计算机软件著作权的法律特征浅析

作为著作权之一，计算机软件著作权有其他种类著作权相同的特征：即非绝对排他性。还有与其他种类的著作权相区别的两个重要法律特征：权利依据的模糊性、法律保护方法的独特性。     

利用SPKI委托证书实现分布式访问控制

传统的访问控制技术已经无法满足大规模、跨域范围分布式应用的安全需要。本文从分析简单公钥基础设施（SPKI）委托证书满足分布式访问控制的几个基本特征出发，描述了证书的结构和五元组压缩规则，给出了采用委托证书的访问控制实现模型，最后简单讨论了委托证书链的搜索决定算法问题。     

中国—东盟机电产品竞争与互补分析

近几年来,中国与东盟国间经济贸易往来发展迅速。目前机电产品已在中国与东盟产品贸易中取代了传统出口产品如矿产产品、纺织、服装和鞋类等的地位。本文论述了中国与东盟的机电产品贸易现状,特别对双方机电产品在互补与竞争方面的特点进行了分析,最后对机电产品发展前景做了相应的展望。     

A quantitative model for the evaluation of technological alternatives

This paper presents a quantitative model that may be of use to the national development planners, investment funding authorities, and entrepreneurs, who are confronted with the problems of choosing the appropriate technology among many available alternatives. The model provides a systematic and analyst-independent methodology for the multicriterion technology selection process, which requires consideration of socioeconomic as well as technological factors. The procedure is mathematically straightforward and has the capability of integrating both objective and subjective aspects of the evaluation process, resulting in a unified technology measure as a guide for decision making. A case study is presented to illustrate the applicability and workability of the development model.     

银行网点主机集中方案的设计与实现——基于降低维护成本

本文提出了银行网点主机集中方案，对该方案进行需求分析，介绍了该方案的实施过程，并在部分银行网点进行试点，试点结果表明该方案大大降低了对主机维护成本，为银行网点经营效率的提高提供了有利的技术支持。     

寡头垄断市场竞争博弈学习模型的研究

有限理性参与者之间的博弈问题是人们十分关注的研究项目。目前已提出了一些博弈学习模型，但都存在一定的局限性。基于模拟退火算法，给出了博弈学习的一个改进方法，建立了寡头垄断市场的博弈学习模型。计算机仿真实验表明，新的博弈学习方法的有效性有了很大的提高。     

Managing the technical resource capability of cybercrime investigation: a UK law enforcement perspective

This article discusses the challenges faced by law enforcement agencies when investigating cybercrime. The article presents the technical investigation roles necessary for cybercrime policing in a resource capability matrix. Adopting a standard resource capability framework across the wider law enforcement community will assist in the development of common policies and procedures, and will maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of cybercrime investigation in a shrinking global economy.

随着信息技术的快速发展,社会对各类人才应用计算机技术的需求日益多样化和具体化。文章以湖南工业大学为背景,结合不同学科和不同专业特色,论述了计算机基础课程改革的必要性和多学科环境下计算机基础课程建设。     

The Role of Emotion and Language in Dyadic E-negotiations

This paper examines the emotion and tone of language used by e-negotiation participants. Eight hundred e-negotiations of varying lengths were studied and significant differences between successful and unsuccessful e-negotiations were uncovered. Participants in successful e-negotiations expressed significantly more positive emotion and agreeable language, and significantly less negative language in their textual exchanges than participants in failed e-negotiations. Further, successful e-negotiations were shorter in elapsed time than unsuccessful e-negotiations. Logistic regression results indicate that use of agreeable language throughout the e-negotiation process is a significant predictor of e-negotiation success, while the use of negative language is only significant to e-negotiation success (failure) in the last half of the e-negotiation.
