基于物联网的智能化配送管理课程建设方案初探

基于物联网的智能化配送管理课程建设的课题,是在国家大力发展物联网技术与产业应用,学院对接地方经济发展的大背景下,对课程建设的一次有益探索,本课程尝试引入物联网方案提供商,建立基于最新物联网技术的物流实训室,培养学生智能化配送管理的综合性能力,期待在教学内容和方法、教师能力提升和产学合作方式等方面有实质性的突破,为以工作过程为导向的物流管理专业建设积累新的经验。     

线路雷击故障统计分析

文章将对利用甘肃电力公司基层单位收集的雷击跳闸数据,通过数据统计分析的方法对雷击跳闸故障的特征及防雷措施的效果和风险评估展开研究。首先对雷击跳闸的逐年变化情况进行分析,然后分析雷击故障杆塔的地域分布、杆塔所处的地形地貌、绕击比重和雷击相次的特征以及进行重要输电线路的雷害风险分析。最后在建立雷击跳闸数据分析数学计算模型的基础上进行防雷措施运用效果定量评价分析。

文章结合对配电自动化系统的功能与优势的分析,针对配电自动化系统信息管理、安全管理和运行管理模式等进行了深入的阐释与分析。     

福建省粮食物流公共信息平台构建研究

粮食作为关系国计民生的重要商品,其流通及安全问题也一直是国内学者研究和讨论的焦点。文中首先分析福建省粮食流通现状并指出其在发展中存在的问题,在此基础上提出福建省粮食物流信息平台的架构设计方案和运营保障设计方案,并以东北大米为例描述设计方案的具体运行流程,力求为福建省粮食流通效率的提高和粮食安全的保障服务。

The Bell Curve in Psychological Research and Practice: Myth or Reality?

The expression “the bell curve” designs both a kind of statistical distribution and the title of a famous and controversial book by Herrnstein and Murray. The first is so attractive that the second refers to it to give more credibility to its questionable theories on intelligence. The point is that, during the 20th century, the bell curve has assumed a more and more important role in psychological research and practice and have become both a reality and a myth. In the first case (reality) we can assist to appropriate applications of a real useful statistical concept. In the second (myth) we can have two kinds of attitudes: one attitude is typical of those researchers who search for normality in all their data and variables, just as Parsifal used to search for the Holy Graal (we call this “the Parsifal attitude”); the other is typical of those researchers who give normality for granted and act as if it were a Platonic Idea (we call this “the Plato attitude”). The article discusses the role of the normal distribution in psychological research and practice and shows how it can be dangerous to treat the bell curve as a God or an Idol.     

Gamma-Minimax Prediction for the Multinomial Distribution

Characterizations of gamma-minimax predictors for the linear combinations of the unknown parameter and the random variable having the multinomial distribution under arbitrary squared error loss are established in two situations – when the sample size is fixed and when the sample size is a realization of a random variable. It is always assumed that the available vague prior information about the unknown parameter can be described by a class of priors whose vector of first moments belongs to a suitable convex and compact set. Several known gamma-minimax and minimax results can be obtained from the characterizations derived in the present paper.
