工作场所越轨行为的形态、员工反应与组织对策

工作场所越轨行为是指组织成员有意采取的针对其他组织成员或组织财物的违反组织重要主流规范的行为。本文旨在探讨当前工作场所越轨行为的形态特征、员工的反应以及工作场所越轨行为与组织对策间的关系。通过对580名员工的问卷调查,研究发现:(1)生产型过失、损公肥私与合作破坏行为是最常见的工作场所越轨行为类型;(2)员工最不能容忍的是违法行为与合作破坏行为;(3)视情形而定与沉默是员工较可能采取的对工作场所越轨行为的反应方式;(4)曝光与存档有利于防控生产型过失、损公肥私与合作破坏行为,定向引导有助于防控违法行为。     

Marketing Relationship Management: Antecedents to Survival and Dissolution

ABSTRACT

Though investing in relationships in order to continue them seems intuitive, is every relationship worth further investment? For those partnerships in unstable conditions, it is important to know which ones are headed for dissolution and which ones have the potential to survive.

In addition to assessing the economic value of continuing a partnership, this paper argues that the behavioral quality of a relationship should also be considered if relationship management is to be successful. A Partnership Survival Framework (PSF) is offered, wherein conflict response behaviors are shown to be predictive of not only survival but also the quality of a relationship. Here, the PSF is proposed and tested. Support is found for the framework and theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.     

困境与回应：罗尔斯对“原初状态”理论的修正

＂原初状态＂理论既是罗尔斯正义理论的逻辑起点,又是罗尔斯正义原则的论证方法,其要素包括选项预设、信息预设、主体预设、环境预设、心理预设五个方面。虽然罗尔斯的正义理论行文结构严谨,论证审慎小心,结论豁达易行,但他的＂原初状态＂理论同样受到＂社群主义＂和＂自由主义＂的批判。前者批评的焦点集中在契约各方——主体的假设上,后者则集中在社会合作必要性、可能性和利益性方面。出于对以上批评的回应,罗尔斯对＂原初状态＂理论的三个方面即理论适用范围、社会特征、契约主体作了认真的修正,以期进一步增强理论的说服力。     

Aggregate supply response in Tanzanian agriculture

Tanzania is among the many African countries that have engaged in agricultural liberalization since the mid-1980s. in the hope that reforms that introduce price incentives and efficient marketing will encourage producers to respond. This paper assesses that claim by examining the supply response of agricultural output in Tanzania. Our estimates suggest that aggregate agricultural supply response is quite high so that the potential for agricultural sector response to liberalization of agricultural prices and marketing may be quite significant. The long-run elasticity of aggregate food crop output to relative prices was almost unity. Short-run supply responses were estimated at about 0.35 for aggregate food crops and for all (food and export) crops. Liberalization of agricultural markets, where it increases the effective prices paid to farmers, can be effective in promoting production, although complementary interventions, to improve infrastructure, marketing, access to inputs and credit, improved production technology etc, are probably necessary.     

应对美国对华贸易保护政策的路径选择

文章指出,金融危机以来,伴随着全球贸易的急剧萎缩,贸易保护主义也风起云涌,特别是美国等一些西方国家近期针对中国的贸易保护措施更是纷纷出台,对我国经济发展造成了不利影响,成为我国经济发展的一个制约因素。文章认为,面对日益严重的贸易保护主义,政府、企业应采取积极的应对措施,建立健全贸易救济系统、充分利用WTO争端解决机制、实现对外贸易保护前置化和鼓励创立自主品牌等,以突破美国对华贸易保护的藩篱。     

金融业国际化发展与经济竞争力——基于浙江视角的实证研究

浙江省金融业国际化通过多种效应对经济产生重要的拉动作用。本文利用2006年1月至2009年12月的月度时间序列数据,对变量进行了Granger因果关系检验,建立了基于VEC模型的脉冲响应函数,对浙江经济竞争力对金融业国际化发展的动态响应结果进行了分析。检验结果表明,浙江省金融业的国际化发展有利于浙江省经济竞争力的提高。基于上述结论,本文提出了浙江金融业国际化发展的对策建议。

Catalytic defiance as a crisis communication strategy: The risk of pursuing long-term objectives

In 2014, Dairy Khoury, a medium-sized family dairy located in Lebanon, was accused of using a health-threatening carcinogenic substance as a preservative in its products. The news created an immediate food safety concern and a product harm crisis, resulting in dramatic reputation loss and operational risks to Dairy Khoury. In this article, we analyze Dairy Khoury’s response to the product harm crisis through an examination of the communication strategies used to address internal and external stakeholders. We then introduce traditional corrective action response strategies from the crisis communication literature. In the Dairy Khoury case study, the company opted to defend its reputation and clarify the misunderstanding using catalytic defiance, a long-term crisis response strategy. Our analysis provides insight regarding the risks and benefits of pursuing long-term versus short-term strategies during crisis recovery. This article contributes to crisis communication theory and practice and sheds light on the dynamics of crisis management in family businesses.     

国际油价波动对中国宏观经济影响的实证分析

运用格兰杰因果检验结合脉冲响应函数,来实证分析国际油价波动分别对中国宏观经济的五个变量——消费(C)、投资(I)、政府支出(G)、出口(EX)、进口(IM)的影响;同时,针对油价波动对国民经济各方面产生的影响,提出了一些建议和对策。     

我国房地产价格影响因素及其作用效应的计量检验

目前,房地产价格的过快增长已经成为影响民生的突出问题,房地产价格的增长远远超过了居民消费和收入水平的增长。我国政府已经将遏制部分城市房价过快上涨势头、满足人民群众的基本住房需求、促进房地产市场平稳健康发展作为房地产市场的宏观调控目标。因此对房地产价格的影响因素进行实证研究,可以为我国宏观政策的制定与实施提供经验证据。
