高职计算机网络技术专业教学改革与探索

高职计算机网络技术专业教学改革应遵循以岗位需要为主线、以能力培养为根本、以学生发展为中心、以教学服务为模式的教育理念，打破传统课程原有的学科体系，按照“必需、够用”的原则将课程进行重组与创新，实行整体优化。学历教育应与证书培训有效结合，构筑专业课程新体系，以实现教学环节与毕业生就业的工作岗位零距离对接。

安全是铁路运输生产的生命线和永恒的主题,是铁路各项工作的基石[1]。而铁路工程突发事件是影响铁路运输安全的重要因素之一,本文界定了铁路工程突发事件的概念,分析了铁路工程突发事件的特点,明确了铁路工程突发事件预警体系的目的与功能,探讨了铁路工程突发事件预警体系的构成,分析了铁路工程突发事件预警体系的运行程序。     

Making tax and social security decisions: lean and deskilling in the UK Civil Service

Lean working has had a significant impact on the work skills of civil servants. This study examines the impact of lean specifically focusing on ‘decision‐makers’, those civil servants engaged in deciding tax and social security claims. Using qualitative data from trade union members and stewards in two major government departments, this study found significant evidence of deskilling often in the face of dealing with potentially complex legal and factual issues. Using Mashaw's framework of administrative justice, the article argues that management's use of lean was evidence of an accelerated shift to a managerial model of administering tax and benefits where the administrative processes of decision‐making become paramount at the expense of the quality of the decisions made.     

Globalization,employment relations and human resources indicators in ten developed market economies: international data sets

This paper provides statistical information on internationalization, human resources and labour market outcomes in ten important developed market economies (DMEs). Such data are useful for practitioners and academics who are interested in international HRM. The article's aim is to provide easily accessible statistical tables of selected characteristics, which can be used to draw initial comparisons between countries and to test competing accounts of the impact of globalization on national patterns of employment relations. It includes standard sources so readers can elaborate and update these data.     

基于工作过程导向的《国际结算》课程改革

＂工作过程导向＂教学模式有利于培养学生的职业能力和职业素养,适合于《国际结算》课程的自身特点,符合其教学要求。基于工作过程导向对《国际结算》课程目标定位、课程内容、教学方法以及考评体系四个方面进行改革,对取得《国际结算》课程良好的教学效果具有重要意义。     

Income Polarization of the U.S. Working Class: An Institutionalist View

We provide an institutional insight into the trend of income polarization within the U.S. working class. In contrast to the previous industrial waves, the current and ongoing industrial revolution is characterized by the replacement of “creative destruction” with jobless growth. Instead of replacing the lost jobs with new ones, new disruptive technologies eliminate more jobs in traditional labor and capital-intensive sectors than create jobs in new idea-intensive sectors. By examining the relationship between the income share of the bottom 50 percent, the middle 40 percent, and the top 10 percent and technological progress, we obtain robust econometric results. According to our results, the income polarization among U.S. workers can be associated with the shift of R&D activities from the public to the corporate sector. The concentration of innovations by corporate capital limits the power of society to reduce inequality and to provide greater social stability through “the incredible productivity” of technological progress.

悬移支架是介于大型综采支架和单体液压支柱之间的一种较为新型的支护设备,具有许多无可比拟的优点。太原嘉乐泉煤矿根据井下煤层赋存情况,大胆变革,采用悬移支架代替单体柱Π型梁的支护方式,提高了煤炭资源回收率,大大节约了材料费用,杜绝了顶板事故,取得了良好的效果,对同类条件机械化矿井实现高产高效具有较高的借鉴价值。
