市场泡沫程度的评价,最后得出结论:35个城市房地产市场存在不同程度的泡沫,沿海城市的泡沫程度高于内陆城市。     

建设工程造价咨询之初步设计评审中的设计概算评审

设计概算是设计文件的重要组成部分,初步设计评审中设计概算的审查是一项必不可少的审查内容。工程造价编制水平的高低从大的方面说直接关系到我国工程造价管理体制改革的继续深入,从小的方面说直接影响工程建设项目的投资决策、建设内容、建设质量标准等。因此,论文就建设工程造价咨询之初步设计评审中设计概算评审方面存在的问题进行了分析研究。     

Towards a Routine External Evaluation Protocol for Small Area Estimation

Statistical criteria are needed by which to evaluate the potential success or failure of applications of small area estimation. A necessary step to achieve this is a protocol—a series of steps—by which to assess whether an instance of small area estimation has given satisfactory results or not. Most customary attempts at evaluation of small area techniques have deficiencies. Often, evaluation is not attempted. Every small area study requires an external evaluation. With proper planning, this can be routinely achieved, although at some cost, amounting to some sacrifice of efficiency of global estimates. We propose a Routine External Evaluation Protocol to allow us to judge whether, in a given survey, small area estimation has led to accurate results and sound inference.     

A new efficient method for estimating the Gerber–Shiu function in the classical risk model

In this paper, we propose a new efficient method for estimating the Gerber–Shiu discounted penalty function in the classical risk model. We develop the Gerber–Shiu function on the Laguerre basis, and then estimate the unknown coefficients based on sample information on claim numbers and individual claim sizes. The convergence rate of the estimate is derived. Some simulation examples are illustrated to show that the estimate performs very well when the sample size is finite. We also show that the proposed estimate outperforms other estimates in the simulation studies.     

NONCONVEXITY OF THE OPTIMAL EXERCISE BOUNDARY FOR AN AMERICAN PUT OPTION ON A DIVIDEND‐PAYING ASSET

We prove that when the dividend rate of the underlying asset following a geometric Brownian motion is slightly larger than the risk‐free interest rate, the optimal exercise boundary of the American put option is not convex.     

BLP模型发展及其在产业组织应用综述

产业组织理论问题的实证研究方面,以往简约式方法侧重于分析变量之间的因果关系,难以辨别问题背后的变化机理,从而影响其在政策评估、福利分析中的应用。近年来,随着新实证产业组织研究范式的兴起,结构模型的研究受到国内外学者的广泛关注,并成为新实证产业组织问题研究的前沿方法。BLP模型基于供需关系估计需求和成本参数,估计得到的结构参数更加贴近现实,能够进行均衡及福利分析,合理地评估产业政策,其应用是新实证产业组织研究的焦点问题。通过全面细致地解释BLP模型的原理、方法、发展脉络和研究现状,分析其特点和优势,梳理了BLP模型的应用领域,为产业组织理论问题的实证研究提供方法依据。最后,根据现有研究提出模型不足以及未来的研究方向。

On the performance of the ordinary least squares method under an error component model

Starting from the one-dimensional results by Wang et al (1994) we consider the performance of the ordinary least squares estimator in comparison to the best linear unbiased estimator under an error component model with random effects in units and time. Upper bounds are derived for the first-order approximation to the difference between both estimators and for the spectral norm of the difference between their dispersion matrices.
