构建“10＋1”自由贸易区的前沿阵地——泛珠三角在“10＋1”中扮演的角色探讨

泛珠三角处在我国与东盟自由贸易区(10 1)的前沿,要推进自贸区的建设,必须发挥泛珠三角区域的省区与东盟直接、间接接壤的地缘优势,在加快建设自由贸易平台建立自由贸易区突破口,推进境内外交通设施建设,打造便利通道,发挥香港两个扇面作用等方面,发挥各具特点的功能作用,从而构建推进“10 1”自由贸易区的前沿阵地。     

Can futures research contribute to tourism policy?

Following a definition of the basic terms employed, the author examines the interrelationships between planning, policymaking and forecasting. The main trends in futures research are described, and some forecasting methods and techniques conventionally used in tourism studies are considered. Criteria are derived by which tourism policy-makers could measure the usefulness of forecasts presented to them.     

Tourism and conservation

Assessing the impact of tourism on environment is notoriously difficult, and is often hindered by emotional factors or considerations of private interest. Further, data on tourist movements and volumes, particularly on internal tourist movements, and on impact itself, are scarce. It is thus difficult to provide any overview of the environmental impacts of tourists, whether in one country or worldwide. This article examines these relationships so far as data allow, largely within the framework of the UK experience.     

Partnership perspectives in tourism and recreational property development

Property development partnerships are increasingly being seen in the UK as a means of achieving tourism and recreational projects. This article briefly examines the nature of the relevant property development market; characteristics and attitudes of involved organisations; purposes, benefits and mechanics of partnerhsips (illustrated by two case studies); and future directions for partnerships. The issues and potential approaches identified are, to varying extents, of relevance to project implementation in developed and developing countries.

Development of advanced tourism studies in Holland

The entry of tourism studies into the field of advanced education is often a difficult process. Theory and practice sometimes serve conflicting interests. In the Netherlands an option has been taken for a theoretical, multi-disciplinary approach with links to the field of practice. Within this framework, tourism is indissolubly connected with leisure and recreation, leisure being the core of studies. This implies that the universities should educate leisure economists, leisure sociologists, etc., and that advanced professional educational institutions should educate leisure experts. This paper discusses whether the problems and solutions in the Netherlands are recognizable and/or useful abroad, and whether one institution can learn from the experiences of others.     

Recreation vehicles : A perspective

The growth and popularity of recreation vehicles in the United States and other countries has implications for the travel and tourism industry. Owners of these vehicles require no separate lodging facilities while traveling and rarely patronize hotels or motels. They often perceive that they spend less for their vacations by staying at travel parks and campgrounds, but survey results and comparative cost analysis reveal that they spend more than automobile travelers when total fixed and variable costs are taken into account. Recreation vehicle (RV) preferences by income category suggest alternative modes of recreation travel and a vacation life style which has considerable appeal. This “RV life style” is characterized by a strong desire to experience the outdoors and socialize with other campers while still retaining the comforts and conveniences of a familiar domicile. Limiting characteristics include the provincial nature of recreation vehicle travel and the impact of mandatory fuel conservation measures.     

基于游憩者视角的游憩环境教育实证研究——以福州国家森林公园为例

以游憩者为主体的游憩环境教育是实现游憩可持续发展的重要保障。文章以福州国家森林公园作为案例进行实证研究分析,通过对到访森林公园的游憩者发放问卷和现场访谈的方式,在运用EXCEL和SPSS软件对获取的调查数据进行辅助分析的基础上,揭示游憩者的游憩环境感知现状以及游憩区的游憩环境教育现状,探讨实现游憩区游憩环境可持续发展的优化措施与策略。     

皖江铜文化的应用研究

文章对皖江铜文化在城市公共环境设计中应用的发展现状、应用特点与艺术风格进行了初步的探讨,并结合其现有的优秀的公共环境设计作品,对其皖江铜文化的地域特色及在城市公共环境艺术设计中应用的艺术特色予以分析,以期对独特地域文化在现代城市公共环境设计中的运用能够起到一定的推动作用。     

汨罗江水环境非使用价值评估

运用条件价值法对汨罗江水环境非使用价值进行评估,通过问卷调查,调查人们对汨罗江水环境保护的支付意愿,估算汨罗江水环境非使用价值。结果显示,汨罗江水环境非使用价值为31.28亿元,其中存在价值为13.33亿元,选择价值为8.04亿元,遗产价值为9.92亿元。该估算结果表明,汨罗江水环境在人们的生活中发挥着非常重要的作用,价值巨大。
