关于不确定情况下净现值投资评价指标的探讨

文章对在不确定性情况下净现值（NPV）投资评价指标的有效性进行了探讨，提出在运用该指标评价项目时必须要考虑到风险的大小对项目决策的影响，并根据投资项目的统计特征。阐述了在此情况下该指标的计算。最后以实例进一步说明该计算方法的有效性。从而使项目的投资决策更为科学合理。

不完全信息下的供应链风险评估方法研究

本文使用多属性决策方法进行供应链风险评估,在风险属性权重信息不完全的情况下,建立非线性规划模型求得各风险属性的权重值,并通过求与理想解之间的加权欧氏距离来评估风险值的大小,解决了评估专家由于知识、经验和偏好不完全相同而意见难以统一的困难,最后用一个例子说明了该方法的有效性和实用性。     

多目标突变论在城市用地发展方向决策中的应用——以抚顺市为例

本文以抚顺市为例,运用多目标突变决策论解决城市规划中主城区发展方向决策的问题。报告分析了抚顺市城市现状和用地的限制因素,讨论城市用地拓展的可行性方向,建立多目标突变决策模型,通过定性和定量分析,得出抚顺主城区规划建设用地发展方向的时序。     

论反倾销司法审查制度

反倾销司法审查制度是指法院通过对反倾销行政行为进行审查，发挥司法权力对行政权力的制约作用。国内法院的反倾销司法审查与WT0的争端解决机制是相互独立的关系。我国反倾销司法审查的范围应包括对不启动反倾销调查的行政决定。反倾销司法审查的标准包括事实问题和法律问题两个方面，体现了国内法院对行政权限一定程度的尊重。     

反倾销措施对产业的关联影响--反倾销税价格效应的投入产出分析

WTO反倾销协议允许成员国在倾销造成国内产业实质性损害或产生实质性损害威胁时采取反倾销措施。反倾销措施的实施在保护国内受损害产业的同时 ,会损害下游产业和消费者的利益。本文以化工行业为例 ,利用中国投入产出表定量分析反倾销税价格效应对国民经济各产业部门的关联影响。我国对外反倾销涉案产品大多是中间产品 ,因此在反倾销措施执行中应当全面考虑包括下游产业利益在内的公共利益问题。     

Sustainable tourism planning and climate change adaptation in the Alps: a case study of winter tourism in mountain communities in the Dolomites

A vast body of literature suggests that the European Alpine Region is extremely sensitive to climate change. Winter tourism is closely related to climate variations, especially in mountain regions where resorts are heavily dependent on snow. This paper explores how to effectively integrate a climate change adaptation perspective with local discourses about sustainability and tourism, an increasing priority for policy-makers in the region and elsewhere. It reports on the development and application of a participatory decision support process for the analysis of adaptation strategies for local development of an Alpine tourism destination, Auronzo di Cadore (Dolomites, Italy). This experience significantly contributed to the idea that an efficient combination of modelling capabilities, decision support tools, and participatory processes can substantially improve decision-making for sustainability. The authors show that, in this case study, such a combination of methods and tools allowed for managing the involvement of local actors, stimulating local debates on climate change adaptation and possible consequences on winter tourism, encouraging creativity and smoothing potential conflicts, and easing the integration of the qualitative knowledge and the preferences of the involved actors with quantitative information. This contributed to an integrated sustainability assessment of alternative strategies for sustainable tourism planning.     

Why do satisfied customers switch? Focus on the restaurant patron variety-seeking orientation and purchase decision involvement

Company efforts to make customers switch from competitive brands to their own or induce them to repurchase their own brands are very important in their marketing activities and in this regard studies of customer variety-seeking orientation and level of involvement in decision making play a crucial role in explaining customers’ product selection activities. The purpose of this study intends to examine interrelationships among customer satisfaction, loyalty, and switching intent in family restaurants and verify the moderating effect of customer variety-seeking orientation and purchase decision involvement. A total of 305 patrons in Korea participated. The results showed a positive relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty. Participants expressing a high level of satisfaction were more likely to switch restaurants. Whether customers feel loyalty determines their switching intent. There were moderating effects related to customer variety-seeking orientation in the causal relationships between customer loyalty and switching intent. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
