基于RMP分析的历史文化街区文创产业发展研究

近年来,国内历史文化街区作为区域旅游的重要资源,吸引了大量的游客涌入。而注重文化创意、用户体验的文创产业以历史文化街区为载体得到飞速发展。以RMP模式为基础,从资源(Resource)、市场(Market)、和产品(Product)三个方面出发,通过文献回顾、资料整理和消费者访谈的方式初步选取了影响历史文化街区文创产业发展的游客动机、资源条件等要素,针对这些要素设计了选项、指标及问卷,以福州市三坊七巷为实证研究案例进行调研分析,探讨历史文化街区文创产业发展的策略。     

旅游特色街区业态比较研究——以张家界溪布街和桂林阳朔西街为例

旅游特色街区是指以城镇景观、历史、文化等特色为吸引物,具有住宿、餐饮、购物、娱乐、文化休闲等多方面功能设施的商业街区。通过对旅游特色街区、业态等概念的文献研究,结合张家界溪布街和桂林阳朔西街的业态实地调研,对两地的业态进行了比较,内容包括业态构成、布局、管理等,并试图为张家界溪布街向成功案例阳朔西街学习并借鉴业态经验提供了建议。     

我国都市文化旅游特色街区发展的问题与对策——以上海市甜爱路为例

都市文化旅游特色街区是以都市文化特色为依托,集都市观光、休闲、购物、文化体验为一体的都市综合性活动场所,是城市自然环境与文化内涵的有效融合,对储存、流传、创新都市文化,提升都市经济、休闲与产业功能,创造良好的都市旅游品牌具有重要的意义。伴随着我国都市旅游功能的不断转型,都市文化旅游特色街区的发展日益受到重视。本文以上海市甜爱路为例,通过实地调研后对我国都市文化旅游特色街区发展面临的主要问题及提升路径进行了探讨,以期为我国同类街区发展提供借鉴与参考。     

园林砌块小建筑中的方钢梁柱加固施工法

物园小建筑用砌块更好,简便易行,在园林坡地上建造较为节省,用方钢构架焊牢在砌块洞中,成为梁、柱连接加固体系,替代山体中的现浇混凝土笼舍,简化了施工,是动物界饲养笼舍的推广性设计方式。

节能减排、保护耕地、保护环境是我国的国策。农村民居的建设的主要耗材是黏土砖。大量烧制黏土砖,会毁坏耕地、污染环境、消耗大量能源。文章就如何在农村民居中推广使用小砌块墙体进行探讨。     

城市文化特色街区旅游开发存在问题及优化对策——以南京夫子庙为例

城市文化特色街区一般都拥有丰厚的历史文化底蕴,在此基础上又具备旅游、观光、休闲和购物等功能,成为集城市代表性文化、商业发展于一体的城市地标性观光旅游、休闲娱乐场所。本文以南京夫子庙为例,在概述城市文化特色街区的基础上,分析其具有交通便利、文化深厚、商业氛围浓郁、民俗风情突出、名胜古迹众多等特征,进而总结其开发中存在的问题,针对问题提出优化发展对1策。作者通过实地走访调研,初步探讨了南京夫子庙的优化开发策略,以期为同类型的城市文化特色街区的优化开发提供参考意见。     

小型砌块填充外墙质量通病施工成因探讨

从施工现场材料选择、施工工艺存在的常见问题等方面分析小型砌块墙体开裂、渗漏质量通病的成因,并根据笔者工作经验提出减少质量通病的构造等防范措施。     

On the dynamic effects of global commodities on stock market blocks in Africa

This article explores the commodity–equity links in the Africa markets by distinguishing between short- to long-run co-movements driven by market shocks. Using the value-weighted average method, available Africa’s stock markets are aggregated into four market blocks. Global oil and gold returns are used as proxies for commodities. Coherency between pairs of markets is examined with the use of continuous Morlet wavelet transform. Results reveal abstemiously high degree of co-movements between the commodity–equity markets in the short- to medium-term frequencies with nonhomogenous lead–lag nexuses, signifying greater benefits of diversification in the long-term. These findings provide investors with relevant strategies for hedging.     

Rank tests and random blocking of classified data

From the literature on nonparametric rank tests, limiting distributions of Wilcoxon's test tor symmetry and ot Friedman's test for treatment effect are known for observations that are classified in blocks. It is assumed that there is no interaction between blocks and treatments. In the case of fixed blocks this assumption is quite reasonable, in the case of random blocks it is not, as the presence of a random interaction does not make testing for treatment effect superfluous. For classified, categorical data in random blocks the limiting distribution will be derived in this paper of Wilcoxon's rank test in a model which includes a random interaction between blocks and treatments.
An illustration is given by some data from a judgement comparison experiment for the image quality of Video Long Play discs.     

Log–Linear Mixed Models for Categorical Data

A method for construction of mixed models for categorical responses is described and its use is exemplified for three experimental designs: the repeated–measurements design, the change–over design and a design used for measurement of inter–observer agreement. The method may be viewed as an extension of the standard log–linear model methodology.
