全球化条件下人的发展与国际分工的转化

文章基于逻辑曲线，从人的发展角度分析了当代国际分工的转换，解释了在较高的人类发展程度上，产品内分工将会替代产品间分工，各国各部门基于价值链各片段的分工将成为国际分工的主要方式。同时，一国人类发展达到足够高的程度时，也会引致全球的产品内分工，这一机制转换与当前知识密集型产品的全球外包的高速增长是一致的。     

新兴古典经济学视角下的税收专业化管理分析

与所有的专业化进程一致,税收管理专业化是一个动态衍生过程,在这一过程中必然伴随的是某一特定"职业"知识的增进和效率的提高。在新兴古典经济学视野下,税收专业化管理往往建立在税收管理合宜性分工的基础上。税收专业化管理的主要目的是降低税收征管成本和对纳税人行为影响最小化。达到这一目标的主要方式包括:在税收管理分工不变前提下的效率提高;在税收管理岗位进一步合理化分工前提下提高管理过程迂回度,提高税收管理效率;提高税收管理组织效率。同时,税收专业化管理在新兴制度经济学意义上的关键作用,是解决税收管理中的信息缺失问题。     

Efficient Specialization in Ricardian Production

Abstract. It is well known that the analysis of efficient specialization in Ricardian production with many countries and many commodities cannot be broken down to the simple case of two countries and two commodities. By drawing on some recent results of convex geometry and the theory of cephoids, this paper characterizes efficient specialization in the general case.     

江苏产业专业化发展趋势的实证分析

通过对区位商的测算和分析表明，江苏产业专业化程度总体呈上升趋势，地区间的产业专业化发展还不平衡，上海、江苏、浙江、广东、山东五省市的产业专业化差异程度有进一步扩大的趋势，江苏专业化程度虽然相对较落后，但发展势头强劲，江苏全省经济发展的布局还需要重新规划，还得加强政府部门服务效率，完善基础设施结构，优化产业发展环境，发展集群经济，促成产业集聚程度不断提高，提高江苏产业发展的竞争力。     

产业垂直专业化的驱动因素研究——基于中国高技术产业的实证检验

在构建一个理论分析框架的基础上,提出垂直专业化驱动因素的四个重要假说,并选取中国高技术产业1995—2008年三位数行业的面板数据,运用动态面板的GMM方法进行实证检验,结果发现:资本密集度、外向度和市场规模是影响中国高技术产业垂直专业化的重要因素;中国市场化改革所导致的交易费用下降驱动着高技术产业垂直专业化程度的不断深化;各驱动因素对垂直专业化的贡献可能存在着行业差异性。     

中美高新技术产品贸易研究

文章利用美国普查局贸易统计数据,计算了中美高新技术产品贸易的贸易特化指数,然后对产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:中美高新技术产品贸易总体属于产业间贸易。文章最后提出了在中美间培育垂直专业化分工、增加从美国的中间产品进口规模和敦促美国放宽对华技术出口限制等建议。     

Exploring Progression along the Recreation Specialization Continuum Using a Latent Growth Approach

In recreation specialization the idea of progression largely has been relegated to an assumption. Fundamental questions about how leisure participants enter and progress through social subworlds remain. We examined panel data over a six-year period to look for evidence of progression among Texas anglers. Similar to previous studies, we were unable to detect forward movement along the specialization continuum. Results revealed strong individual differences in each subdimension of the developmental process. Our study adds to this literature by treating specialization in terms of its underlying subdimensions and by demonstrating latent growth modeling as a viable alternative to repeated measure analyses.

Recreational specialization and ecologically responsible behaviour of Chinese birdwatchers in Hong Kong

Birdwatching is a popular nature-based recreational activity that has millions of participants worldwide. Hong Kong is an important birdwatching destination in Southeast Asia, and the number of birdwatchers visiting Hong Kong has steadily increased in recent decades. This study investigated the influences of recreational specialization on the pro-environmental attitudes and ecologically responsible behaviour of Chinese birdwatchers. Questionnaire surveys were conducted in Hong Kong, and 387 completed questionnaires were collected. The results of structural equation modelling indicate a direct positive association between the birdwatchers’ specialization and pro-environmental attitudes and an indirect positive association between their specialization and ecologically responsible behaviour. These findings suggest that understanding birdwatchers’ specialization is essential for predicting birdwatchers’ behaviour when visiting ecologically sensitive destinations. Birdwatcher specialization levels could be used to formulate visitor management strategies at birdwatching sites and to mitigate visitor impacts on avian species.
