直接转运对供应链的影响和要求

随着供应链管理概念在企业的发展与应用．传统的配送战略在进一步降低物流成本和满足顾客需求上都受到了一定的挑战。本文从直接转运（cross-docking）的涵义和运作特征出发，分析直接转运对供应链中生产商、分销商或配送中心和零售商的影响，并总结直接转运给供应链带来的总体利益，提出供应链主要参与者在实施直接转运方式时，应该从配送中心布局、执行与控制、仓库管理系统、供应链信息沟通和供应链伙伴关系等方面来考虑，从而使直接转运的利益最大化，进一步促进供应链的整合。     

A new bivariate distribution in natural exponential family

We propose a new bivariate distribution following a GLM form i.e., natural exponential family given the constantly correlated covariance matrix. The proposed distribution can represent an independent bivariate gamma distribution as a special case. In order to derive the distribution we utilize an integrating factor method to satisfy the integrability condition of the quasi-score function. The derived distribution becomes a mixture of discrete and absolute continuous distributions. The proposal of our new bivariate distribution will make it possible to develop some bivariate generalized linear models. Further the discrete correlated bivariate distribution will also arise from an independent bivariate Poisson mass function by compounding our proposed distribution (Iwasaki and Tsubaki, 2002).Received March 2003

首先论述了沿江八市（南京、苏州、无锡、常州、镇江、南通、扬州、泰州），实行联合配送的必要性，其次分析了沿江八市实行联合配送的优势条件，探讨了沿江八市实行联合配送的难点之所在及解决办法，最后着重就沿江八市实行联合配送的神经中枢——联合配送信息平台的构建，提出了一些看法和建议。     

The Bell Curve in Psychological Research and Practice: Myth or Reality?

The expression “the bell curve” designs both a kind of statistical distribution and the title of a famous and controversial book by Herrnstein and Murray. The first is so attractive that the second refers to it to give more credibility to its questionable theories on intelligence. The point is that, during the 20th century, the bell curve has assumed a more and more important role in psychological research and practice and have become both a reality and a myth. In the first case (reality) we can assist to appropriate applications of a real useful statistical concept. In the second (myth) we can have two kinds of attitudes: one attitude is typical of those researchers who search for normality in all their data and variables, just as Parsifal used to search for the Holy Graal (we call this “the Parsifal attitude”); the other is typical of those researchers who give normality for granted and act as if it were a Platonic Idea (we call this “the Plato attitude”). The article discusses the role of the normal distribution in psychological research and practice and shows how it can be dangerous to treat the bell curve as a God or an Idol.

根据目前烟草配送的现状和发展趋势，着重介绍和分析了烟草商业配送物流设计中件烟存贮和条烟分拣的基本方式，并对相关主要设备和系统案例进行描述。     

ON THE FIRST–ORDER EFFICIENCY AND ASYMPTOTIC NORMALITY OF MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD ESTIMATORS OBTAINED FROM DEPENDENT OBSERVATIONS

Abstract. In this paper we study the first–order efficiency and asymptotic normality of the maximum likelihood estimator obtained from dependent observations. Our conditions are weaker than usual, in that we do not require convergences in probability to be uniform or third–order derivatives to exist.
The paper builds on Witting and Nolle's result concerning the asymptotic normality of the maximum likelihood estimator obtained from independent and identically distributed observations, and on a martingale theorem by McLeish.     

团队合作中的利益分配机制及其调整过程探讨

本文主要探讨团队合作这种新兴工作机制的利益分配机制,首先提出了两种方法:其一,权的最小平方法,建立在专家评分基础之上,具有一定的主观性;其二,在合作博弈框架之上运用Shapley定理确定分配方案,具有较好的客观性、公正性。本文后一部分主要讨论在使用Shapley定理确定分配方案之后的团队博弈,即一旦团队由合作博弈进入非合作博弈后,团队利益分配是如何进行调整的,以及调整过程中博弈双方的策略变化和这种调整产生的内在机理。     

区域旅游协作的运行模式及利益分配机制研究

针对现有研究的不足,借鉴国外一些学者的研究成果,结合管理学中的利益相关者理论,提出了中国旅游业发展区域旅游协作的运行模式,并针对运行模式中可能出现的利益冲突问题,运用帕雷托模型探讨了中国旅游业发展区域旅游协作的利益分配机制。     

按劳分配与收入公平分配

按劳分配与收入公平分配存在正相关,主要表现在按劳分配存在前提和分配主体转换的公平性、分配依据和利益结构及其主体地位的合理性五个方面.按劳分配的实践与收入公平分配存在负相关,主要表现在由于理解上的偏差、应用中的偏差、实施对象客观条件不同而导致收入分配中事实上的不公平.为了强化按劳分配与收入公平分配的正相关、弱化按劳分配的实践与收入公平分配的负相关,必须采取相应对策.     

对财政分配与价格分配关系的研究

财政分配与价格分配两者之间存在着相互制约的关系,即财政分配制约着价格分配;价格分配也制约着 财政分配,正因为如此,在经济工作中一定要正确处理好相互之间的关系。
