基于工作过程导向的高职酒店管理专业课程体系改革

高职学校应该基于工作过程导向设计与改革酒店管理专业的课程体系,以＂工作过程导向、工作任务引领、课程结构模块＂为课程设计理念,形成以职业活动—工作岗位—工作内容-工作任务为总体构架的＂完整的工作过程＂模块化课程体系。     

高职院校计算机网络技术专业人才培养模式探讨

为满足社会对计算机网络技术专业人才的需求,文章对校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式进行了探讨,提出按照网络协议,结合主流网络产品,由底层到高层进行学习,把协议和网络产品进行对照学习。通过让学生熟练掌握产品的使用方法,使他们能够尽快的上岗就业,同时使其具备坚实的理论知识,为将来的发展打下一个良好的基础。对于"双师型"教师的培养,要做到"请进来,走出去"。     

汽车防撞毫米波雷达系统参数优化设计

通过分析汽车间相对速度和安全距离的关系,提出线性调频连续波（LFMCW）雷达距 离和速度测量指标。根据测量范围及分辨率要求,制定了信号处理指标。分析了雷达前端工 作参数与测量指标及信号处理技术参数间的制约关系。通过分析差拍频率和多普勒频率的范 围 及耦合关系,讨论了前端中心频率和调频频率应满足的关系。通过时频分析研究了测量 分辨率指标与频域分辨率间的关系。协调修订关键参数,采用CZT算法优化信号处理过程。 给 出了系统参数制定的方法和步骤,该方法可准确快速制定LFMCW雷达系统工作参数。

Injury-related absenteeism and job satisfaction: insights from Greek and UK data

Most of the literature on absenteeism suggest that absence from work is a complex issue influenced by multiple causes, both of personal and of organizational nature. Job satisfaction has also been identified as one of the factors affecting an employee's motivation to work attendance. There is no universal agreement concerning the relationship between absenteeism and job satisfaction. Some research have found no correlation between these two variables, whereas other studies indicate a weak relationship between these two variables. It has also been suggested that absence and job satisfaction might be more strongly related under some conditions, for instance in the case of blue-collar workers. There is a lack of attention in the literature, however, to injury-related absenteeism, which is a particular type of absenteeism. This paper attempts to fill this gap and examines the effect of job satisfaction on injury-related absenteeism by using Greek and UK data. The empirical results suggest that there is a negative relationship between injury-related absenteeism and job satisfaction. The paper also discusses possible policy measures towards reducing injury-related absenteeism.     

‘Why Partnership Working Doesn't Work’

Abstract

English public services in general (and health and social care in particular) have become increasingly dominated by the notion of partnership working. Despite this, more recent years have seen something of a reaction against partnerships. This article reviews lessons learned from a case study of a forensic mental health partnership, arguing that the service in question reveals a number of common pitfalls in terms of the way that partnerships are established and put into practice. In many ways, this was not the fault of the case study partnership, but the product of the wider institutional context in which health and social care partnerships have been developed and promoted. Ultimately, the article suggests some additions to the partnership theoretical literature, before concluding that the current concept of partnership working may lose credibility without additional work to clarify its meaning and contribution.

Alternative approaches to discrete working time choice in an AGE framework

We compare two options of integrating discrete working time choice of heterogenous households into a general equilibrium model. The first, known from the literature, produces household heterogeneity through a working time preference parameter. We contrast this with a model that directly incorporates a logit discrete-choice approach into an AGE framework. On the grounds of both calibration consistency and adequate accommodation of within-household interaction, we argue that the logit approach is preferable.
