商业银行多元化经营对绩效和风险的影响研究--基于53家银行的面板分析

本文运用2003-2013年间我国53家商业银行的面板数据,通过建立多元化风险模型,对商业银行收入结构多元化、经营绩效以及风险的关系进行了系统分析。得出结论：规模较大的银行在专业型多元化经营业务成熟的基础上,转而发展综合型多元化经营业务,有利于银行绩效提升,但必须注重对风险的把控;而规模较小的商业银行因受地域、规模等因素的限制并不适合开展综合型多元化经营业务,应在主营业务发展充分的基础上,以发展专业型多元化经营业务为主。最后,根据实证结果提出相关的对策建议。     

Accommodating a Foreign Object: Federalism,coordination and performance management in the reform of German employment administration

Abstract

This paper uses the case of the reform of the German employment administration to explore the usage of performance management approaches within multi-level governance settings. It traces the adoption and accommodation of the performance management approach to govern the joint service centres (called ‘Jobcenter’) at the local level within the multi-level administrative coordination regime in Germany’s federal system. A contribution is made to nascent debates about the potential of managerial tools in systems of negotiated decision-making. The paper shows how performance management is adapted to the institutional logic of multi-level administrative coordination and serves as a facilitator of cross-level coordination.     

“80”后知识型员工组织承诺行为一致性研究——基于贝叶斯估计模型和因子分析法的实证分析

随着"80后"这一代人走向社会成为企业人力资源的主力军,关于"80后"人员的组织行为研究成为热点。本文数据来自对企业组织中"80后"知识型员工的组织行为的问卷调查,采用因子分析、Bayes估计、Pearson、Spearman相关系数方法对组织承诺和工作绩效的关系进行分析,结果表明:(1)情感承诺与关系绩效和任务绩效存在强的正相关关系;(2)持续承诺对任务绩效有负影响与关系绩效存在弱的正相关关系;(3)规范承诺与关系绩效和任务绩效存在较强的正相关关系。     

上市公司社会责任财务绩效评价存在的问题成因及对策

目前,我国上市公司的社会责任财务评价存在诸多问题,国家没有具体规定评价体系,存在信息披露的不充分性和公司自身短视行为,对上市公司的财务评价造成制约。挖掘其原因,除了我国的研究起步相对晚外等历史原因,也有着社会责任存在不易使用会计指标反映的自身原因,不易量化的指标成为了社会责任财务评价绊脚石。要解决这些问题,不仅需要对上市公司披露社会责任信息进行强化和监管,更需要公众的监督。     

Incentive Travel: A View from the Top

Meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions are an important segment of the hospitality and tourism industry. The extant study focuses on the incentives or incentive travel. While incentive travel has existed for decades it is a relatively under-researched sub-field of hospitality. The goal of this article is to examine the current state of incentive travel, how it has changed over the past few years, and how it is likely to change in the future. Rather than examine every aspect of incentive travel, this research only looks at “buyers” of incentive travel rather than users or recipients and obtains data only from top-level corporate executives. Thus, the results are of the highest level and highest caliber. It was found that companies have been using incentive travel for decades and find it to be an effective employee motivator and as an incentive to sell product. It also builds morale and relationships.     

Does high supply chain integration enhance customer response speed?

The capability of customer response speed is commonly employed by firms that wish to strengthen their relationship with customers in order to maintain a high level of service in a hypercompetitive environment of rapidly changing technology. Improved customer response speed also helps manufacturers respond more rapidly to satisfy customer needs. However, does high level of supply chain integration with customers have positive impact on customer response speed? This study proposes a conceptual model to examine antecedents to better firm performance, with customer response speed as a mediator. The conceptual model was empirically tested using data collected from 809 manufacturing companies in the Greater China Region. The results show that the nature of the relationship between customer integration and customer response speed may vary substantially from one area to another. Also, customer response speed mediates between customer integration and firm performance in China and Taiwan.     

管理创新能力对组织绩效影响的实证研究

文章在理论研究基础上,探析管理创新能力对组织绩效的影响,建立基本假设,并利用结构方程模型方法对162份有效问卷进行实证检验。结果表明：理念创新能力和组织学习能力对组织绩效无直接影响,但可通过动态能力产生间接影响;动态能力、知识管理能力和环境适应能力对组织绩效具有直接影响,且明确了管理创新能力维度间的相互影响关系,动态能力是核心,环境适应能力是基础。研究结果可为企业培育管理创新能力以提升组织绩效提供借鉴。     

企业家创新精神与企业财务绩效关系的实证研究

企业家精神是一种重要的生产要素,也是经济增长的重要驱动力。企业家精神的核心是企业家创新精神,文章的研究对象是企业家创新精神与企业财务绩效的关系,主要采用实证的研究方法,通过研究发现,企业家创新精神和企业财务绩效具有显著地正相关关系,本文在此研究结论的基础上,把企业家创新精神要素分为核心要素与表现要素两个层面,进而从这两方面实证分析企业家创新精神对企业盈利能力、偿债能力、成长能力和营运能力等财务绩效指标的影响。     

领导行为的马太效应：领导组织化身的调节作用

文章就组织行为领域领导行为的马太效应及领导组织化身的调节作用进行了具体理论分析和实证检验。以510名企事业单位员工为样本,探讨了领导行为的马太效应及其具体作用机制。研究发现：变革型领导(正性领导）行为对员工工作绩效具有积极效应,辱虐领导（负性领导）行为对员工工作绩效具有消极效应,两类领导行为均通过情感组织承诺的中介效应对工作绩效产生影响;同时,领导组织化身（SOE）在两类领导行为与情感组织承诺之间起着显著调节作用,使得领导行为的马太效应进一步凸显和放大。这表明了在管理实践中领导行为具有特殊重要性,应注意汲取其有益影响、克服其负面效应,并充分利用员工领导组织化身认知的调节作用大力提升领导行为的有效性。
