我国知识产权壁垒研究现状及成因、对策简析——基于文献计量学的视角

随着针对知识产权壁垒研究的开展,学者们当前的研究热点及现状成为需要关注的方向。本研究基于文献计量学的视角,对2005.01-2015.03间CSSCI期刊中收录的以知识产权壁垒为研究主题的研究论文进行统计与关键词归类,并利用Ucinet软件,对知识产权壁垒的研究现状展开分析。研究结果显示,关于知识产权壁垒的研究尚处于起步阶段,研究热点主要集中于知识产权壁垒的定义与表现形式、337调查及应对策略等,而对于知识产权壁垒的成因分析却涉及较少。因此,本文继续以337调查事件为基础,结合我国现实,对知识产权壁垒形成的原因进行归纳,最终为打破知识产权壁垒提供了相应的对策建议。

A multilevel perspective on organizational buying behavior in coopetition–an exploratory case study

This article offers a new and interesting perspective on organizational buying behavior by focusing on the simultaneous existence of both cooperation and competition, that is, coopetition. Coopetition may bring undesired knowledge leaks, opportunism, and weakened competitive advantage, and it is therefore important to understand how coopetition develops over time through interrelated activities on multiple levels. The article aims to improve our understanding of the development of organizational buying behavior through adopting a multilevel perspective on coopetition. The empirical study is based on exploratory case study research involving a single case from the manufacturing sector featuring a large multinational buyer and its supplier. The findings of the study show that organizational buying behavior in coopetition develops through interrelated activities on the individual, the organizational, and the relational level. Over time, dominating activities evolve from being ambivalent on an individual level to become authoritative on a company level and finally to being opportunistic on a relational level. Theoretically, this study contributes to organizational buying behavior literature by examining coopetition from a multilevel perspective. From a managerial perspective, the findings establish the importance of recognizing individual-, and organizational-level activities.     

A NEW INSIGHT INTO THE GENDER GAP IN MATH

In the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study Kindergarten Cohort, I find that the gender gap is not uniform across the distribution of math skills and that these quantile‐specific gaps vary with age. Specifically, girls at the top of the distribution initially fall behind boys but manage to catch up later. At the same time, girls in the lower parts of the distribution lose ground. In fifth grade, a gender gap of 0.2 standard deviation, about 2.5 months of schooling, is observed across the entire distribution. Overall, these patterns indicate the possibility that low performing girls become worse and vice versa. These results demonstrate important dynamics of the gap that are relevant for policy, but that the mean gap fails to show.     

A systematic mapping study on enterprise architecture mining

Enterprise architecture allows companies to deal with digital transformation through the proactive presentation and alignment of business and IT in a holistic manner. One important challenge is EA modelling since it is time-consuming (thus expensive), error-prone, and biased owing to experts’ subjective opinions. This challenge might consequently be addressed through automatic EA modelling. We conducted a systematic mapping study to classify and evaluate the research concerning EA mining proposals developed specifically for TOGAF and Archimate. After analysing results, we concluded that the research field is not sufficiently mature and further research on EA mining is necessary.     

市场化进程、环境信息披露与绿色信贷

本文基于中国资本市场的经验数据,并考虑了产权性质和市场化程度差异的影响,研究了我国商业银行贷款决策与环境信息披露的关系。结果发现,环保企业能获取更优惠的银行信贷,即绿色信贷是客观存在的,但其效果仅表现在环境信息披露不过度及市场化进程高的地区的情形下。上述研究发现对于构建和完善我国商业银行的绿色信贷机制建设,实现其可持续发展具有重要意义。     

养老服务供应链创新模式:绩效评价与优化策略——基于广州荔湾区的调查

本文从服务供应链的角度阐述养老服务供应链创新管理模式及其绩效评价的内涵,通过构建养老服务供应链的绩效评价指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法对养老服务供应链的绩效进行评价,并以广州市荔湾区部分养老服务试点的调研数据分析验证,旨在为全面地控制养老服务产业中各环节的绩效水平和改善养老服务质量提供有效的手段。     

我国服务业FDI结构、技术进步与经济增长

服务业外商直接投资可分为生产性服务业外商直接投资和消费性服务业外商直接投资,二者对国家经济增长有着不同的影响。本文从技术进步的角度,利用面板模型,研究了我国不同类型服务业外商直接投资对经济增长的影响,并分别讨论了东西部地区服务业外商直接投资对技术进步和经济增长的差异性影响。研究结果表明生产性服务业外商直接投资对经济增长和服务业技术进步均有明显促进作用,消费性服务业外商直接投资对经济增长有促进作用,但对服务业技术进步有阻碍作用,且这一趋势在我国东西部地区之间存在显著差异。

在搜集宁波模具企业中英文简介的基础上,对比了国外模具企业简介,从宁波模具企业简介涵盖的主要内容特点、英文简介的主要错误、国外模具企业简介相对宁波模具企业简介的不同侧重点等方面进行了深入的分析,并在此基础上提出了宁波模具企业英文简介改进建议.
