基于钻石模型的我国创意产业国际竞争力研究

本文结合创意产业的特点对波特的钻石模型进行调整,构建了创意产业国际竞争力理论模型和评价指标体系,并运用指数法对包括我国在内的七个代表国家的创意产业国际竞争力进行测评。在分析我国创意产业在国际竞争中的优劣势的基础上,运用比较静态分析方法进行模拟分析,指出了提升我国创意产业竞争力的路径和建议。     

领导愤怒表达如何影响员工创新过程投入——一个被调节的链式中介模型

基于EASI模型,结合情绪认知评价理论,构建中国组织情境下领导愤怒表达通过组织支持感与职场焦虑影响员工创新过程投入的链式中介模型,探讨正念的边界条件。研究结果表明：领导愤怒表达对员工创新过程投入具有负向影响;组织支持感和职场焦虑分别在领导愤怒表达对员工创新过程投入的负向影响中起中介作用及链式中介作用;员工正念通过缓和职场焦虑对创新过程投入的负向影响,进而调节组织支持感与职场焦虑的链式中介作用。该研究不仅有助于丰富领导愤怒情绪研究,也可为组织管理者完善情绪表达策略提供启发。     

谈创意产业发展中的知识产权保护问题

创意产业作为以知识产权为核心资产的新产业门类,正在成为全球经济和现代产业发展的一个新亮点而备受关注。知识产权是创意产业发展的基础,发展创意产业必须加强对知识产权的保护,以保障创意主体的合法权益,激发创意产业发展的活力。     

论创意产业成长的生态环境

创意产业的兴起是我国经济转型的一种必然选择。处于成长期的创意产业,存在产业链欠完整、资金制约突出、知识产权缺乏有效保护、抗风险水平低等问题。改善我国创意产业成长的生态环境,需要经营者提升自身素质,也需要行业组织在组织、协调、服务中为其排忧解难,需要政府在建立产业链、加强金融支持、健全法律法规、改善教育等方面,提供更多的政策和管理扶持。     

区域文化创意产业发展的空间策略——以大珠三角地区为例

经济的转型与发展离不开区域间的产业分工与合作,文化创意产业的兴起与发展不仅是区域经济发展的重要力量,也是促进经济增长的核心要素之一。大珠三角地区在逐步完成了快速的经济增长和工业化阶段以后,对经济的发展方式和城市化的质量提出了更高的要求。空间不仅是制约大珠三角地区发展的关键要素之一,也是区域文化创意产业发展的重要载体和政策手段。本文最后通过对大珠三角地区的研究,以文化经济学和经济地理学的相关理论为基础,以粤港澳三地的文化创意产业为主要分析对象,对三地文化创意产业的发展的现状进行剖析,并在此基础上对文化产业的空间分布进行定性分析,探讨区域文化创意产业发展的影响因素,找出合理的空间结构,为区域文化创意产业的发展提供政策建议和新的路径选择,同时也为区域经济的转型和发展研究提供新的理论视角。     

Linking transformational leadership and employee creativity in the hospitality industry: The influences of creative role identity,creative self-efficacy,and job complexity

Integrating transformational leadership, creativity and social cognitive theories, we explore the relationships among transformational leadership, creative role identity, creative self-efficacy, job complexity and creativity. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with bootstrapping estimation was conducted using data from 395 supervisor–employee dyads from international tourist hotels in Taiwan. The results show that supervisors' transformational leadership positively influenced employee creative self-efficacy and creativity. Moreover, creative role identity was found to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creative self-efficacy, while both creative role identity and creative self-efficacy were found to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creativity. Specifically, job complexity was found to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee creative role identity, the relationship between employee creative role identity and creative self-efficacy, and the relationship between employee creative self-efficacy and creativity. We discuss the implications of these results for research and practice in hospitality context.     

Controlled information destruction: the final frontier in preserving information security for every organisation

Information security represents the cornerstone of every data processing system that resides in an organisation’s trusted network, implementing all necessary protocols, mechanisms and policies to be one step ahead of possible threats. Starting from the need to strengthen the set of security services, in this article we introduce a new and innovative process named controlled information destruction (CID) that is meant to secure sensitive data that are no longer needed for the organisation’s future purposes but would be very damaging if revealed. The disposal of this type of data has to be controlled carefully in order to delete not only the information itself but also all its splinters spread throughout the network, thus denying any possibility of recovering the information after its alleged destruction. This process leads to a modified model of information assurance and also reconfigures the architecture of any information security management system. The scheme we envisioned relies on a reshaped information lifecycle, which reveals the impact of the CID procedure directly upon the information states.

澳大利亚布里斯班创意集聚区被国际创意产业界誉为创意集群的昆士兰模式。创意阶层吸引效应、创意溢出效应、网络协同效应和用户驱动创新效应是布里斯班创意集聚区的主要效应。中国创意集群应完善生活设施配套,建立集群协调组织,制定集群准入制度,重视展示设施建设,以充分发挥创意集群的效应。     

Internal And External Adjustment To New Technologies

Schumpeterian creative destruction occurs not only at the industry level, but also with each firm trying to maintain or improve its position in the technology race. Based on a rich data set on more than 4,000 German business units, this paper shows that the simultaneous occurrence of hiring and separations is more likely in firms with the most advanced technologies in use than in units more distant from the technological frontier. This positive relation between technological advance and creative destruction documented also by churning and ‘excess job reallocation equations - holds particularly in recovery years, while it is weak during a recession. The explanation provided for this finding in the paper is that firms can also improve technologies by upgrading machinery and/or retraining workers, and these ‘implementation’ costs arc likely to be lower during economic downturns.
