基于IMC理论的动态营销能力构建

复杂的动态竞争环境对企业的营销实践提出了更高要求。基于整合营销传播理论的动态营销能力构建,是以创新能力、反应能力及关系能力为核心能力特征的动态资源,是持续获取企业良好营销绩效的重要来源。增强组织对环境变化的敏感性与适应性,可以提升企业的反应能力,剖析利益相关者需求并关注其变动可以实现与之的良好关系,个人与组织的知识管理,有利于提升企业的创新能力。三种能力互相作用,形成动态营销能力不断提升的推动系统。     

一种集成式多参数硅微传感器

为了实现小体积多参数的测量,提出一种单片集成多功能传感器。该传感器包括压力、温度和湿度传感器。各部分分别基于半导体压阻效应、电阻迁移率变化、极板间电容变化为原理制作而成。该传感器采用n型(100)基底,利用体硅和面硅工艺加工而成。测量电阻通过离子注入B 形成扩散电阻。为减小各参数间的相互影响,压力传感器的测量电阻布置于[110]晶向,测温电阻沿[100]晶向布置。温度输出信号可以实现对传感器中压力输出时温度漂移的精确补偿。芯片大小为5mm×5mm。试验表明传感器具有良好的线性,小迟滞,较高的灵敏度。

林纸一体化是一种新的产业格局，是世界造纸业的发展趋势，也是我国造纸业的发展方向；这种新格局与资源和环境密切相关。本文在分析目前我国森林资源资产会计核算中存在问题的基础上，从林木资产、林地资产、森林环境资产几方面，对林纸一体化企业营林过程中的森林资源资产会计核算的内容和方法进行了深入探讨，以促进企业走资源可持续发展之路，并有助于政府制定出有效的相关政策和措施。     

Never on Sunday? Mexican tourists at the beach

This paper examines contemporary middle class Mexican recreational tourism through a micro-ethnographic study of tourist behavior at a small beach resort in the state of Chiapas. Majority behavior represents the inversion of aspects of normal behavior, particularly in the deregulation of meal-times, night and day activities, and the rules for play. It is hypothesized that the particular, and comparatively excessive, behaviors described may stem from both the historically antecendant Spanish and Indian cultures, with their baroque tendencies, and from the recent liberation of the new middle classes from the “Victorian-like” rules of daily behavior. Behavior at the beach resorts resembles earlier types of vacation in the U.S.A. and this suggests there may be an evolution of tourist behaviors characteristic of the historical situation of the national home cultures of the tourists.     

Sound Money and Sound Financial Policy

Anna Schwartz has long promoted a policy of stable money. She also has advocated sound financial policy. The financial environment, according to her work, is strongly influenced by the degree of aggregate price stability. In this article historical evidence for the U.S. is presented that shows a strong association between aggregate price movements and measures of financial distress. Even in an environment of aggregate price stability in the face of shocks, however, a monetary authority should follow the financial policies of a lender of last resort as advocated over a century ago by Walter Bagehot—to promote adequate funds to allay the public's demand for means of payment in the face of a real financial crisis. Other circumstances involving asset market reversals that Schwartz calls pseudo crises should not be the subject of the monetary authorities' actions.     

The Logical Framework Approach–Millennium

The Logical Framework Approach (LFA) has proved to be a valuable tool for project approval, design, and evaluation. However, a few pitfalls make it hard to use within today's project management framework and to integrate with other project management tools. This article proposes an updated version of the LFA to improve its compatibility with today's corporate culture, project management framework, and tools. We propose to call the updated tool the Logical Framework Approach–Millennium (LFA‐M). The LFA‐M is a seven‐step approach leading to the development of the Logframe‐Millennium (LF‐M), a five‐column and four‐line matrix describing major project commitments and providing an overall understanding of the project. It was successfully implemented at the Canadian Space Agency and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. The LFA‐M fits well within today's project management framework and corporate culture and leads easily to other project management tools.

我国大型飞机航空电子系统的发展与思考

在分析各种宏观政策可能性的基础上,才能对证券市场进行合理的分析和判断。在流动性过剩短期内不能根本性缓解的情况下,与通货膨胀、经济过热以及房价高企相比,接受一定程度的股市泡沫也许是一个最合适的选择。从长期来看,化解股市泡沫的根本途径不是打压股市,而是提高上市公司的质量。在大量过剩的流动性从银行存款流向股市的时候,我们至少可以因势利导做两件事,一是调整我国的宏观金融结构;二是调整我国的产业结构和实现产业升级,并以此实现上市公司质量的提升。     

Personal perception and community speculation: A British resort in the 19th century

The paper presents a case history of the origin and early development of what later became a major UK seaside resort. Weston-super-Mare. Early developers were faced with considerable environmental difficulties, and by using a variety of contemporary documentary sources the paper considers how the problems were overcome within the context of both developers' and early visitors' perceptions, and of the regional market for tourism in the early nineteenth century. The reaction of the existing local community to development potential is also considered, and more general conclusions are reached on the nature of resort development in the nineteenth century.     

新一代航天测量船导航系统信息融合技术

分析了我国航天测量船导航系统的优缺点，提出了一种基于分散化滤波理论的联邦卡尔曼滤波体系结构（FKF），并研究了其最优融合估计算法和实时性。仿真结果表明，它可以有效地提高组合导航系统的精度和容错性能。最终的设计方案已成功应用于一种航天测量船组合导航系统中。
