中国寿险需求实证分析

本文对国内外的寿险需求分析研究进行了简单综述，在此基础上抽取全目30省市1998—2003年的数据．采取面板数据模型就收入、通货膨胀、社会保障、银行利率、死亡率等寿险需求影响因素与保费收入相关性作了Granger因果性检验分析。     

Multiple generation product life cycle predictions using a novel two-stage fuzzy piecewise regression analysis method

Product life cycle (PLC) prediction plays a crucial role in strategic planning and policy definition for high-technology products. Forecast methodologies which can predict PLCs accurately can help to achieve successful strategic decision-making, forecasting, and foresight activities in high-technology firms, research institutes, governments, and universities. Over the past few decades, even though analytic framework strategies have been proposed for production, marketing, R&D (research and development), and finance, aiming at each stage of PLCs, forecast methodologies with which to predict PLCs are few. The purpose of this research is to develop a novel forecast methodology to allow for predictions of product life time (PLT) and the annual shipment of products during the entire PLC of multiple generation products. A novel two-stage fuzzy piecewise regression analysis method is proposed in this paper. In the first stage, the product life-time of the specific generation to be analyzed will be predicted by the fuzzy piecewise regression line that is derived based upon the product life-time of earlier generations. In the second stage of the forecast methodology, the annual shipment of products of the specified generation will be predicted by deriving annual fuzzy regression lines for each generation, based upon the historical data on the earlier generations' products. An empirical study predicting the life-time and the annual shipment of the 16 Mb (Mega bit) DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory) PLC is illustrated to validate the analytical process. The results demonstrate that two-stage fuzzy piecewise regression analysis can predict multiple generation PLT and PLC precisely, thereby serving as a foundation for future strategic planning, policy definitions and foresights.

Real exchange rate targeting and macroeconomic instability

Using an optimizing model of a small open economy, this paper studies the macroeconomic effects of PPP rules whereby the government increases the devaluation rate when the real exchange rate—defined as the price of tradables in terms of nontradables—is below its long-run level and reduces the devaluation rate when the real exchange rate is above its long-run level. The paper shows that the mere existence of such a rule can generate aggregate instability due to self-fulfilling expectations. The result is shown to obtain in both flexible- and sluggish-price environments.     

Optimal Contracts for Central Bankers: Inflation versus Money Supply and Exchange Rate Targets

Some recent papers have shown how a simple contract can eliminate the inflationary bias of discretionary monetary policy. This paper shows that if the central banker is risk averse, a contract in terms of money is superior to one in terms of inflation. The paper also shows that, if the central banker cares about his reappointment, an exchange rate target might always leads to the implementation of the optimal policy.     

物流配送实时监管系统设计

随着近年流通领域的发展,尤其是电子商务对现代物流的要求,物流配送需要现代化的信息技术已越来越成为人们的共识,如何对物流配送系统和配送中心进行现代化建设,已成为不少物流配送公司的重要课题。针对目前物流配送中“不可见部分”和过程无法控制的现状,论文设计了一个物流配送实时监管系统来满足物流配送企业和客户的需求。     

物流速度与物流时间管理

根据目前中国国内物流的现状，提出耍改善物流行业的整体状况，必然需要加快物流速度，减少物流时间以节省物流成本。文章引入物流速度与物流时间管理的概念，并由此提出了一些具体的物流时间管理方法。     

基于价格指数的房地产实物期权嘈声滤波研究

房地产实物期权价值一般是建立在指数价格基础上的,基础资产具有不可交易性,物业价格与指数价格之间存在独立的嘈声过程。本文利用伊藤引理和滤波原理,对指数价格进行一定的折旧修正和嘈声滤波,使得物业价格动态方程具有可测性。采用欧式期权定价方法,研究房地产物业的实物期权价值。     

Forecasting economic time series with unconditional time-varying variance

The classical forecasting theory of stationary time series exploits the second-order structure (variance, autocovariance, and spectral density) of an observed process in order to construct some prediction intervals. However, some economic time series show a time-varying unconditional second-order structure. This article focuses on a simple and meaningful model allowing this nonstationary behaviour. We show that this model satisfactorily explains the nonstationary behaviour of several economic data sets, among which are the U.S. stock returns and exchange rates. The question of how to forecast these processes is addressed and evaluated on the data sets.     

供应链信息流研究综述

通过对供应链信息流相关文献分析,从信息流运作对供应链整个响应时间压缩的影响、信息流的研究内容和研究方法三个方面,对该领域研究进行分析总结,并就进一步研究提出展望。
