信贷经营形势与中国工商银行信贷经营策略

信贷业务在当前和今后一段时期内仍将是我国商业银行的核心业务和主要利润来源,而当前宏观、微观等诸多方面的变化使得银行的信贷经营面临着严峻的挑战.本文从分析江苏分行的信贷经营现状与矛盾问题入手,重点剖析了问题成因和经营形势,然后在对国外银行信贷经营经验进行借鉴的基础上,针对江苏分行的实际情况,提出了制定信贷战略规划、提升信贷经营理念、健全信贷政策体系、开展品牌建设与营销、实行全过程风险管理、积极开展信贷创新六个方面的对策建议.     

The Inequality of Regional Economic Development in China between 1991 and 2001

This paper measures the unequal development of the regional economies in China and investigates the primary factors leading to the inequality. The official data on China's regional GDP and the regional GDP of three industrial sectors from 1991–2001, as reported in the China Statistical Yearbook and A Statistical Survey of China, are adopted to calculate and decompose the Gini coefficient for each year. The primary finding is that the levels of inequality in China's regional economies clearly showed a slight upward trend after 1991. The inequality of the overall GDP is primarily attributed to the between-group effect rather than to the within-group effect. It is also found that the regional inequality of the secondary industry sector's development accounted for half of the overall inequality. Thus, this study suggests that it is crucial for China to formulate and adhere to policies that will help it to develop the economy more equally among all areas and to develop the secondary industry sector among all regions/provinces in order to overcome the important issue of the inequality in regional economic development.

试论新经济形势下企业管理发展趋势

当今的经济形势日渐纷繁复杂多变,企业管理应该如何作相应调整,企业的管理发展趋势又将如何把握,这就是我们眼下要解决的问题。结合目前的世界经济形势,本文着重从企业科学化管理、企业信息化管理、现代资金管理、企业文化管理、以及企业的战略化管理等方面进行了分析,同时根据当前的经济发展态势,加入了新的管理思想,以完善相关研究。     

Social networks,rule of law and economic growth in China: The elusive pursuit of the right combination of private and public ordering

Social networks have always been an integral part of every society. However, they are different and play a more prominent role in Asian societies. In particular, it will be argued that the relationship of private ordering, networks of relationships, and informal law to formal law are necessary in addition to rule of law for a sustained economic growth. This is evident in how various Asian countries escaped the financial crisis that crippled the region. Rather than an analysis of several different Asian societies, China will be the main focus.     

Evolutionary dynamics on infinite strategy spaces

Summary. The study of evolutionary dynamics was so far mainly restricted to finite strategy spaces. In this paper we show that this unsatisfying restriction is unnecessary. We specify a simple condition under which the continuous time replicator dynamics are well defined for the case of infinite strategy spaces. Furthermore, we provide new conditions for the stability of rest points and show that even strict equilibria may be unstable. Finally, we apply this general theory to a number of applications like the Nash demand game, the War of Attrition, linear-quadratic games, the harvest preemption game, and games with mixed strategies. 如果缺少对立体印刷（3DP）技术的研究经验将难以开发一种新型的应用于此领域的材料系统,因为立体印刷的灵活性要求其具有大量材料参数和工艺参数。本文详细介绍了开发立体印刷工艺的各个实施步骤,以及各个步骤中使用到的工具和注意事项。该材料系统的开发流程可以加深对立体印刷工艺的理解,帮助用户充分利用立体印刷的相对灵活性,加速新材料系统的发展。同时,本文以应用立体印刷材料系统开发高致密陶瓷牙制品为例,介绍立体印刷的灵活性。     

Farmers’ risk preferences and their climate change adaptation strategies in the Yongqiao District,China

Farmers’ risk preferences play an important role in agricultural production decisions. This study characterizes risk preferences among farmers in Yongqiao and determines how these risk preferences are related to their choices regarding climate change adaptation strategies. We find that most farmers in the study area were aware of climate change. They were taking measures to protect their livelihoods against perceived changes to the local climate. The risk experiment result shows that the representative subject was risk averse, and women were more risk averse than men. The relationships between farmers’ risk preferences and different climate change adaptation choices were different. Farmers’ risk aversion was negatively and significantly related with adaptation strategies on planting new crop varieties and adopting new technology, but it had a significantly positive effect on purchasing weather index crop insurance. The results also indicate that the level of education, farming experience, farm size, household income and perception of climate change impacts influence farmers’ adaptation decisions.
