采用症状自评量表、男女双性化人格量表、社会支持量表对甘肃省河东河西两地居民进行心理差异调查,结果发现:(1)甘肃省城乡居民心理健康的总体水平较低,总症状指数白银地区显著地大于其它7个地区,天水地区显著地大于酒泉地区;阳性症状痛苦水平白银地区显著地大于武威、定西、张掖、酒泉和平凉五个地区,天水地区显著地大于武威地区,定西地区显著地大于张掖地区;(2)八个地理区域在9个因子上的检验结果均达到显著;(3)八个地理区域居民社会支持在总分、客观支持分和主观支持分上无显著差异,但在对支持的利用度上存在显著差异;(4)八个地理区域除在女性化上的分布差异不显著外,在其它三种性别类型上的分布存在显著差异。 相似文献

AbstractThis study investigated the impact of organizational culture (OC) on deviant behaviors in the workplace (workplace deviant behaviors: WDB). We tested the hypothesis that different types of OC (according to the Competing Values Framework model) had an impact on WDB, in addition to the effect of Big Five personality traits. Survey research was undertaken with 954 employees of 30 enterprises in the public and private field, using a hierarchical model approach (HLM) to test the effects of four types of OC (Clan; Adhocracy; Market, Hierarchy) on WDB, over and above the effect of Five Personality traits. The HLM results partially supported our hypotheses, showing that the OC had a significant effect on WDB, with the adhocracy and clan cultures characterized by lower levels of WDB. Managerial implications about the importance of managing the OC are discussed. 相似文献

This study examines determinants of expatriate cross-cultural adjustment related to non-work- (interaction and general living adjustment) and work- (work adjustment and job satisfaction) aspects in Japan. It was hypothesized that cultural distance and expatriate gender, language proficiency, type (organizational or self-initiated expatriates), and stable personality traits (social initiative, emotional stability, cultural empathy, flexibility, and open-mindedness) have an influence on both non-work- and work-related adjustment. Hierarchical regression analyses, performed on data from 110 expatriates, indicate that expatriate language proficiency, type, and the personality traits of emotional stability and cultural empathy have a positive influence on both types of adjustment. The hubris tradition of research has been criticized for limiting its scope by associating hubris predominantly with detrimental leadership behaviours. To counteract this bias, we provide a more nuanced exploration of hubris and consider both beneficial and detrimental manifestations of hubris in start-up founders’ leadership behaviours. Our analysis, based on qualitative data from expert interviews and two case studies, indicates that, whilst hubristic start-up founders are likely to fail overall, they also excel in creating and communicating visionary scenarios, steering employees through critical situations, and extracting commitment from third parties. These under-researched ‘bright’ manifestations of hubris allow start-up founders to lead their venture towards a stage, in which their visionary power and resilience become crucial prerequisites for economic progress. Our findings extend knowledge on hubristic leadership, offer new directions for the hubris tradition of research, and open up avenues for future research with a more balanced view of hubris. 相似文献

To remain distinct and build strong business relationships in a competitive business-to-business (B2B) environment, an increasing number of industrial marketers attempt to exploit the potential of branding. However, brand management in the industrial sector is still at its starting point. For this reason, the authors introduce the concept of brand personality to industrial markets. Based on a series of qualitative and quantitative studies, the authors develop and validate an Industrial Brand Personality Scale. Furthermore, they examine whether brand personality perception differences exist among different types of industrial transactions and among different members in the buying center. The analysis yields a framework for theoretical discussion and provides B2B managers with a tool to build strong B2B brands in an increasingly competitive industrial market. 相似文献

10年前的2005年我国在新颁布的《公司法》中大胆的吸收了西方公司法中的一项重要制度,即公司法人格否认制度。该制度的产生是为了规避在股东有限责任的背景下股东滥用有限责任从而损害债权人的利益的问题。我国企业在进行了公司制的改革后,也同样存在着股东可能滥用有限责任的问题,因此在公司法中规定法人格否认是必须的。但是,从10来的司法实践来看,公司法人格否认制度还没有能够完全发挥其限制股东滥用有限责任,保护无辜债权人的立法目的。本文针对在司法实践中存在的问题,在理论上提出一些建议,以求进一步完善公司法人格否认制度。 相似文献
