谈旅游投诉及旅行社服务对策

旅游投诉随着旅游业的发展而逐渐增加,旅游投诉现象,可分为旅行社管理原因引起的投诉和非旅行社方面引起的投诉等。对引起旅游投诉的原因和游客的投诉心理进行深层次的分析,提出加强旅游服务意识,加强旅游服务管理,提高旅游服务质量,建立旅游投诉的处理机制等旅行社服务对策。     

学生管理创新应用研究

教师肩负着教育引导学生,培养他们树立正确的世界观、道德观、人生观、价值观的重任,化学教师如何在教学工作中融入传统教育的管理与创新应用,似乎一直是个比较难解的题。为此,笔者通过多年教学中总结的一些经验与同行分享。希望有更多的人关注在理化生等理科学科中,对学生进行有效引导与教育,帮他们走上成才之路。     

关于我系如何培养高素质团总支、学生会学生干部的思考

系团总支、学生会中的学生干部是系学生中的突出群体,在服务同学、协助学校管理、构建和谐校园的各项工作中具有十分重要的作用,是系人才培养和各项建设的重要部分。加强团总支、学生会学生干部队伍的素质培养,是系精神文明建设、系风学风建设和学生思想政治教育工作的重要环节。本文结合作者实际工作体会,分析了系团总支、学生会学生干部的特点,指出存在的问题,探索了培养高素质团总支、学生会学生干部的方式方法,对系学生干部的培养和校园文化建设具有积极的现实意义。     

Competing priorities as constraints in event travel careers

An event travel career is a potentially lifelong pattern of travel to events linked with an individual’s preferred leisure activity. This paper applies the concept of an event travel career to non-elite triathletes. For these active sport tourists, ongoing pursuit of an event travel career is arguably constrained by competing priorities that intervene between everyday life and their pursuit of an event travel career. In-depth interviews were conducted with 21 triathletes identified as pursuing an event travel career. Interpretive analysis revealed seven domains of competing priorities that could work to constrain their event travel career aspirations. These domains included familial relationships, domestic responsibilities, sociability, finances, leisure, wellbeing, and work/education. The seven competing priority domains were interrelated, and cyclical in their constraining effects. Data assisted in clarifying some defining characteristics of the event travel career concept, and challenged notions of leisure participation as entirely positive and fulfilling.     

Predictive Power of Personal Factors in Studying Students' Perception of Sales Profession in Poland

Since Poland has become a member of the European Union, free market activities have increased dramatically. The purpose of this study is to explore university students' perceptions of personal selling as a career in Poland. Using logistic regression and Z-test methodologies, we analyzed the perceptions of 114 students. The results confirm the findings of previous studies that personal factors play a significant role in predicting students' perception of sales profession as a career. The findings presented in this study show that Polish students have a biased perception about sales as a career; however, interestingly, few dimensions show a significant effect. Understanding students' perceptions of the sales profession will help corporate recruiters achieve their goals by selecting those students most likely to excel in sales careers.

发展学生个性是促进学生全面发展的需要,是实施生本教育的需要,是培养创新型人才的需要。教学中发展学生个性的策略是:转变观念,树立健全的学生观;尊重学生,提供适合个性发展的良好环境和机制;追求卓越,做有个性的教师。     

高等院校足球文化氛围的研究

我国足球水平总上不去，与足球文化氛围不太好有着紧密关系。足球文化氛围先要搞好了，参加足球活动的人增加，踢足球的人多，人才辈出，成绩提高也就水到渠成。校园足球文化应该像金字塔一样，重点在基层。自下而上，形成各班、年级、系部、学校等层面。可以开展小规模的友谊赛，也可以开展中等规模及体协牵头的各种类型的比赛，最高层则是学校的足球联赛。同时领导重视，各职能部门大力支持，体育教学部全力以赴，学生会积极协助，共同努力，才能使校园足球文化蓬勃发展。高校的学生既是运动员的摇篮又是社会的未来精英，高校足球文化氛围的提高，将会对我国足球水平的提高有很大的推进作用。     

Different but Similar: Social Comparison of Travel Motives Among Tourists

Although previous research suggests that people prefer to think of themselves as being authentic (or individualistic) travellers rather than stereotyped tourists, there have been few studies investigating the external validity of such claim. This paper addresses this research gap by investigating tendencies to dissociate the self from typical tourists in terms of travel motivation. Findings suggest that people perceive their own travel motives to be different from those who they perceive as typical tourists and that these tendencies generalize across people involved in different forms of tourism. This paper discusses the results from a social psychological perspective and provides implications for future research and destination management alike. © 2014 The Authors. 论农业文化遗产旅游的法制保障

农业文化遗产不同于传统的农业遗产,是指历史传承至今的农业技术、农业物种、农业景观与农业文化。农业文化遗产具有复合性、活态性的特点。农业文化遗产旅游具有战略意义,农业文化遗产旅游的保护与农民民生相关。建议完善农业文化遗产旅游立法,规范传统农业文化遗产旅游的开发管理,重视社区参与,保障农民民生,保护农业文化遗产的知识产权。
