经济全球化新论

经济全球化是以各国对外经济关系发展为基础的生产力和生产关系的全球性发展,它既是当前国际经济和国际经济关系的综合体现,又是经济国际化和经济一体化的新特点、新阶段。经济全球化作为世界经济发展的大趋势,既能促进世界经济的更大发展,又能实现各国经济的共同发展。参入经济全球化并不是我国的目的,而是实现我国经济全球化的手段。我国只有实现了经济全球化,才能最大限度地促进经济发展,并为世界经济全球化做出应有的贡献。     

试论我国会计国际化的一个可能途径

文章基于对会计本质的统计属性及会计对环境的依赖性的分析,提出我国会计国际化的一种可能的途径。从理性经济人的角度出发,文章认为我国会计国际化的进程取决于相关的成本效益的权衡,并对所提出的我国会计国际化的这种可能的途径进行初步的成本与效益分析。     

对企业国际化理论的反思及其价值认识

真正意义上的企业国际化产生于工业革命之后,经历了进出口贸易、对外直接投资、许可经营等阶段,许多理论对这些活动发生的动因、条件与展开的路径进行了直接或间接的解释与分析。在当前全球化日益深入发展的背景下,对企业国际化理论进行反思,具有推动理论研究与指导实践操作的价值。

近十年来得益于经济持续快速发展,中国在世界经济中的地位不断提升,为人民币国际化创造了有利的条件,人民币国际化成为历史的必然。本文主要从人民币国际化的必经阶段跨境人民币结算和国际货币历史经验来分析探讨从跨境人民币到人民币国际化的实现过程,以及对策建议。     

Host country’s environmental uncertainty,technological capability,and foreign market entry mode: Evidence from high-end equipment manufacturing MNEs in emerging markets

The paper investigates the impact of the host country’s environmental uncertainty on the choice of entry mode and also discusses the moderating role of technological heterogeneity in this relationship. Based on the resource-based view and institutional theory framework, we first analyze the investment motivation of emerging industries in emerging markets and evaluate the environmental uncertainty from two dimensions, including the institutional environment (country level) and industry environment (market level). Then, the theoretical predictions are empirically tested using 173 overseas investment events in China’s high-end equipment sector from 2010-2018. Our findings suggest that when the uncertainty of the industry environment is low, no matter how uncertain is the institutional environment, most firms tend to choose a cooperative strategy. Once the industry environment indicators become turbulent, a high degree of institutional environment uncertainty causes firms to evade trade barriers by choosing a new plant. Alternatively, choosing a relatively conservative mode, such as export. Meanwhile, technological capability weakens the influence of environmental uncertainty on entry mode.     

Does retail type matter? Consumer responses to channel integration in omni-channel retailing

A critical issue faced by marketing practitioners today is orchestrating strategies that provide a smooth consumer experience in an omni-channel environment. The extant literature offers limited guidance on managing the consumer journey in an omni-channel environment across different retail types. Using the S–O-R framework as its basis, this study generates novel insights by examining how different types of retailers influence consumer perceptions of channel integration (CPCI) as well as consumer empowerment, trust, satisfaction, and patronage intention. Data from 736 consumers was collected using purposive sampling to target those who interact with retailers from high-end specialty stores, department stores, and hypermarkets. The data was then analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). We find that consumers from high-end specialty stores, hypermarkets, and department stores have different perceptions when patronising the omni-channel retail business. The implications of the study are discussed and suggestions for future research are presented.     

依托《中小企业促进法》加快我国中小企业国际化经营

我国要积极实施"走出去"战略,必须充分重视中小企业的国际化经营。《中小企业促进法》的颁布实施为中小企业发展提供了法律依据。有关部门应当在相关法律框架内,采取有效措施推动中小企业国际化经营。     

汇率冲击与外汇储备对人民币国际化的动态影响——基于IS-LM-EE模型和SVAR的实证分析

本文基于IS-LM-EE模型构建了汇率冲击效应的理论模型,并利用SVAR方法对1996~2010年的月度时间序列数据,从国际贸易规模、人民币价值稳定、金融业发展三个方面研究了汇率和外汇储备冲击对人民币国际化的动态影响。分析结果表明,短期内人民币渐进和小幅升值虽然给国际贸易带来负面冲击,然而长期内这不仅有利于出口导向型发展模式的转变和国际收支的再平衡,而且也有助于实现低通货膨胀率和人民币的内外价值稳定。此外,外汇储备累积通过货币供给、利率、银行利差等渠道对人民币价值稳定及其国际化形成不可忽略的负面冲击。     

Intellectual Property Securitization and Growth Capital in Retail Franchising

A retail franchisor needs growth capital so that the brand continues to grow and franchisor–franchisee relations remain strong. However, access to corporate liquidity to fund such franchise growth options is not unlimited. A method of raising finance particularly suited to retail franchisors is intellectual property (IP) securitization that allows companies to account for intangible assets such as intellectual property, royalty and brands and realize their full value. In recent years, a number of large restaurant franchisors have securitized their brands to raise funds, including Dunkin Brands and Domino's Pizza (Domino's). We use property rights approach to show that IP securitization provides mechanisms that explicitly define ownership of intangible assets within the securitization structure and thus enables a company to raise funds against these assets. Using a case study example of a retail franchise IP securitization transaction, we also provide evidence that these mechanisms are not overly restrictive and can be used more widely to help fund retail franchise growth and expansion.
