基于快速响应的产业集群与供应链系统集成效应研究

文章以快速响应为基础,分析了产业集群与供应链系统的集成在战略目标、组织运作、市场整合、知识集成与扩散等方面所产生的效应,得出了两者的互动过程可以有效克服传统企业运营和区域经济发展过程中面临的资源匮乏、分散与市场需求多样化之间的矛盾的结论.     

京津冀循环农业生态产业链的构建与思考

京津冀协同发展已成定局,严重的雾霾天气迫使京津冀产业转型升级,鉴于三地在农业发展上具有很强的互补性,培育和构建京津冀循环农业生态产业链将成为京津冀未来农业发展的方向。然而,目前产业链的构建中存在着区域层面的产业链尚未形成、顶层设计与协作机制严重缺失等突出问题,应加强从总体布局、工农循环相结合等五个方面的培育和引导。     

我国体育器材企业供应链伙伴竞合博弈的研究

本文对我国体育器材企业供应链伙伴合作的现状和存在的问题进行了研究。根据博弈论原理,分析了国内供应链管理中合作伙伴的竞合关系,认为各成员是基于合作博弈来选择合作伙伴的。结合我国体育器材企业的实际问题提出若干对策。

本文在总结国内外旅游形象30年来的研究基础上,以中国香格里拉四川片区为案例,立足甘孜州、凉山州和攀枝花市3个地区的旅游资源和市场竞争,研究旅游形象的竞合关系,探讨政府、企业和社区以可持续发展链条,形成旅游形象核心竞争力的发展策略.     

小农户进入有效粮食供应链的结合点及集成协作原则

通过对小农户二级供应链结构分析,基于有效粮食供应链的结构,提出了小农户进入有效粮食供应链的结合点是作为超市的生产基地、作为特色粮食经营公司的租赁生产者、集结进入大型生产商、协作形成合作社或协会,或通过加入有效电子商务网络平台直接与加工商交易,从而节省交易成本,增强与加工商和批发商之间集成的结构稳定性,小农户遵循有效粮食供应链的集成协作原则是信息共享、风险共担和利益共享,并按不同结合点各有侧重地落实到操作协议上。     

Global Insights Into Essential Elements Food Safety: The Chinese Example

This article brings together insights on the global challenges of achieving a safe food system. Through looking at examples of food safety initiatives, relevant success factors are identified and then distilled into five essential elements for developing a robust and safe food system. While much of the work in this area looks at government initiatives, this article looks particularly at industry-led initiatives. The article includes a brief look at the importance of food in Chinese culture and the current structure of the Chinese food chain. Specific initiatives from other markets are reviewed, and the five elements are outlined.     

Defining Supply Chain Management: In the Past,Present, and Future

The article titled “Defining Supply Chain Management” published in 2001 in the Journal of Business Logistics has been cited over 4,900 times in the last 17 years. In this paper, we first provide a historical review of how the article originated and the contributions the article made to both the theory and practice of supply chain management (SCM). Next, we highlight the key market and technological changes that have emerged in SCM followed by how the theory proposed in the 2001 article can still be relevant to support SCM research and practice going forward. We also propose ways of configuring a supply chain and partnering across companies to serve customers in an optimal way. We conclude with a call for research on developing new frameworks to better describe, explain, predict, and shed light on the evolving nature of SCM.     

Does the US EXIM Bank really promote US exports?

This paper investigates the impact of US Export‐Import Bank (EXIM ) on US exports particularly in the wake of international competition from foreign national export credit agencies (ECA s). We employ a gravity framework on a country‐industry‐year‐level panel data set that matches EXIM authorisations with US bilateral exports. Our results depict the general ineffectiveness of the Bank in promoting exports within and across industries. Some heterogeneities behind the general finding are also uncovered: industries other than aerospace parts and products are more likely to benefit from EXIM authorisations, and EXIM authorisations to larger businesses seem to be more effective in encouraging exports. Furthermore, we find no evidence that EXIM encourages US exports by offsetting foreign ECA competition. These results are neither affected by competing countries’ membership to the OECD Arrangement nor by the size of American firms that received EXIM support. Our results cast doubt on the ubiquitously positive claims made by the Bank and its supporters, yet also provide policy lessons for countries that are either in the inception stages of establishing their own ECA s or are now placing greater importance on ECA financing in encouraging exports.     

Error analysis of finite difference and Markov chain approximations for option pricing

Mijatovi? and Pistorius proposed an efficient Markov chain approximation method for pricing European and barrier options in general one‐dimensional Markovian models. However, sharp convergence rates of this method for realistic financial payoffs, which are nonsmooth, are rarely available. In this paper, we solve this problem for general one‐dimensional diffusion models, which play a fundamental role in financial applications. For such models, the Markov chain approximation method is equivalent to the method of lines using the central difference. Our analysis is based on the spectral representation of the exact solution and the approximate solution. By establishing the convergence rate for the eigenvalues and the eigenfunctions, we obtain sharp convergence rates for the transition density and the price of options with nonsmooth payoffs. In particular, we show that for call‐/put‐type payoffs, convergence is second order, while for digital‐type payoffs, convergence is generally only first order. Furthermore, we provide theoretical justification for two well‐known smoothing techniques that can restore second‐order convergence for digital‐type payoffs and explain oscillations observed in the convergence for options with nonsmooth payoffs. As an extension, we also establish sharp convergence rates for European options for a rich class of Markovian jump models constructed from diffusions via subordination. The theoretical estimates are confirmed using numerical examples.     

复合DEA在供应链绩效测评中的应用研究

供应链绩效研究有助于评判及改善供应链运营组织能力、提高供应链竞争力。在成本、创新、流程、资产管理效率、合作密切性、客户满意度六个角度的供应链绩效测评指标体系构建的基础上,利用复合DEA方法对供应链绩效进行了实证测评。测评结果给出了各供应链的绩效排名,并从输入指标、输出指标两个角度给出了各供应链优势指标及弱势指标,为各供应链提供了详尽的运作建议。
