人民币实际汇率变动对我国进出口贸易影响:1997-2006

本文选取1997-2006年的月度数据,运用VAR方法,考虑了FDI存量和我国加工贸易特征的影响后,对贸易收支与人民币实际汇率变动关系进行了动态分析,并得出如下结论:人民币实际有效汇率的变动显著影响了我国贸易收支;短期内J曲线效应存在,时滞约为5个月;汇率变动对进出口贸易影响的同向性明显;我国贸易收支的收入效应大于价格效应等.     

充分发挥外汇政策作用支持阜新民营企业发展

国家外汇管理局阜新市中心支局适应新形势的需要,不断提高外汇管理和服务的水平,加大了对招商引资工作的支持力度,特别是大力支持民营企业的发展,千方百计支持出口创汇.一系列支持民营企业发展政策措施的实行,取得了较好的效果,促进了全市外向型经济的发展.     

Disaggregate Real Exchange Rate Behaviour

In this paper, we re-examine the “PPP Puzzle” using sectoral disaggregated data. Specifically, we first analyse the mean reversion speeds of real exchange rates for a number of different sectors in 11 industrial economies and then focus on relating these rates to variables identified in the literature as key determinants of CPI-based real exchange rates, namely: the trade balance, productivity and the mark up. In particular, we seek to understand to what extent the relationships existing at the aggregate level are borne out at the disaggregate level. We believe that this analysis can help shed light on the PPP puzzle.

美国涉华诉讼对科技交流政策的影响和展望

美国司法部的“中国行动计划”实施三年以来,给中美两国正常的科技合作和学术交流带来了严重的影响和打击。近期美国一系列涉华诉讼引发了各界讨论,迫切敦促美国政府机构在保护知识安全的同时必须兼顾学术开放。美国最高科技政策决策机构决意出台实施指南,解决科技学术界的紧迫关切。中美两国领导人的线上会晤也就全球关切的议题进行交流合作,释放了积极信号,我国亦应鼓励科研人员继续进行跨国界的科学探索,努力促成和恢复中美在科技、人文等领域的正常交流合作。     

规模经济、人民币汇率与民营企业进出口——兼论民营企业进出口的影响因素

分析了包括规模经济、汇率在内的影响我国民营企业进出口的主要因素。结论认为,人民币升值导致其出口下降,但进口反而减少,人民币升值对民营企业的负面影响较大;随着民营企业规模的扩大,其进出口规模也在增加;2004年贸易经营权的放开对民营企业出口没有明显的刺激效应,但对进口有明显影响;研发支出增加对民营企业出口没有明显影响,但对进口有正面影响;人均国民收入的增加和民营企业进出口没有太大关系。     

数字化校园统一数据交换与共享平台研究

为了构建数字化校园的统一数据交换与共享平台,论文提出了一种按照统一数据标准、数据资源使用调查、构建公共数据库、安装元数据管理系统和实现数据交换五个步骤实现统一数据交换与共享平台的解决方案。     

人民币成为区域主导货币的实证研究——基于汇率视角的考察

从历史和现实的视角看,如果说布雷顿森林体系的崩溃导致了欧洲货币体系的形成和欧元的诞生,那么美国金融危机引发的国际货币动荡正在使东亚各国脱离美元本位,寻找区域内稳定的货币锚,而人民币则有可能成为东亚区域内首选的货币锚。本文拟从多边汇率相互影响的视角出发,实证分析人民币汇率变动态势及其与东亚其他货币之间联动关系的变化(包括其它国际货币汇率的变动对东亚其它货币之间关系变化的比较),从而揭示人民币成为区域锚货币、成为区域主导货币的可能性及其途径、进而了解人民币经济区形成的条件和趋势。     

基于数值模拟下的中国外汇储备潜在损失分析

外汇储备余额持续积累加剧了外汇储备资产潜在损失的进一步扩大。文章通过对中国外汇储备积累方式的分析,认为造成外汇储备损失的主要路径有三个:冲销债券的利息支付、国际短期资本的投机和人民币对美元汇率升值。在此基础上,文章数值模拟了不同路径下的外汇储备潜在损失,得出以下结论:一是人民币过快升值会加重我国外汇储备损失,应根据我国金融市场的发展状况,逐步改革汇率体系,令人民币更富弹性;二是改变中国外汇储备管理模式,从以往的被动型、防御型模式变成主动型、投资型模式,一方面逐步放松资本账户管制,允许个人和机构海外投资,另一方面加大中国的主权财富基金——中国投资公司的投资力度和规模,通过市场化手段获得更高收益。     

Emic and etic interpretations of engagement with a consumer-to-consumer online auction site

This paper provides emic and etic interpretations of engagement with a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) online auction site, based on in-depth interviews with buyers. The study exposes three misconceptions about online C2C auctions; that the interaction between parties occurs exclusively online, that the relation between buyers and sellers is purely transactional in nature, and that the interaction between buyers and sellers does not lead to ongoing business relationships. The paper reveals the utilitarian, hedonic and social benefits that are the bases of engagement with the auction site. Social benefits materialize for auction buyers during offline exchanges. The paper also reveals marketer incentives and structural disincentives for consumers' ongoing use of the auction site.     

Japanese economy and the its exchange rate from 1985 to 2010

The paper tries to analyze the interaction between Japanese exchange rate and its domestic economy from 1985 to 2010. By employing the Mundell-Fluming model, the paper is designed to shed light on the factors that determined the exchange rate and the impact of the exchange rate on the economy, the theoretical result of the model will be enhanced with the help of graphs and statistical numbers, by the end of the paper; it concludes the important policy implication for the monetary policy and exchange rate policy.
