复方坦索罗辛非那雄胺胶囊的含量测定方法研究

目的探讨复方坦索罗辛非那雄胺胶囊的制备和质量控制。方法将非那雄胺和微晶纤维素混合后与溶解有坦索罗辛的乙醇溶液混合制粒装入胶囊中。盐酸坦索罗辛的含量测定采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为KromasilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾-0.2mol.L-1磷酸盐溶液=5:7:7(v/v),流速为1mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长225nm。非那雄胺的含量测定也采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为WatersC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75:25),流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长220nm。结果结论所用方法简单,易于操作,含量测定方法简便、准确、回收率高,可用于复方坦索罗辛非那雄胺胶囊的质量控制。     

噪声交易与市场质量

本文通过行业、规模、负债和成长能力的配对,建立起32家上证50成份股上市公司的控制样本,然后运用合理的计量方法,首次估计出符合我国股市微观结构的噪声交易高频时间序列,在此基础上深入分析噪声交易与信息不对称、流动性、波动性和有效性等市场质量指标之间的经验关系,发现:我国股市私人信息具有较高的相关性和持久性;噪声交易提高了交投活跃程度,同时却扩大了执行成本和价格波动幅度;噪声交易与信息不对称的关系不大;噪声交易使实际价差缩小,进而削弱了市场有效性。由此可见,噪声交易是一把"双刃剑",只有继续改革价格形成机制、增强价值投资力量、引导长期资金入市、完善信息披露制度并强化交易监控,才能进一步提高我国股市的质量。     

基于顾客忠诚理论的团购营销策略研究

随着电子商务的快速发展,团购营销策略是基于顾客的忠诚而成功的。根据顾客忠诚理论,构建团购营销策略下顾客忠诚度影响因素模型。利用实证研究对团购营销策略下消费者忠诚度进行评估,结果显示:影响团购顾客忠诚的关键因素,包括服务人员的服务质量、企业形象和网站响应性等。     

会计稳健性缓解了盈余惯性吗

以2005~2018年我国A股上市公司为样本,研究会计稳健性对盈余惯性的影响。实证结果表明,会计稳健性可以显著降低盈余惯性。作为资本市场的重要中介,机构投资者和分析师在会计稳健性影响盈余惯性中发挥了积极作用,表现有机构投资者持股比例高的公司和有分析师关注的公司,会计稳健性对盈余惯性的缓解作用更加明显。进一步研究考察会计稳健性缓解盈余惯性的作用机制,结果表明,会计稳健性通过提高会计信息质量和增强投资者关注度两条路径缓解了盈余惯性。     

美国生态修复政策及其对我国林业重点工程的借鉴

美国自20世纪30年代以来,为遏制由于大规模土地开发导致的土壤表层侵蚀等生态退化,实施了一系列政策保护生态,防止水土流失,其中影响较大的包括土地休耕保护计划(CRP)、环境质量激励计划(EQIP)和保护支持计划(CSP)。通过分析三个计划的具体运作和实施成效,并结合我国林业重点工程的实施现状,提出一些政策建议。

DDS的背景噪声分析

首先对２种不同类型的幅度量化杂散信号进行了描述和时域分析,然后用离散傅里叶变换法着重对无相位舍位民政部下的幅度量化杂散信号进行了频谱仿真。得到了一些关于其频谱特征和杂散水平的规律性结论,这些结论对ＤＤＳ的工程应用有重要的指导作用。     

The Effect of Cross‐Border Mergers and Acquisitions on Earnings Quality: Evidence from China

Despite the fruitful research on the motives and outcomes of cross‐border mergers and acquisitions (M&As) of Chinese multinational corporations (MNCs), there has been scant research on the impact of cross‐border M&As on corporate governance. In this article, we fill the research gap by exploring whether cross‐border M&As may lead to an improvement in corporate governance of Chinese acquirers. In particular, we examine the impact of cross‐border M&As on earnings quality of Chinese MNCs. We find that the acquisition of a target firm from a developed country leads to a significant improvement on the acquirer's earnings quality. In comparison, the acquisition of a target from an emerging market does not have such an impact. Our results are robust to various corporate governance measures, alternative econometric methods, and controls of relevant firm characteristics and macroeconomic variables. Finally, we show that the effect of cross‐border M&As on earnings quality is more pronounced in non‐state‐owned enterprises (non‐SOEs) that have conducted large M&A deals. Our article offers new insight to the international business literature on latecomer perspective and liability of foreignness. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.     

Flow Signals: Evidence from Patent and Alliance Portfolios in the US Biopharmaceutical Industry

Integrating signalling theory and the portfolio diversity literature, we theorize that diversity in a firm's patent and alliance portfolios sends contrasting flow signals impacting its market value in a nuanced way. Diversity in an alliance portfolio mediates the patent portfolio diversity – market value relationship by suppressing the negative effect of patent portfolio diversity creating an overall positive effect. We test our mediation model on a longitudinal set of 225 US biopharmaceutical firms that were awarded 17,078 patents and participated in 37,744 alliances between 1990 and 2006. Our theory and findings contribute three novel insights. First, we demonstrate the value of a temporal lens in explaining why diversity in a firm's patent and alliance portfolios send flow signals that establish expectations among market observers and have performance implications. Second, establishing that patent and alliance portfolio diversity are temporally sequenced provides compelling evidence for the value of studying multiple types of portfolios, their temporal relationships and effects on firm outcomes. Third, since diversity in a firm's portfolios can send contrasting flow signals conditioned on the cognitive demands and proximity involved in interpreting the signals, firms that do not maintain a ‘signalling fit’ with market observers increase the probability of unintentional negative signalling effects.     

Perception of tourism development and subjective happiness of residents in Mashhad,Iran

Tourism development affects various aspects of a populace’s life, such as environmental, social, economic, and other areas. This study examines the effect of perceived tourism development on subjective happiness and quality of life among residents of Mashhad City, Iran. A sample size of 384 residents completed a survey. Data analysis was performed using WarpPLS. Results indicated that tourism development had an effect on the residents’ subjective happiness and quality of life (QOL) and the effects of social and micro economic factors on the residents’ subjective happiness and the effects of cultural, environmental, and macroeconomic factors on the resident’s QOL.
