基于改进遗传算法的多式联运路径优化研究

文中以荣森物流公司为研究背景,针对多运输方式多路径问题,提出一种改进的遗传算法,可同时解决运输方式的选择和路径的规划问题。通过建立多式联运路径优化模型,采用多参数编码方式,从而解决该类问题,同时为多式联运的相关决策和组织提供参考依据。     

物流需求量灰色马尔科夫模型预测

针对物流信息的不确定性与复杂性,用灰色马尔科夫模型对黑龙江省物流需求的指标量"货运量"与"货物周转量"进行了预测。预测结果为黑龙江省物流产业的发展政策及物流基础设施的规划和设计提供了决策依据,对提高黑龙江省物流产业的发展水平具有一定的参考意义。     

基于模糊熵和多目标规划的公路货运交通枢纽布局模型

针对货运交通枢纽布局问题,首先利用模糊熵获得指标的权重,集结指标值后得到备选交通枢纽的综合评价值,建立一个多目标规划模型来最小化交通成本,最大化建设枢纽的综合评价值,求解后确定货运枢纽的位置、数量、容量等级。     

铁路货运站适应能力分析与对策

铁路货运站是铁路货物运输的起点和终点,大力提升铁路货运站适应能力是顺利实施铁路货运改革的重要基础。文章统筹考虑全国主要货运站存在的主要问题,从运转设备能力和货运设施能力两个层面分析铁路货运站的适应性问题即货运站适应能力,提出具体的提升铁路货运站适应能力的对策及建议。     

Time-varying road network design for urban hazmat transportation

Hazmat transportation in cities faces significant risks that may cause catastrophic losses to humans. From the perspective of the regulator, the main responsibility is to mitigate hazmat transport risk by determining the availability of road networks to hazmat carriers. Based on the time-variant population distribution, the hazmat transport risk was assessed via the total population exposure associated with the resident and variable populations at different times. We propose a risk-minimizing urban hazmat road network design model for multiple types of hazmats, considering time-varying traffic. The model was applied to a realistic case study of hazmat transportation in a densely populated urban area with complex traffic in Shanghai, China.     

Life cycle assessment in the food supply chain: a case study

This research aims at assessing the environmental impact of the poultry supply chain from cradle to grave using case study research and also life cycle assessment (LCA). While a limited number of generic poultry production LCA studies have been published, fewer yet assess the whole process of a specific organisation, none comparing the increased impact of further processing. Our results show that irrespectively of the impact assessment method utilised, the process of producing portions is considerably higher in total environmental impact due to the extra raw material required to produce the same mass into retail. Our research contributes to the growing number of LCA studies and could be used by practitioners for comparison against national and international averages. From a theoretical point of view, this research provides new insights into the relationship between vertically integrated supply chains and environmental performance which has not been examined in the past.     

国际货运代理选择的模糊多属性决策折中比值法

经济全球化的趋势和我国对外贸易的发展,使国际货运代理越来越重要,选择合适的国际货运代理对企业从事国际贸易至关重要。文中将国际货运代理选择问题归结为一类典型的模糊多属性决策问题,进而提出相应的模糊多属性决策折中比值求解方法,既权衡了最优方案与正、负理想解之间的距离,又利用折中系数反映决策者的主观态度,使决策更具柔性,更贴近实际。文中还对一个具体国际货运代理选择问题进行了计算与分析研究。     

物流系统货物损失分析及模糊综合评价

针对我国物流系统货物损失现状,阐述了物流系统货物损失的概念、种类及影响,提出了应用模糊综合评价方法评判物流系统货物损失的思路与方法。     

国外铁路物流中心发展经验借鉴

我国铁路物流中心的建设尚处起步阶段,真正的物流中心还没有完全形成,初具物流中心雏形的也数量不多,多为地方性物流中心。文章通过分析美国、德国、日本铁路运营管理模式、物流中心建设以及运营方面的成功经验,分别对其经验进行总结分析。基于铁路货运发展方式的转变以及综合物流的新环境,结合我国铁路物流中心建设情况,将国外先进的经验与我国铁路物流发展特征相结合,提出为促进我国铁路物流中心快速发展可采取的措施和建议,不仅用于铁路物流中心的建设、运营,也可以促进我国铁路货运向现代物流的发展。
