投资者借贷投资是现代金融市场的常态.信息不对称及其带来的风险收益不对称和风险转移问题,会造成资产价格泡沫.文章引入贷款价值比进一步扩展了Allen -Gale模型,并用贷款价值比的动态变化来说明资产价格泡沫生成的内在机理及其所产生的影响;通过对贷款价值比动态调整的模拟得出:贷款价值比越大,资产价格泡沫越大.因此,降低贷款价值比是遏制资产价格泡沫膨胀的关键. 相似文献

Although previous research has highlighted that virtual reality (VR) technologies can enhance customer experience, the efficacy of VR technologies in real estate remains unclear. Therefore, this study examines the effects of offering consumers a non-immersive VR experience via a widely available technology, that allows them to view real estate products. Participants accessed the website of a real estate agency that presented apartments through either static photos or interactive 360° visits. The latter condition was associated with better “visiting” experiences and more positive attitudes toward both the products and the agency. The Principles of Corporate Governance require that business conduct conform to the law. In recent years, news reports of
business misconduct have cast doubt on a conclusion that conformity is the prevalent practice. This article explores the influence
of law on business conduct by comparing the law’s requirements and purposes with actual business conduct in the market. Specifically,
it explores whether certain legal regimes are more effective than others in inducing greater commitment to legal compliance
by corporate actors. The conclusion drawn is that the prevalent legal regime – a vague common law or legislative mandate –
is typically associated with corporate conduct that evades or ignores the law’s mandate or its underlying purpose.

本文认为,品牌形象影响并决定着人们的购买和消费行为,独特的品牌形象可以帮助企业确立品牌定位,阻止品牌竞争,改善品牌的市场表现。品牌形象由品牌表现、品牌个性、公司形象三个维度构成,三者不存在层级关系。其中,品牌表现是影响消费者行为倾向的主要因素;品牌个性影响消费者行为倾向,但影响程度较弱;公司形象通过品牌表现和品牌个性间接影响消费者行为倾向,对消费者行为倾向无显著影响。文章提出,企业可以通过三种品牌形象进行品牌定位,即品牌功能属性定位、品牌个性定位、公司形象定位,品牌形象管理即企业进行品牌定位的过程。对于中国企业来讲,品牌个性和公司形象的定位更值得关注。开发独特的品牌形象,建立吸引人的差异化的品牌形象的品牌战略,加强企业品牌形象的推广,是提高顾客忠诚度的根本途径。 相似文献

Trust has been identified as the key to e-commerce because it is crucial wherever uncertainty and interdependence exist. The strong association between a high level of trust and the banking sector has not yet been fully translated in the electronic world. The aim of this article is to develop and validate a multi-dimensional model of trust for Internet banking. The data are collected through 441 Internet banking users of Halifax Bank of Scotland. Findings suggest that trust and perceived risk are direct antecedents of intention, and trust is a multi-dimensional construct with three antecedents: perceived trustworthiness, perceived security, and perceived privacy. 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the relations between organizational commitment (OC) dimensions and two focal and discretionary behaviours (intention to stay and organizational citizenship behaviour). Drawing on a sample of 310 Spanish employees of small services firms, this research reveals that in contrast to recent findings that detected a nonlinear (inverted U-shaped) relationship between continuance commitment and intention to stay, the form of the relationships between OC dimensions and the proposed outcomes is linear rather than nonlinear. Furthermore, when dividing continuance commitment into two subcomponents, the research results indicate that the dimension associated with commitment based on few existing employment alternatives is significantly, negatively and linearly related to intention to stay and organizational citizenship behaviour. This suggests that the three-component model of OC suffers from a conceptual inconsistency, which is further discussed. 相似文献

The aim of this study was to explore whether identifiable victim and processing fluency effects would be confirmed in the context of a charity ad encouraging viewers to help a victim in need. The processing fluency was examined by both objective fluency data captured by eye movement and subjective experiences of processing fluency. An eye-tracking experiment (N = 197) found a message that was easy to process required little time to process. A one-way multivariate analysis of variance revealed that participants in the identified victim condition experienced a greater fluency. A victim’s sad face versus happy face caused viewers’ emotional contagion into the victim’s negative emotional state, and this negative affect guided information processing. The objective fluency was found to mediate the effect of viewers’ negative affect on their sympathetic state, which in turn led to a greater willingness to help the victim in need. 相似文献

ABSTRACT This article extends the knowledge in the area of empowerment of Chinese service employees by addressing the possible conceptual and methodological problems identified in Hui, Au, and Fock's (2004) study. The findings show that the lack of positive effect of discretionary empowerment on the job satisfaction and intention to comply with customer request of the Chinese subjects in Hui et al.'s (2004) study likely resulted from their use of hotel/hospitality management students as subjects. Without the confounding effect from the shared internalized values of the subjects, discretionary empowerment can have a positive effect on the job satisfaction and job behavior (e.g., intention to comply with customer request) of Chinese service employees. Furthermore, the findings show that explicit management support can further enhance the positive effect of discretionary empowerment on the job satisfaction and job behavior of Chinese service employees. The current article also discusses the theoretical contributions, managerial implications, limitations of the study, and future research directions. 相似文献
