本研究构建了企业社会责任战略模式的演进模型,将演进过程划分为起步、参与、整合和可持续发展四个阶段,并从战略意图、目标承诺、责任主题确认、利益相关者关系、管理措施、透明度和绩效评价七个维度对企业社会责任战略模式的演进阶段进行界定。以中远集团为例,对其2006—2011年度企业社会责任战略模式的演进过程进行了分析和判定。研究认为,企业社会责任战略规划的制定要在企业社会责任工作推进之初提上日程,并配以相应的资源,推动企业社会责任工作系统、规范、持续地前进。本研究所探讨的企业社会责任战略模式演进问题,对促进企业社会责任与战略管理领域的融合具有重要意义。 相似文献

相关研究表明,影响企业绩效的首要驱动要素是企业在多个子产业及其细分市场中的产品组合,而非企业在该产业的市场份额,为此,企业须采取组群创新方式以动态优化其产品组合。与单一创新不同,组群创新的多重性、动态性和协同性等特征使得企业在动态调整合作网络时面临很大挑战,组群创新形态下企业合作网络的时变性特征极为显著,随着多个创新项目的发展和不同类型创新的引入,企业合作网络在时间序列上频频出现结构性变化,企业合作网络动态控制能力决定其创新资源的动态配置,并进而影响各个创新子网络之间的协同效应。 相似文献

R &D strategic alliance is important for enterprises' sustainable development and it is a worth research for us. This paper firstly analyzes the condition and situation of tho small and medium-sized enterprises' strategic alliance. Then it points out that the small and medium-sized enterprises should choose a sttieable alliance organization, ally themselves with big enterprises, strive for the support of the government, and develop their technology through technology unions. Finally, it suggests that the government should create better innovation environment for R&D strategic, alliance. A new way is also put forward for the applicotion and foundation of the small and medium-sized enterprises ' R&D ,strategic alliance in China. This paper seeks to provide a new economic strategy for the United States while considering a range of development-related impediments to the country’s recent economic performance. It is argued here that strategic industrial policy needs to come to the center stage if local production growth, competency upgrading, and competitiveness improvement are to be aggressively pursued. The first section outlines the present context of the US economy by discussing economic and socio-cultural aspects. This paper reports the findings of two experimental investigations into the efficacy of a causal cognitive mapping procedure as a means for overcoming cognitive biases arising from the framing of strategic decision problems. In Study 1, final year management studies undergraduate students were presented with an elaborated strategic decision scenario, under one of four experimental conditions: positively vs. negatively framed decision scenarios, with prechoice vs. postchoice mapping task orders (i.e., participants were required to engage in cognitive mapping before or after making a decision). As predicted, participants in the postchoice mapping conditions succumbed to the framing bias whereas those in the prechoice mapping conditions did not. Study 2 replicated and extended these findings in a field setting, on a sample of senior managers, using a decision scenario that closely mirrored a strategic dilemma currently facing their organization. Taken together, the findings of these studies indicate that the framing bias is likely to be an important factor in strategic decision making, and suggest that cognitive mapping provides an effective means of limiting the damage accruing from this bias. This article develops theory about an agency problem affecting the strategic human capital (SHC) of the firm. It proposes three categories of SHC‐related choices managers must make that imply a trade‐off between near‐ and long‐term performance. Dispersed shareholding, firm coverage by securities analysts, and their practice of publishing quarterly earnings forecasts are argued to entail a bias in management incentives, shifting the balance in this trade‐off toward near‐term performance. To restore the balance, securities analysts would need to distinguish transitory from recurring effects of SHC‐related choices in their valuation models (e.g., treating certain labor cost savings during cyclical downturns as transitory). Restoring the balance would also require them to anticipate long‐term effects in their long‐term earnings forecasts (e.g., long‐term positive effects of retaining employees with valuable skills during cyclical downturns). The article discusses specific transitory cost effects and long‐term effects they could potentially take into account. The skills and incentives needed by analysts to account for such effects are argued to vary across firm segments. 相似文献
