中国MBA案例教学体系建立的思路与方法探索

近年来,高等职业技术教育作为一种国际公认的高层次人才培养类型逐渐得到中国社会的认可。如何借鉴国外先进的高职教育模式,对于超常规发展的年轻的中国高等职业教育来说,显得非常重要。应当积极引进国外先进职教模式,推进高职管理体制改革;借鉴国外先进职教模式,推进高职专业教学改革;学习国外先进职教模式,促进高职师资队伍建设。     

论传统期货交易所公司化改造的背景

许多传统的会员制非赢利期货交易所近年来纷纷进行公司化改造,成为赢利性的股份公司。尽管对这种组织变革及其相关问题存在着一些不同认识,但要深入研究这些问题,必须首先弄清出现公司化改造浪潮的背景。研究表明,促成这类战略决策的主要因素包括三个方面：信息技术的变革与创新使传统交易方式和组织形式面临技术竞争力方面的压力;国际期货市场结构发生了重大变化,传统交易所组织形式面临竞争方面的严峻挑战,有关国家的市场监管部门为提升本国期货业的竞争实力,对交易所的组织变革提供了有力支持。     

Applying complexity theory to explain partner cooperation: The role of transaction cost‐related factors and elements of relational exchanges

Using complexity theory, we seek to better understand the configurations of causal factors stimulating joint ventures' cooperation in Chinese manufacturing context. To this end, we adopt two dominant perspectives of transaction cost economics and relational exchange theory to identify transaction cost‐related factors and elements of relational exchanges as critical factors in joint ventures' cooperation. We apply fuzzy‐set qualitative comparative analysis on a sample of 268 joint venture partners to test research propositions. The findings indicate a need for competence trust and goodwill trust and also show that extorting rent cost should be emphasized. Results reveal those six configurations of causal factors that explain high intention to cooperate. Copyright © 2017 ASAC. Published by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

A Model of “Tax-Free” Exchange of Farmland

This study considers the alternatives available for transferring agricultural property on the urban periphery. The model examines the conditions under which market participants sell or exchange farmland. Contrary to popular opinion, we find that simultaneous exchanges are still feasible in the presence of delayed exchanges, particularly when the relinquished property is very large. The model also explains the observed phenomenon that the sellers of agricultural property get replacement properties of lesser market value in exchanges.     

PROMETHEUS BOUND: RELEASING THE CHAINS ON PARI‐MUTUEL GAMBLING

This paper argues that although there is some evidence that pari‐mutuel gambling may have efficiency, transparency and other significant benefits over and above bookmaking, the fact that most pari‐mutuel systems exist as protected national monopolies has restricted consumer choice in many of the world's gambling markets. It has also artificially restricted the size of these markets to the disadvantage of both consumers and tax authorities.     

Russian commodity exchanges: A case study of organized markets in the transition process, 1990-96

Few developments are more significant in transitional economics than the development of organized commodity and financial markets. Working from a transaction costs framework, this paper analyses a set of these markets, the Russian commodity exchanges, and their attempts to order trade in commodities in the period 1990-96. These exchanges have incurred high transaction costs both in defining the property rights involved in trading and in overcoming the problems of agent search and 'immediacy'. Parallels between Russian commodity exchanges and other organized markets in Eastern Europe are drawn and remedies for the problems encountered are suggested.     

资源瓶颈条件下人民币升值的经济学分析

在中国资源约束条件下,人民币升值降低了进口资源密集型产品的成本,可以缓解能源等资源压力;但人民币升值又在一定程度上抑制出口,对外部均衡造成负面影响.文章在内外均衡框架下对人民币汇率变动做了尝试性的分析,导出了一个内外均衡条件下汇率水平的经济学逻辑模型,提出了几点不成熟的宏观政策建议.
