多机器人系统协调协作控制技术综述

多机器人协调协作控制技术主要研究多机器人系统的体系结构、通信、感知、合作决策、协调控制、机器人学习等内容.对多机器人协作协调控制技术进行研究,可为多机器人协作协调控制系统的开发提供指导,是当前机器人领域研究的热门课题之一.     

销售渠道风险管理

本文首先建立了一套用以评估销售渠道风险的指标体系，通过建立企业各销售渠道的物元模型，运用物元的可拓性，将销售渠道的建设和管理控制的指标量化，按照统一规范化运算，得出便于比较的优度，从而对各类渠道风险进行排序选择风险最底的渠道。最后，本文以一个算例对评估销售渠道风险模型进行了实证研究。

WTO规则是国际商业活动的基本规则。我国高新技术产业税收优惠政策中存在着与WTO规则的冲突 ,协调冲突的办法就是按 WTO规则对现行税收优惠政策进行协调与修订。     

Physical Search

Unidirectional search is an evolutionarily stable outcome in an economy where homogenous buyers and sellers can either move or stay. It is more efficient than bidirectional search. In unidirectional search, it is more efficient if the more numerous agents move and the less numerous agents stay, than vice versa.     

Partial International Coordination in the Great Fish War

This study extends the great fish war model of Levhari and Mirman [Levhari, D. and Mirman, L. (1980) Bell Journal of Economics 11: 322–344] by incorporating a multiple country context into the model and investigates the existence of a partial coordination Nash equilibrium. First, findings of this paper suggest that a partial coordination scheme is sustainable only in limited cases. Any coalition that has more than two member countries cannot be sustained. Second, the existence and the number of coordinating countries depend critically on the magnitude of the biological and preference parameters. Finally, if the coalition is assumed to be a dominant player, there always exist one or two welfare-improving sustainable coalitions and the size of the sustainable coalitions depends on the parameters of the problem.     

全球化背景下的湛江市域发展战略研究

全球化加速发展，对区域发展产生了深远影响，也引起了湛江市周边区域环境发生着变化，环北部湾经济圈的崛起、“大珠三角”和“泛珠三角”的建设、中国一东盟自由贸易区的建成以及西部大开发战略的实施。文章以此为背景，分析了湛江市的区域地位(包括区位条件、区域优势和区域地位)，对湛江市域发展战略进行了思考，提出战略目标和重点，主要在培育产业集群、构建区域创新系统、建立区域协调机制以及实施点轴带动的不平衡发展战略。     

New European Banking Governance and Crisis of Democracy: Bank Restructuring and Privatization in Slovenia

ABSTRACT

The paper makes three contributions to the understanding of the post-crisis European banking governance. First, it offers a more comprehensive approach to banking governance, beyond the Banking Union, through its concept of ‘New European Banking Governance’ (NEBG) that incorporates EU state aid rules and fiscal regulations. Second, it considers the impact of NEBG on democratic institutions and processes in EU member states, an under-researched topic in the literature on European banking governance. Finally, through its in-depth case study of Slovenia it considers the NEBG in relation to peripheral Eurozone states. It argues that the post-crisis banking governance framework of the EU not only severely constrained the Slovenian state in its policy choices but rearranged its policy-making institutions in a way that restricted and continues to restrict democratic banking policy formation.

必须用科学发展观指导国有企业的深化改革，否则难以实现国企改革的目标。当前深化国企改革的要点有三：一是国有企业改制和产权转让的规范化问题；二是改革的配套协调问题：三是政府转型问题。
