The Relation of Knowledge Management and the Effect of Knowledge Spillover of MNCs

This paper studies the relation between knowledge management and the effect of knowledge spillover of MNCs. Then it provides a system to evaluate the relation in MNCs. So in this respect this paper would make some innovations in academic and practical fields on quantitative study on ANP model.     

Identifying the preferable bancassurance alliance structure from the bank's executive management perspective: analytic network process application

This paper identifies the preferable bancassurance alliance structure from the bank's executive management perspective in the Taiwan area. In combination with the relevant literature and interviews with experts, this study adopts the modified Delphi method and the analytic network process (ANP) to construct an evaluation method and to determine ANP effectiveness. The results indicate that executives of banks and insurance companies most prefer financial holding companies. In this study, we apply ANP to construct an evaluation method and introduce four criteria and ten subcriteria for evaluating six alternative bancassurance alliance models. 基于战略匹配和层次分析的企业IT治理关键问题决策

企业战略与IT战略之间的匹配是确保IT治理取得良好绩效的重要前提。企业的IT治理必须完成五个关键问题的决策。为有效地将战略对应的思想转化为量化模型,支持企业决策,本文引入网络层次分析法模拟企业战略与IT战略之间的匹配关系,分别借用Porter的战略管理理论和Henderson的战略匹配模型代表企业战略和IT战略,提出了基于战略匹配的企业IT治理五个关键问题决策模型,并通过实例分析与运算验证了该模型的有效性。     

基于ANP的国有森工集团经营绩效监测研究

首先构建了国有森工集团经营绩效监测体系,确定了经营绩效监测方法,应用ANP确定了监测指标的优势度;然后通过实证分析,输出龙江森工集团经营绩效的监测结果,对经营绩效进行综合评价。研究结果表明:第一,经营绩效监测指标体系中不同指标具有不同的优势度和贡献度,其协同作用反映了森工集团的整体经营绩效;第二,自天保工程实施以来(2001²011)龙江森工集团经营绩效呈现显著上升态势,企业整体生产运营健康、有序、稳固;第三,从经营绩效监测结果来看,国有森工集团森林旅游、林下经济等生态型特色优势产业发展取得积极进展,替代互补优势逐步显现。     

An Analytic Network Process model for financial-crisis forecasting

We discuss and develop an imbalance-crisis turning point model to forecast the likelihood of a financial crisis based on an Analytic Network Process framework. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) is a general theory of relative measurement used to derive composite-priority-ratio scales from individual-ratio scales that represent relative influence of factors that interact with respect to control criteria. Through its supermatrix, which is composed of matrices of column priorities, the ANP framework captures the outcome of dependence and feedback within and between clusters of explanatory factors. We argue that our framework is more flexible and is more comprehensive than traditional methods and previous models. We illustrate how the ANP model would be implemented for forecasting the probability of crises.     

基于ANP方法的CMI供应商选择评价研究

目前.逆向物流已成为物流管理中一个令人注目的新领域。与正向物流相比,逆向物流所涉及的物料大多是一些低价值,甚至是负价值物品,配送费和存储价值要远高于其自身残存价值,如果采用与正向物流相同的存储配送模式必然难以实现成本有效性。本文介绍了逆向物流管理中一种全新的理念:收集商管理库存(CMI),对其运作特点和思想方法作了详细解释,并建立了一套CMI供应商评价指标体系。结合某大型汽车生产企业选择CMI供应商的实际问题,建立了以ANP理论为基础的选择模型,并利用Super Decision决策软件求解。求解过程显示,应用ANP方法对候选企业进行筛选排序,解决了评价指标中同层次各因素的相互影响以及不同层次间反馈作用的问题,可以帮助决策者简便、有效地决策。     

Assessment of safety culture among job positions in high-rise construction: a hybrid fuzzy multi criteria decision-making (FMCDM) approach

The construction industry is known as one of the most dangerous industries, which not only requires sound operation of executive laws and regulations, but also necessitates the safety culture of all workers at workshops. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify the factors of safety culture and ranking occupations in jobsites based on those factors in order to proactively improve the safety culture of construction projects and subsequently promote safety conditions and worksites. In this study, safety culture criteria are weighted by a combination of Fuzzy Decision Trail and Evaluation Laboratory and Fuzzy ANP methods. Next, different job positions in high-rise projects are ranked using the Fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method. Findings demonstrated that the project manager, site superintendent and supervisor occupations had the highest and labourers had the lowest level of safety culture in the high-rise construction industry. Furthermore, factors such as safety supervision and training must be considered more seriously in order to create a positive safety culture among workers.     

An analytic network process approach to partner selection for acquisition and development

To cope with rapid technological change and the increasing R&D costs during a period of decreasing technology and product life cycles, acquisition and development (A&D) has been suggested to be an important method for high-tech firms to achieve higher economic returns. However, few studies have examined the operational problems of choosing a compatible A&D candidate from a pool of potential A&D candidates. To address this limitation, this study proposes an approach based on the analytic network process (ANP) to rank a set of potential A&D candidates within a multivariate set of attributes systematically. A total of 25 criteria were identified and used to construct the ANP model in which the final selection is based on the resulting priorities assigned to the A&D candidates. A case study of a semiconductor manufacturing company was conducted to illustrate the application of the proposed approach. The results indicated that the proposed ANP method can aid in A&D decision-making problems systematically.     

Critical factors for implementing a programme for international MICE professionals: a hybrid MCDM model combining DEMATEL and ANP

The study was performed to identify critical factors driving the implementation of an English-medium instruction programme for the training of international professionals to serve in the MICE industry. A hybrid multiple criteria decision-making model, termed the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL)-based analytic network process (ANP), was used to prioritize the complexity of influential factors interwoven in the process of implementing the programme. The DEMATEL-based ANP employed by the study can be extended to evaluate priority factors critical to the implementation of similar programmes in other tertiary settings, as it will formulate a set of procedural guideline for implementers to systematically improve and sustain the implementation effort. Results of the study will lead to a number of practical, managerial, methodological and research implications.
