基于动漫开发的客家文化旅游开发研究

客家文化旅游在"客家热"和文化旅游背景下蓬勃发展。本文分析了客家文化旅游发展历程、开发特征及客家文化旅游产品开发存在的问题,阐述了客家文化旅游动漫产品开发的主要特征及开发意义,从客家文化旅游动漫的开发内容、产品营销、衍生产品开发及动漫产业链构建的角度提出了客家文化旅游动漫产品开发的构想。     

基于社会责任和合法性视角的民营企业文化建设

民营企业文化建设是管理理论界一直关注的管理理论问题,也是民营企业管理者不断探索的管理实践问题。基于企业社会责任理论和合法性理论,本文分析了民营企业文化建设的现存问题,并提出了指导性的政策建议。     

非正式机制在预防犯罪中的应用

我国重视采取正式机制来预防犯罪，却忽视了非正式机制预防犯罪的重要作用，与此相应的是犯罪愈来愈成为难以解决的社会问题。单纯依靠正式机制很难有效地抑制犯罪行为的发生，而非正式机制在这方面则有着难以估量的作用。在犯罪预防中应重视对非正式机制的运用，主要从加强传统文化教育、注重利用媒体介质、加强道德教育等方面入手。     

International mergers and acquisitions in the UK 1985-94: a comparison of national HRM practices

The paper investigates HRM practices adopted by companies from the USA, Japan, Germany and France in UK companies that they have acquired. UK/UK acquisitions are used as a control. The research is based on a survey instrument applied to 201 companies and interviews with forty. It notes that there is some convergence of HRM practices, in that, for example, all countries researched employ performance-related pay and increase the amount of training in their new subsidiaries. It finds, however, that there is a distinct difference in the HRM practices employed by companies from each of the countries, influenced by the characteristic HR practices common to companies in the country of origin of the parent.     

Impact of culture on marketing strategy: Introduction to the special issue

This special issue of the Journal of Business Research features eleven articles selected from the papers presented during the fourth meeting of the Royal Bank International Research Seminar which took place in Montreal at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, September 23 and 24, 2007. They cover topics related to culture and marketing communications, consumer socialization, materialism, identity and religiosity, service quality, language effects, consumer revenge behavior and government actions.     

Checkmating the Consumer: Passive Consumption and the Economic Devaluation of Culture

Early neoclassical economics embodied a gendered symbolic system that devalued consumption and enabled economists to ignore a basic contradiction underlying their treatment of consumption. According to consumer-sovereignty dogma, the consumer determined which firms would survive by actively pursuing maximum individual utility. While this consumer retained the culturally masculine attributes of initiative and agency, consumption itself was devalued because, from a systemic point of view, it is not important which firms survive. At the macro level, consumption was marginalized through Say's law, which holds that excessive acquisition of commodities for consumption is potentially dangerous, because saving and investment drive the economy. The rise of mass consumption and Keynesian macroeconomics threw into question the cultural gendering of consumption – which had acquired feminine attributes like passivity and frivolity – and rendered the neoclassical devaluing of it increasingly untenable. The postwar, neoclassical synthesis and subsequent developments have reinstated the pre-Keynesian gendering of consumption and devaluation of culture.     

城市本土文化的发掘与发扬对城市发展的促进作用

全球化是人类社会发展的必然,在全球化过程中,城市受到巨大的冲击.全球化背景下城市的发展存在趋同与求异两种趋势,并且两种趋势并重.世界潮流,浩浩荡荡,顺之才昌,我们只有趋同,才能更好融入世界,才能获得更快发展;同样越是自然的才越是人类的,越是民族的才越是世界的,我们只有求异,才能在发展过程中不迷失自我,不盲目随从,才能获得更好发展.在具有五千年辉煌灿烂的文明史的泱泱大国,雄厚的文化底蕴是我们最大的瑰宝,充分挖掘城市的本土文化,将之应用到城市发展规划中去,指导城市发展,是我们义不客辞的责任.我国有众多历史文化名城保护不善,或年久失修,或因为建设性破坏而面目全非,失去了其"历史真实性、生活真实性、风貌完整性",亟待整治.只有充分挖掘文化内涵、保持优良传统,达到历史与现代的完美融合,才是城市的最佳发展.     

基于决策树技术的信息化项目文化冲突研究

企业在信息化项目实施的各个环节中普遍存在各种各样的冲突．对冲突进行有效识别，依据冲突类型选择合适的对策．是降低项目风险、实现项目效益的关键。信息化项目的高复杂性、高风险性对项目的冲突管理提出了较高的要求．目前对信息化项目中的冲突管理研究较多集中于管理理念和理论分析层面。结合文化冲突特点的实证研究较少。决策树方法是数据挖掘及数据分析中广泛应用的技术。具有清晰直观、易于解释的优点。本文通过决策树C5．0算法，尝试运用数据挖掘技术进行文化冲突研究。通过对项目中6种冲突管理决策类型的分析，提供了依据冲突情景选择应对策略的分类决策方法。实验证明，该方法可行。本研究为我国企业在信息化项目中遇到的冲突问题。提供了应对方法，同时也扩展了数据挖掘决策树技术的应用领域。     

关公文化主题旅游协作联盟的构建研究

主题性旅游协作联盟是一种新型的旅游合作战略模式,其协作基础为相似的空间认知要素、现代化的信息技术支撑和物态化的整合营销品牌。本文选取关公文化作为研究对象,从组织体系、产业集群、品牌营销、保障机制等方面进行主题性旅游协作联盟的构建。     

汪道昆散文中的徽文化特质

汪道昆是明代中后期与王世贞、李攀龙鼎足而三的文坛领袖人物。汪道昆本人来自徽州、出身徽商家庭,深受徽文化影响。徽商的经商生活及徽商的商业伦理道德、徽州人"聚族而居"的特点、新安理学思想的影响等在汪道昆的散文里得到鲜明地体现。独特的地域文化造就了汪道昆,同时又使得汪道昆的散文打上了深深的地域文化烙印。
