基于直觉模糊的医院患者满意度研究

医院患者满意度综合反映了医院医疗服务水平。文章基于直觉模糊集理论建立了一个多级直觉模糊满意度计算模型,利用直觉模糊集算子有效地诱导出直觉模糊满意度,将定性与定量的方法结合起来进行满意度计算,使计算结果信息量更大、更加科学合理且自动化程度高。以商洛职业技术学院附属医院为例,通过问卷调查数据,基于直觉模糊满意度模型,计算医院患者满意度。探索一些指标满意度较低的原因;并针对患者普遍不满意的指标提出具体建议。     

The evolving Portuguese model of HRM

In Europe, despite the process of European integration and the globalization of world markets, considerable differences can still be detected in the way organizations manage people and the role played by the HR function. But, while there has been considerable debate over the introduction of HRM in countries like the UK, less attention has been paid to countries like Portugal where the role of HRM remains under-researched. This paper reports the findings of a project aiming to make sense of the concept of HRM in Portugal. Results from a survey of companies found an extensive use of the HRM label among Portuguese organizations. The function seems to have gained some influence at the top and reached some degree of strategic integration, but there is an apparent reluctance to devolve HR responsibilities to line managers. The HR function appears to be playing the specialist role as a means of overcoming the credibility gap. Based on the findings of the current and previous research, an attempt is made to outline a Portuguese HRM model.     

Agent-based simulation of consumer purchase behaviour based on quality,price and promotion

ABSTRACT

This paper studies the influence factors in consumer purchase behaviour. First, through reading and analysing the related paper, the authors summarise a lot of influence factors. Second, combined with the theme of the study, experts and scholars discuss these influence factors and choose quality, price and promotion of commodity as the object of this paper. Third, this paper presents an agent-based model and simulation method on the consumer purchase behaviours based on quality, price and promotion of commodity. The utility function is used to describe the model, which is implemented under NetLogo simulation environment. The results show that the proposed model can analyse and predict the effects of different quality, price and promotion strategies by the emergence of consumer purchase behaviour.     

农产品调控中价格关联分析--以生猪与玉米价格为例

文章运用协整检验、格兰杰检验、VAR模型、脉冲响应函数等方法,对我国玉米和生猪的价格关系进行实证研究.结果显示玉米价格与生猪价格具有长期正向的均衡关系;生猪短期价格变动又受到短期玉米价格变动和前期生猪价格偏离长期均衡关系的影响;玉米价格的波动会影响生猪价格波动,但生猪价格变动对玉米价格影响较小.玉米价格的波动对生猪价格的影响具有3~4季度的时滞.基于上述结论,提出了相应的政策建议.     

新疆南疆三地州经济发展现状与趋势

本文在分析南疆三地州2000年-2011年经济发展趋势与特点的基础上,利用灰色关联度模型剖析了三次产业对南疆三地州经济发展的贡献;并利用灰色预测模型GM（1,1）对南疆三地州未来5年三次产业增加值进行预测,得出结论：南疆三地州经济发展相对落后,第二产业对经济增长的推动力弱,工业发展十分薄弱;若按照2007年-2011年的发展态势,2012年-2016年,南疆三地州的三次产业增加值将不断提高,三次产业结构将不断优化.最后提出,应加快南疆三地州的工业发展,推进新型工业化进程;加快南疆三地州的特色农业发展,推进农牧业现代化;加快南疆三地州农村劳动力的转移,推进新型城镇化;加快南疆三地州的现代服务业发展,提高服务业发展质量.     

Managing the Monetary Consequences of Reserve Accumulation in Emerging Asia

Abstract

The huge increase in international reserve holdings by Asian countries since the 1997 crisis has been one of the most important recent developments on the international financial scene. These buildups have contributed substantially to concerns about the creation of excessive global liquidity. How justified these concerns are depends heavily on the extent to which the reserve accumulating countries have been able to sterilize the effects on their domestic monetary aggregates. We use a unified theoretical framework to undertake dynamic estimations of the magnitude of sterilization and offset coefficients (which measure the degree of capital mobility) for a large set of Asian economies. We find that despite substantial capital mobility there has been a high degree of effective sterilization to date.

系统范式是对技术创新领域研究的一种方法,其中,系统功能分析是系统范式的核心内容之一。文章按照一般的逻辑关系,研究创新生态系统的功能、动力及其政策含义等内容。在回顾创新系统功能学术观点的基础上,对创新生态系统的功能进行设计,分析这些功能的相互关系,探讨创新生态系统的动力机制,提出创新生态系统建设的政策含义。     

深化资本市场中枢作用研究

资本市场应当主导我国金融市场由资金配置向资本配置转型、由不动产金融向动产金融转型,同时主导我国生产要素市场化改革。资本市场在经济活动中发挥主导作用的关键在于提升其价值发现能力,而当前我国资本市场价值发现能力欠缺有多方面深层次原因:一是对资产和资金的包容和汇聚不够,二是资本的流动和配置受到制约,三是定价机制受到一定程度的扭曲,四是产权制度不完善,五是市场主体归位尽责情况不理想,六是金融衍生品市场不够成熟。本文建议:一是完善多层次资本市场建设,二是推动市场多空机制均衡发展,三是纠偏资本市场定价机制,四是加速完善现代产权制度,五是强化对市场各主体的培育,六是加强资本市场高质量对外开放。
