城郊休闲农业景观地游憩价值估算——以武汉市石榴红农场为例 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
研究目的:以石榴红农场为例,对城郊休闲农业景观地的游憩价值进行估算。研究方法:在对样本游客及农庄调查的基础上,应用TCM的两种基本模型ZTCM和ITCM进行估算。研究结果:(1)ITCM和ZTCM两种模型对环境资源游憩效益的估算存在一定差异。本案例中,ZTCM估算的游憩价值界于ITCM线性需求函数和半对数需求函数的估计值之间,其中ITCM线性需求函数的估计值低于ZTCM的估算值,仅是后者的68.81%;而半对数旅游需求函数对游憩效益的估计值则高于ZTCM的估计值,两者的比值为1.55∶1。(2)同一模型(ITCM)中,不同旅游需求函数设定下所估算出的游憩效益显著不同,需求函数的选择直接关系估计值的高低。本研究中,ITCM的半对数旅游需求函数估算出的消费者剩余是4345.4元/人,高于线性需求函数的估算值,是线性需求函数估计值的2.25倍。(3)取估算均值为准,可粗略地估算出石榴红农场2006年总的消费者剩余在5453.33万元,游客人均消费者剩余(consumer surplus,CS)3029.63元,农业景观地年均游憩价值361078元/hm2。研究结论:农业景观地年均游憩效益是传统种植收益的15.7倍,是休闲农场目前土地经营性收入的6倍,农业景观地的游憩价值远远高于其通过市场显现的经济产值,是农地资源价值构成中无法忽略的重要组成部分。 相似文献

Based on its advanced computing capabilities and ubiquity, the smartphone has rapidly been adopted as a tourism travel tool. With a growing number of users and a wide variety of applications emerging, the smartphone is fundamentally altering our current use and understanding of the transport network and tourism travel. Based on a review of smartphone apps, this article evaluates the current functionalities used in the domestic tourism travel domain and highlights where the next major developments lie. Then, at a more conceptual level, the article analyses how the smartphone mediates tourism travel and the role it might play in more collaborative and dynamic travel decisions to facilitate sustainable travel. This paper investigates the impact of product differentiation and of cost asymmetry on the merger paradox using a Cournot framework. It finds that when all firms share the same costs, two-firm mergers in an n firm market generate at least no profit loss when goods are sufficiently differentiated. This result contrasts with that of Salant, Switzer, and Reynolds (1983) where mergers of strategic substitutes are rarely profitable, and Deneckere and Davidson (1985) where competition among strategic complements yields profitable mergers. Critically, when costs are asymmetric, a merger between an efficient and inefficient firm, with differentiated products, can be more profitable to participants than to excluded rivals. This research seeks to understand space as a point of coherence around which neo-tribes form. In doing so, it draws upon neo-tribalism as a way to conceptualise belonging, connectedness, and affinity. Using ethnographic methods including semi-structured interviews and participant observation, this research investigates whether gay travellers experience a sense of connectedness to other gay travellers, certain spaces, and specific activities in relation to their sexual identities. Space becomes a connective thread and a point of coherence around which neo-tribes form. The promotion of electric vehicles (EVs) is restricted by cruising range limitation and charging station deficiency. Given the mature development of Park and Ride (P&R) mode, which is used in many cities worldwide to attract more travelers to use public transit, a new travel mode, i.e., EV-based P&R is introduced as an alternative for commuters’ daily travel. This seems quite attractive to expand the use of EVs and further increase their market share. This paper aims to investigate the impact of EV-based P&R introduction on travel mode choice along commuting corridor, and further aid in the optimal subsidy policies decision for the government. A bi-level model is proposed to model the presented problem. The lower level describes commuters’ joint mode and transfer choice behavior through a cross-nested logit (CNL) model, while the upper level minimizes the system cost. A genetic algorithm is developed to solve the formulated model with a partial linearization algorithm for solving the lower level model. And a numerical example is then used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the methodology and illustrate how the network flow pattern reshapes due to the introduction of EVs into the P&R mode and the change of corresponding subsidy policies. As the results show, improving the EV hardware, applying the intelligent supporting service system, developing new technologies for EV fast charging, appropriately improving the parking space capacity, and increasing the parking fee of transfer stations near the central business district (CBD) are all helpful to save the social cost and promote the usage of EVs. 相似文献
