政策调控下房地产经纪企业的应对策略

持续加压的调控政策使我国房地产经纪企业危机重重、甚至破产。研究调控政策对我国房地产经纪企业的规律性影响,并积极进行战略调整应对其带来的风险是一个亟待解决的问题。构建调控政策对房地产经纪企业的影响机理模型,分析调控政策冲击下我国房地产经纪企业现状和战略机会,根据房地产经纪企业的发展逻辑构建基于核心能力的应对调控风险的发展战略框架、战略内容和具体措施。本研究的意义在于进一步丰富了关于房地产调控政策的理论内涵,可为我国房地产经纪企业应对调控风险、实施战略调整提供理论依据。     

Rising prices and coping strategies of urban families in India

This study examines how Indian urban households coped with rising prices over the period 1995–1996 to 1999–2000. It provides evidence of cost of living indices and the coping strategies of urban households belonging to different income groups. Although there has been a lively debate on inflation and related issues, most of the studies were macro studies, which have not paid explicit attention to the impact of rising prices on the coping and financial management responses of the affected families. This paper is a part of a larger cross‐sectional study on the impact of rising prices on quality of life and financial management practices of Indian urban households belonging to five different income groups. This paper provides the evidence on cost of living indices and the coping strategies adopted by these households to combat an otherwise hostile economic environment. It found that the impact of cost of living indices differs across different income groups depending upon the composition of the consumption basket and the proportion of expenditure incurred on specific items of that basket. It is also observed that rational responses of households played an important role in coping with increased cost of living. The evidence suggests that a wide range of coping strategies is adopted by households such as consumption reallocation and seeking increased earning opportunities as part of their backward and forward coping strategies.     

非英语专业大学生英语学习现状调查及应对策略

本文采用问卷调查和座谈的形式,通过描述性统计和定量分析,对我院2011级非英语专业大学新生的英语学习现状进行了调查.通过数据分析,进一步了解了大学生在英语学习中存在的问题和困惑,并在调查分析的基础上,就如何改进目前学生学习现状提出了一些针对性建议.     

The relationships between multifoci workplace aggression and work–family conflict

This study examined the relationships between multifoci workplace aggression by supervisors, coworkers, and customers and employees’ work–family conflict (ranked by spouses or closest family members). Furthermore, this study explored how employees’ problem-focused coping levels moderate the relationship between multifoci workplace aggression and employees’ negative affect, which subsequently influences their work–family conflicts. Data from a sample of 457 working adults and their spouses (or their closest family members) and results showed the direct effects of multifoci workplace aggression on employees’ work–family conflict. This research also found that problem-focused coping would weaken the relationship between supervisor/coworker aggression and employees’ negative affect. Moreover, the results revealed that the effects of multifoci workplace aggression spilled over into employees’ family domain through negative affect and influenced their work–family conflicts (ranked by spouses or closest family members). Finally, a moderated-mediation model used in this study supported the hypothesis that negative affect mediates the interactive effects of multifoci workplace aggression and problem-focused coping on employees’ work–family conflicts. The theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.     

大数据时代内部审计面临的风险及应对策略

随着大数据时代的来临,以云计算技术、物联网技术、移动互联技术为代表的信息网络技术日渐成熟,并大范围应用于很多行业,影响着企业的生产经营模式[1]。将大数据技术应用于企业管理的审计范畴为其带来了巨大的风险和挑战。论文首先对大数据技术在内部审计中的应用展开分析,进而分析了大数据时代内部审计面临的风险,最后有针对性地提出了应对内部审计风险的策略,为今后内部审计的发展提供理论参考。     

Microfinance,vulnerability and risk in low income households

We investigate if participation in the Indian Self Help Group (SHG) program results in reducing poverty and vulnerability. The theoretical framework examines the mechanisms through which the pecuniary and non-pecuniary effects of the SHG impacts the households’ ability to manage risk. We use a vulnerability measure that quantifies the welfare loss associated with poverty and different types of risks, on an Indian panel survey data. Our results show that SHG members are less vulnerable compared with a group of non-SHG (control) members. About 80% of the vulnerability faced by the households is poverty related.     

浅析我国律师调查取证难

大学生社交焦虑及其相关因素研究

通过问卷方式对大学生社交焦虑与应对方式的特点和相互关系进行分析,提出：不同性别大学生的社交焦虑无显著性差异,但在解决问题应对方式中表现出显著的性别差异;理科生与文科生在社交焦虑和幻想应对方式中差异显著,文科生和艺术生在幻想应对方式中的差异显著;社交焦虑与解决问题和合理化两种应对方式呈显著负相关,与自责应对方式呈显著正相关;通过多元线性回归分析,自责、合理化应对方式两变量对社交焦虑有显著的预测作用。指出大学生的社交焦虑和应对方式存在一定的相互关系。     

中国南方稻农干旱风险处理策略

干旱对中国农业生产的影响越来越严重。本文从微观的角度探讨了在面临干旱时农户所采用的各种应对策略,并对这些策略的有效性进行了一定的评估。本文发现,多数农户通过这些策略成功地应对了一般性的干旱,但一些贫困农户在此方面仍然面临着较大的困难。     

企业生态环境对员工工作倦怠的影响及应对策略

有关研究表明当今企业中的绝大多数员工在职场中会产生工作倦怠,在界定企业生态环境内涵的基础上,从软环境与硬环境两个视角具体分析企业生态环境对组织员工工作倦怠的具体影响,进一步提出消除或缓解员工工作倦怠的应对策略,从而提升员工个体乃至组织的整体工作绩效。
