Multiple aspect testing for case-control designs

When testing for the equality of two distributions in a case-control design with treatment effects presumed to act possibly on more than one aspect, different tests may be properly considered for testing for different features of a null hypothesis, leading to the multiple aspect testing issue. Two different aspects are therefore of interest: the location-aspect, based on the comparison of location indexes, and the distributional-aspect, based on the comparison of the empirical distribution functions. A simulation study shows that the combined testing procedure exhibits a good robust overall performance, and an application in biomedical research is also presented.     

供应商集中、公司治理与企业价值 ——基于我国A股制造业上市公司数据

本文通过选取2010—2017年我国A股制造业上市公司的数据,先研究公司供应商集中对于公司价值的直接影响,结论显示公司供应商集中对于企业价值有着负面的影响;然后在进一步研究中,探究了公司治理相关因素以及面临的融资约束情况对于公司供应商集中与公司价值关系的调节作用。实证结果显示,产权性质以及董事会独立性会对两者的关系产生影响;股东间的相互关联以及对于高管薪酬激励都对公司供应商集中与公司价值的关系有着负向的调节作用。与此同时公司面临的融资约束越小,公司供应商集中对于公司价值的负面效应越弱;最后利用多重中介效应模型探究了供应商集中的作用机制。     

Industry evolution and R&D externalities

R&D externalities can imply ranges of aggregate increasing returns to scale in R&D. As a consequence several equilibria can exist involving different numbers of firms and different R&D investment levels. In a theoretical model the equilibrium dynamics are analyzed, showing that cyclical fluctuations of the number of firms and R&D investment may be expected, and that the long-run equilibrium is highly sensitive to investors' initial beliefs. The model is tested empirically using a unique database comprising competing firms in various R&D races.     

The evolution of the monetary transmission channels in Turkey: evidence from a TVP-VAR model

This article investigates the evolution of the monetary transmission mechanisms in Turkey for the period from January 1986 to December 2016. To this aim, the impacts of monetary variables on the prices and economic activity are investigated with a time-varying vector autoregressive model based on. The evidences from the time-varying responses indicate that the adoption of inflation targeting policy has markedly affected the functioning of transmission channels. The results also suggest that local and global financial crises may magnify the impact of monetary policy shocks on the overall economy.     

多重匹配下柔性人力资源管理构型与组织成长性绩效

基于构型观和动态能力理论,借鉴“结构（管理构型）—行为（柔性能力培育）—绩效（组织绩效）”经典范式,构建“柔性人力资源管理构型—技能延展力—成长性绩效”的理论框架。对486份企业中高层管理者调查问卷进行结构方程分析,结果表明：①因循多重匹配理念,人力资源管理构型能够凝练出3种典型柔性管理模式：内柔导向型HRM、外柔导向型HRM、内外兼柔导向型HRM;②差异化柔性人力资源管理构型（内柔导向型、内外兼柔导向型、外柔导向型HRM）正向影响组织成长性绩效;③技能延展力在柔性人力资源管理构型与成长性绩效之间起部分中介作用。技能延展力在内柔导向型、内外兼柔导向型、外柔导向型HRM与成长性绩效之间的中介作用依次降低。     

人力资本与企业绩效关系的实证分析

国内外对企业绩效的实证研究主要是研究财务指标与企业绩效的关系,缺少对非财务指标的实证研究特别是人力资本与企业绩效关系的实证研究。本文选取反映人力资本的指标和反映企业绩效的指标,随机选取上市公司的数据进行多元回归分析,结果发现,员工高学历比例和员工专门技术人员比例,与企业绩效存在显著关系。笔者建议,要明确企业绩效与人力资本的关系,重视人力资本的作用,同时要结合行业特点和竞争程度综合考虑企业绩效。     

地区知识产权形象形成机理研究——基于三螺旋模型理论视角

地区知识产权形象作为一个地区知识产权事业发展的立体缩影、综合评价和总体印象,涉及地区政治经济、科学技术和社会文化生活的方方面面,它通过地区各类主体与知识产权有关的种种行为来塑造,来影射。其中,地区政府、地区主导企业和地区社会公众,在地区知识产权的创造、保护、管理和运用的过程中,建立起一种相互联系、相互影响、相互作用的多重互反关系。这种多要素、非线性、动态博弈关系三螺旋关联作用模式,宜以三螺旋模型理论进行分析：当三者之间两两良性互动,三方交互重叠,构筑起积极、健康的地区知识产权形象;反之,任何一方的行为错位与缺失,并交互传导,引致连锁反应,久而久之,会形成一种消极、负面的地区知识产权形象。加强地区知识产权形象形成机理研究,既有利于我们积极建设、正确评价某一地区的知识产权形象,也有利于我们及时修正负面消极的地区知识产权形象。     

河南省城乡居民财产性收入实证分析

从党的十七大到十八大,中央政策对居民财产性收入的关注愈加强烈。数据显示,近十年,河南省城乡居民财产性收入增长迅速,但在总收入中的比重仍然偏低,且收入渠道较为集中,城乡二元特征显著,不同收入群体、不同区域之间的财产性收入差距也长期存在。为进一步增加居民财产性收入,既要努力扩大居民财产规模,又要优化投资理财环境,还要提升居民理财水平,同时努力缩小居民财产性收入差距。     

Non-revelation mechanisms in many-to-one markets

In this study we present a simple mechanism in a many-to-one matching market where multiple costless applications are allowed. The mechanism is based on the principles of eligibility and priority and it implements the set of stable matchings in Subgame Perfect Nash Equilibrium. We extend the analysis to a symmetric mechanism where colleges and students interchange their roles. This mechanism also implements the set of stable matchings.     

The minimum approval mechanism implements the efficient public good allocation theoretically and experimentally

We propose the minimum approval mechanism (MAM) for a standard linear public good environment with two players. Players simultaneously and privately choose their contributions to the public good in the first stage. In the second stage, they simultaneously decide whether to approve the otherʼs choice. Both contribute what they choose in the first stage if both players approve; otherwise, both contribute the minimum of the two choices in the first stage. The MAM implements the Pareto-efficient allocation in multiple solution concepts including backward elimination of weakly dominated strategies (BEWDS), limit logit agent quantal response equilibrium, subgame perfect minimax regret equilibrium, level-k thinking, and diagonalization heuristics. Moreover, the MAM is unique under plausible conditions. Overall, contributions in the MAM experiment averaged 94.9%. Quantifying subjectsʼ responses to the questionnaire reveal heterogeneous reasoning processes and highlight the importance of developing mechanisms that implement the desired social choice outcome in multiple solution concepts.
