美国对冲基金监管立法研究

美国的对冲基金市场在世界上最具活力、最富创新精神,在很大程度上得益于其发达而灵活的监管制度。其主要由《证券法》、《证券交易法》、《投资顾问法》和《投资公司法》构成,立法内容主要集中于合格投资者的规定、美国人的界定、私募发行的界定、豁免登记和信息披露的条件、税收标准、反欺诈条款的适用等方面的规定。美国的对冲基金监管制度具有发展性、严密性、针对性和全面性等特点,其不足主要在于立法目的有失偏颇,侧重于提高金融体系的效率,而忽略了对冲基金造成系统性金融风险的问题。但是随着实践的深入,其必将进一步丰富与完善。     

区域形象测量内容的研究综述

本文将区域形象理解为区域客观状况的存在方式,并从实体形象、投射形象与感知形象三个层面对区域形象的测量内容进行综述。区域实体形象的测量内容大多围绕区域的客观属性展开,从区域规划设计角度强调区域现实资源的竞争力;区域投射形象测量通过对信息源及信息的内容分析,将样本内容中出现的高频特征词作为测量内容,以体现区域在媒体世界中的形象;区域感知形象测量则从目标受众的认知与情感两个方面进行,明确目标受众对区域现状、特征的主观看法与态度倾向。     

西方原产国效应理论研究回顾及其评价

原产国效应理论一直是西方营销学界长期关注和研究的热点,从1965年至今,这一领域的研究成果已日渐成熟。但国内对原产国及其效应的理论研究则刚刚起步。本文系统回顾了40多年来西方原产国及其效应理论的相关研究成果,对原产国效应理论研究的起源、发展过程、主要学术观点、最新研究进展等进行了总结和评述,并指出了当前研究的不足及未来研究的主要方向。     

Methodological Issues in Negotiation Research: A State-of-the-Art-Review

This study provides insight into the dominant methodological practices that have shaped the field of negotiation over the past four decades and sheds light on possible gaps and trade-offs. We content analyzed 941 peer-reviewed negotiation articles (published between 1965 and 2004) and identified the most important methodological trends over time. The results reveal significant changes in reliability, validity, and triangulation issues. In addition, the rise of multivariate statistics and multiple data sources displays positive evolution towards more sophisticated methodologies. Despite these positive evolutions, we want to encourage current and future researchers to conduct more longitudinal and qualitative research to further advance our knowledge on negotiation.

《审音鉴古录》是清代中叶昆曲表演兴盛期的一部戏曲选本。从其文本形态分析,可以看出作者有意识地保存昆曲表演艺术精华的指导思想;而其独具的批录特色,使得《审》起到了再现乾隆时期昆曲表演艺术成就活化石的作用。     

EQUITY HOME BIAS: A REVIEW ESSAY

This paper reviews the relatively more recent literature on equity home bias – the empirical finding that people overinvest in domestic stocks relative to the optimal investment portfolio implied by the modern portfolio theory. It reviews six broad classes of explanation of this puzzling phenomenon: (1) hedging home risks; (2) barriers to foreign investments; (3) information asymmetries; and (4) behavioral factors. The consensus is that none of the explanations can account for the full extent of the bias by itself, thus the home bias should be explained by a combination of rational and behavioral factors.     

Online persuasion of review emotional intensity: A text mining analysis of restaurant reviews

Consumer-generated restaurant reviews are important sources in consumers’ purchase decisions. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of emotional intensity on perceived review usefulness as well as the moderating effects of review length and reviewer expertise. Data from 600,686 reviews of 300 popular restaurants in the US were obtained from Yelp. Using a text mining approach and econometric analysis, empirical results show that (1) positive emotional intensity has a negative impact on perceived review usefulness, whereas negative emotional intensity has a positive impact on perceived review usefulness; (2) among the two most prevalent discrete negative emotions in online reviews (i.e., anger and anxiety), reviews expressing anger are more useful than those expressing anxiety; and (3) review length and reviewer expertise can moderate the effect of emotional intensity on perceived review usefulness.
