Beyond endorsements: The effect of celebrity Creative Directors on consumers’ attitudes toward the advertisement

Marketers are beginning to expand the roles that celebrities play in support of brands. Connections now go beyond the typical endorsement relationship to employing celebrities as Creative Directors. Study 1 demonstrates celebrity Creative Directors, as opposed to merely endorsers, result in increased attitudes toward the advertisement; an effect mediated by consumer perceptions of celebrity expertize and attenuated by skepticism toward advertising. Study 2 further investigates this phenomenon by considering whether it is the title of Creative Director that results in increased attitudes toward the advertisement or if consumers need to be made aware of the responsibilities associated with such a role. Results from Study 2 suggest that merely bestowing a celebrity with the title of Creative Director is not sufficient to enhance attitudes, the duties performed by the celebrity Creative Director must be made explicit.     

Leader humility,team humility and employee creative performance: The moderating roles of task dependence and competitive climate

In the unpredictable economic environment, both academics and professionals have been keen to identify effective leadership style that can induce more employee creative performance in work. Prior research has investigated different types of leadership styles and their consequences for employee behavior in work environments. In the recent management literature, humble leadership has been found to generate a number of positive behavioral outcomes among employees. However, relatively little is known about the influences of leader humility on team processes, or about the boundary conditions of these effects. The current study examined first, the relationships among leader humility, team humility and employee creative performance; and second, the moderating role of competitive climate in the moderation effect of task dependence in the relationship between team humility and employee creative performance. Hierarchical linear modeling was applied to analyze the cross-level data with 76 work teams and 531 employees. The results showed that leader humility exerts its impact on team humility, which in turn influences employee creative performance. The effect of team humility on employee creative performance was found to be strongest under high task dependence and high competitive climate. Practical implications regarding how to optimize the positive impact of leader humility are discussed.     

创新方法应用影响因素研究评述与展望

在澄清创新方法概念的基础上,通过筛选研究文献,应用CiteSpace Ⅲ分析了国外创新方法研究的总体特征与规律、学科分布、热点主题及演化脉络,着重剖析了创新方法的前因影响变量与结果变量,结合科技接受理论,构建了以创新者信任与感知为创新方法中介变量的作用机制模型。最后结合研究不足,提出未来研究展望。     

有激情的员工更能创新吗

员工创新绩效是衡量企业创新能力的重要标准。以创造力交互作用观为理论框架,从认知视角考察员工和谐型激情通过创造力自我效能感对创新绩效的作用机制及相应的情境机制。对492份问卷分析发现：和谐型激情对员工创新绩效有正向预测作用;创造力自我效能感中介了和谐型激情与创新绩效的关系;创新氛围感知既调节了和谐型激情与创造力自我效能感的关系,又调节了创造力自我效能感在和谐型激情与创新绩效之间的中介作用。研究结果揭示了员工情感与认知对提高创新绩效的重要意义。     

循环经济理论视野下的中国制造业与文化创意产业融合模式研究

基于循环经济理论和产业融合理念,探讨了制造业与文化创意产业融合模式的表现形式和实施路径。结果表明,融合模式由基于废物循环的融合模式、基于产品循环的融合模式向基于服务循环的融合模式演进。为此,需要通过税收调节、法律规制、建立产业融合行政管理部门进行体制创新;通过提高技术水平、融合技术平台、调整产业技术结构进行技术创新;通过发挥行业协会、科研院所服务功能,建立服务众包平台和专业化服务公司等方式进行服务创新。     

创新型城市试点的创新集聚效应分析：一项准自然实验

创新型城市试点是建设创新型国家、加强区域创新体系建设的重要途径,也是推动城市创新集聚的积极探索。基于2003—2018年地级市面板数据,运用多时点DID模型全面检验创新型城市试点的创新集聚效应与作用机制。结果表明,创新型城市试点政策显著提升城市创新集聚水平;试点政策对中、西部地区和大、中型城市创新集聚的促进作用更为显著。机制分析表明,试点政策通过匹配机会、创新公共设施共享及隐性知识溢出,对城市创新集聚产生正向中介效应,通过匹配质量和劳动力市场共享机制产生负向中介效应。     

人民币实际有效汇率变动对就业的影响——基于中国制造业企业层面的分析

汇率变动会影响到进出口产品（包括中间投入品）的价格,改变企业的出口竞争力和生产规模,进而影响企业对劳动力的需求,表现为就业创造和就业破坏两种效应。使用1998—2007年的微观企业面板数据和固定效应计量方法,并将实际有效汇率对就业的冲击分解为破坏效应和创造效应,分析人民币实际有效汇率变动对我国就业的溢出效应。结果表明,对于出口企业,实际有效汇率上升（人民币升值）的就业创造和就业破坏效应同时存在,且影响系数大致相当,其总体就业情况并没有受到实质性的影响;但人民币升值对我国制造业的整体劳动力需求会产生显著的负面冲击,加重就业压力。因此,当前人民币不宜大幅过快升值。     

创意经济评估分析与测量方法研究

对全球创意经济现状进行衡量是近年来各国的一致需求。以制定理性政策的必要条件为着眼点,用综述的方法探索和总结国际前沿的创意经济分析与测量方法。归纳创意经济系统的特点,指明创意经济不只是经济问题,而是涉及社会、文化和环境问题的综合系统。同时,针对中国创意经济现有评估体系及其面临的挑战,提出有针对性的对策建议和研究方向。     

创意产业园区升级过程中资源整合与双元能力演化路径

从组织能力演化的微观视角,探索创意产业园区资源整合对于双元能力演化路径的影响机制。对M50创意产业园区的纵向案例分析表明,资源整合过程为园区平衡发展探索能力和利用能力提供了资源基础,满足其两类能力发展对资源的竞争性需求。受资源整合过程影响,园区对政府资源、创意资源、园区资源的利用和探索能力的演化路径分别呈现出间断性均衡、协调发展和并行发展特征。另外,在探索活动中获得的新知识和新能力丰富了利用活动的内容。
