Exploring heritage tourism performance improvement for making sustainable development strategies using the hybrid-modified MADM model

Industrial heritage tourism has become increasingly popular in recent years. However, strategies for improving the industrial heritage tourism development-related performances are still an underdeveloped research topic academically. Therefore, this study’s purpose is to explore the feasibility performance-improving strategies using a hybrid-modified multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) based on the DEMATEL technique in constructing the influential network relation map (INRM) and in determining the influential weights of DANP. Then, the modified VIKOR method is combined with the influential weights of DANP, performance gaps were identified, and then the most effective strategies for improving tourism development-related performance at industrial heritage sites can be generated using INRM. Finally, an empirical real case study of a rehabilitated gold-mining site of Taiwan is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the hybrid-modified MADM model. According to the results, the decision-makers should highly prioritize improving high-priority criteria such as ‘social usefulness’, ‘resource integration’, ‘destination policy and development’, ‘economic development’, ‘cultural links’, ‘cultural learning’, and ‘natural landscape resources’ in advance to successfully achieving the aspired performance levels. Additionally, this study suggests meaningful industrial heritage tourism performance improvement strategies that have been rehabilitated throughout the world.     

商业银行竞争力评价——基于ANP模型的研究

本文利用ANP模型建立商业银行竞争力评价模型,评价过程和结果表明:对商业银行竞争力的评价需要将绩效、资源、管理和创新等多个方面综合起来,立足于现实竞争力,同时放眼未来考虑其可持续发展的能力。商业银行竞争力评价除了要考察其可量化的指标之外,定性指标也必不可少,通过专家访谈或者客户问卷调查,可以保证定性指标的客观性和可比较性。本文在评价过程中除了考虑到评价指标间和银行间的相互依存关系,还加入了银行对指标的反支配作用。在已上市的国有商业银行中,工商银行竞争实力最强,中国银行次之,建设银行、交通银行、农业银行分别列三、四、五位。     

制造企业供应商选择的可靠性方法研究

针对供应商的失效风险,提出了基于可靠性的供应商选择方法.首先提出了供应商选择的可靠性指标体系,然后基于ANP方法和0-1整数规划提出供应商选择方法.该方法通过ANP方法能充分考虑指标之间的相互影响与制约关系,对各供应商的可靠性进行合理评价;进一步利用模糊数来衡量模糊和不确定指标,以可靠性为目标函数建立模糊o-1整数规划确定最佳的供应商组合.     

高校教师专业发展能力的评价研究——基于柔性协商与ANP集成方法

本文建立了高校教师专业发展能力评价指标体系,引入柔性协商因子,将两方评价主体(校方和教师方)的意见进行综合权衡,进而采用ANP法构建了网络结构模型,并通过运算确定了各项指标的权重,最后进行了应用分析。     

台湾国际观光饭店网路行销关键影响因素之分析

“我们相信,信息革命与网路空间将会实质性地改变行销的环境,并且在传统价值的过程中,令各厂商的财富重新洗牌”。饭店与台湾观光及商务行为一直都是密不可分的,而在21世纪信息爆炸的时期,饭店应如何顺应网路市场的需求,从中获取潜在顾客,正是现今企业重要的议题;正因为因特网蓬勃发展,网路市场不断成长,产生了许多商业机会与利润,这也是为何现今网路行销成为企业研究重要的课题之一。本研究将以McCarthy以及Philip Kotler所提出的行销组合作为分析架构,并利用网路程序分析法ANP（Analytic Network Process）理论以及专家问卷,分别针对饭店业者、专家学者以及官方代表进行分析,探讨饭店业者经由网路将通过何种因素影响其选择性,并分析其因素比重优先级。经由ANP研究方法不但可清楚地知道其因素权重值,更可作为未来规划饭店网路行销策略时的依据。本研究发现在饭店业者、专家学者与官方代表所注重之因素是有差异的,而在综合三个领域的样本中,构面排序几乎为同等重要、在因素排序相对重要程度中前五名为公共关系——企业形象、人员——专业性、产品——理性型产品、促销——折扣或折让、促销——网路广告。     

基于ANP灰色关联的电力用户重要性评估

鉴于用户的分级管理过程需要对电力用户进行全面和客观的重要性评估,从用户可靠性要求和供电中断危害程度2个方面对用户的重要性进行了考察。在总结用户停电的影响及其关系的基础上,提出了用户重要性的评价指标体系,并利用网络层次分析法（ANP）对各指标进行赋权后,运用灰色关联对用户的重要性作出评估。实例分析验证了该评估方法的实用性和有效性。     

基于价值工程的城市基础设施投资效果评价研究

以北京市为例构建了城市基础设施整体投资效果评价模型:首先通过功能分析构造城市基础设施投资效果评价指标体系;接着利用网络层次分析法,借助于Super Decision软件计算出各指标的权重;最后利用价值工程法计算城市基础设施投资效果值。本模型实现了主观分析和客观分析、定性分析与定量分析的结合,并为定量化分析城市基础设施这类复杂的社会经济问题提供了借鉴思路。     

Developing a core competency model of innovative culinary development

This research investigates core competencies of innovative culinary development (ICD) by deep interviews, Delphi and Analytic Network Process (ANP). Stage I of this research employs a Delphi study that involves 16 participants to provide initial innovative culinary competencies based on 20 interviews of executive chefs, R&D managers and culinary artists. After gaining the consensus from the experts, dimensions and items of competencies are identified during Stage II. Also, ANP is adopted to determine the relative weights among the competency criteria and emphasize the interdependent relationships, thus increasing the accuracy of the results.     

基于ANP的救灾物流系统能力评价及算例

文中首先构建一个救灾物流系统能力指标体系,其次,基于ANP对指标体系进行评价,使用Super Decision软件进行相关运算,得出各指标的权重,最后进行综合评价,得出该系统的优劣,找出现实救灾物流系统存在的问题,为进一步提高救灾决策能力提供一定的建议。     

A hybrid fuzzy MCDM approach for mitigating airport congestion: A case in Ninoy Aquino International Airport

In this paper, we introduce the application of an integrated fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model to mitigate airport congestion which affects the on-time performance of airlines, operational reputation of airports, and air travel experience of passengers. In a classical approach, when congestion occurs at the destination airport while the aircraft is en-route, an air traffic flow management action is prompted for implementation. In selecting the most suitable action in the event of airport congestion, the decision must reflect the multiple criteria nature of the problem as well as the uncertainty and vagueness associated with the decision-making process; thus, an integrated fuzzy MCDM is adopted. The applicability of the proposed approach is demonstrated in a case study at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. It is found that stakeholders of the commercial aviation industry favored to apply rerouting, among other actions, as this satisfies aviation safety as the most prioritized criterion.
