汽车整车物流的整合及其解决方案研究

本文针对我国汽车整车物流的形势及现状,提出整合是大势所趋,并从宏观与微观方面提出了整车物流企业整合的战略措施.     

磁浮列车无线通信系统中空间分集合并模块的设计与实现

分析了国产磁浮列车车地无线通信系统的信道特性及接收分集合并方案，给出了基于改进型选择性分集合并模块的设计和硬件实现。系统联试现场数据表明，该模块能有效改善系统的传输性能。     

Container Forwarder Operational Management： A Local Vehicle Routing Model

The problem of local container vehicle routing is one of the most important problems for container forwarders in modem container logistics and transportation. The objective of the problem is to minimize the service cost and make the customers not exceed vehicle＇s travel time. in this paper, we propose an optimizing model of local container vehicle routing with time window constraints, which supports rail or maritime intermodal operations. Then we concentrate on developing a GA-TSP algorithm through improving solution encoding, genetic algorithm （GA） operators and involution strategy. Based on the Solomon＇s customer problem, an experimental evaluation of the proposed model is performed. It has been found that the proposed model is potentially efficient and useful in solving local container vehicle routing problems.     

An empirical examination of the currency denomination of trade

The currency denomination of trade has important effects on inflation and the macroeconomic transmission of shocks. This study examines the currency denomination of Italian exports and imports with countries outside the European Union during 2010. By using a unique dataset we find evidence to suggest that invoicing currencies do not always have consistent determinants. Significant effects, new to the literature, include the massive, robust effect of geography and tax treaties, which suggest the importance of information asymmetry. The distance between trading partners has one of the largest marginal effects, increasing the likelihood of vehicle currency use relative to the euro.     

基于专利分析的国内外新能源汽车技术发展现状对比研究

通过对国际及国内新能源汽车相关专利进行检索,运用专利计量方法和深度挖掘,对国际新能源汽车技术发展现状进行分析,并对比了我国新能源汽车技术水平及其与国际上的差距,为中国新能源汽车企业的技术研究和产品开发,以及相关行业监管部门制定战略提供专利信息支撑服务。     

新能源汽车企业R&D投入与税收政策的关联关系

以2012—2014年中国17家新能源汽车上市公司的R&D投入和税收收入等数据为原始数据,将研发支出占营业收入比例作为参考序列,运用灰色关联度模型分析企业所得税、增值税和消费税3个主要税种与新能源汽车企业R&D投入的关联关系。结果表明:消费税与新能源汽车企业R&D投入的关联度最高,其次是所得税、增值税。最后,针对企业所得税、增值税和消费税分别提出了税收政策改革建议。     

The illusion of no control: management control systems facilitating autonomous motivation in university research

Autonomous motivation, a fundamental factor influencing research success, can be undermined when people feel pressured, managed or controlled. So how do universities – which are under increasing external pressure to manage research activities to produce outcomes – exert management control without threatening the autonomous motivation of their researchers? We address this question through an exploratory case study of the management control systems used in two university faculties. Our results confirm the importance of autonomous motivation in driving researchers’ activity and show how incentives, performance evaluation and cultural–administrative structures can be designed to not only preserve, but also enhance and leverage this motivation.     

蚁群算法解决有时间窗的车辆优化调度问题研究

有时间窗的车辆路径问题（Vehicle Routing Problem With Time Windows，VRPTW）属于NP-Hard问题，严格的时间约束使VRFTW非常复杂。应用蚁群算法（Ant Colony Algorithm,ACA）思想来解决VRPTW。对已有蚁群算法解决车辆路径优化问题（VRP）的模型进行改进，对算法中相应的转移规则和轨迹更新规则进行了重新设定，改进了算法转移策略和信息素更新策略。给出了算法的实现步骤。通过算例分析，将计算结果与遗传算法（GA）和粒子群算法（PSO）作了比较，对模型和算法的正确性、高效性、适用性进行了验证。实验结果表明，ACA可以快速、有效求得VRFTW的优化解，是求解VRFTW的一个较好方案。     

基于蚁群算法的装车地直达重载运输优化模型求解算法研究

针对装车地直达重载运输优化模型变量多,结构复杂,用传统数学方法难以求解的困难,构建了一类解构造图来描述该问题,并采用蚁群算法来求解.仿真试验结果表明,该算法具有较好的寻优能力,是解决装车地直达重载运输优化问题的有效算法.
