人力资源管理外包供应商的选择指标实证研究

20世纪70年代以来,企业开始将一些非战略性人力资源管理工作转为外包运营,但如何选择合适的外包供应商,既能使企业可以利用外包创造价值,又能将风险减至最低,成为许多企业面对的难题。文章针对该问题以适合企业实际操作为目标,随机选取广东上市公司和在广东设立分支机构的世界500强企业的60家大型企业发放问卷,根据回收的53份问卷,探索性提出了一套由六个一级指标和十五个二级指标组成的人力资源外包供应商选择评价指标体系。     

FDI location choice of Chinese multinationals in East and Southeast Asia: Traditional economic factors and institutional perspective

This paper investigates the factors determining foreign direct investment (FDI) location choices of Chinese multinational firms. We developed a conceptual framework that synthesizes traditional economic factors and institutional perspective. Then several hypotheses were developed in line with the framework and empirically tested using panel data of Chinese outward FDI to eight economies in East and Southeast Asia across a time period of thirteen years. Our findings suggest that institutional factors demonstrate a higher level of significance, complexity and diversity in determining FDI location choice in comparison with economic factors, while both types of factors influence the FDI location choice of Chinese multinational firms. We also found that the FDI location choices of Chinese firms have a dynamic nature, as statistical evidence indicates a heterogeneous response of Chinese FDI towards different economic groups and during different time periods.     

独董与其他高管的公司治理作用有差异吗？——基于政治关联与审计契约视角的检验

以2007—2011年A股非金融保险业上市公司为样本,从政治关联与审计契约角度揭示独立董事与其他高管在公司治理中的差异。研究发现:在审计师选择方面,独立董事存在政治关联的企业倾向于选择高质量的审计服务,其他高管存在政治关联的企业倾向于选择低质量的审计服务。结合对审计费用考察发现,其他高管存在政治关联的企业选择较低质量审计服务的同时却支付相对较高的审计费用,但又并没有支付显著高于独立董事存在政治关联的企业选择高质量审计服务时支付的审计费用。     

Foreign Direct Investment in the Enlarged EU: Do Taxes Matter and to What Extent?

Foreign direct investment is of increasing importance in the European Union. This paper estimates the effect of taxes on foreign direct investment (FDI) flows and on three sub-components of these flows for the countries of the enlarged European Union. The model in the spirit of gravity equations robustly explains FDI flows between the 25 member states. Sample selection needs to be addressed in the estimation. We show that the different subcomponents of FDI should and indeed do react differently to taxes. After controlling for unobserved country characteristics and common time effects, the top statutory corporate tax rate of both, source and host country, turn insignificant for total FDI and investment into equity. However, high source country taxes clearly increase the probability of firms to re-invest profits abroad and lower the percentage of debt financed FDI. This might reflect profit re-allocation to avoid taxes. Market size factors have the expected signs.

农业清洁生产的经济学分析

无论从对自然环境的破坏程度还是污染程度来讲,农业都不亚于工业,在一些方面甚至超过工业,因此,治理农业污染,推行清洁生产,不仅是必要的,而且势在必行。在农业清洁生产过程中存在不完全信息的情况,这使生产者和消费者产生逆向选择,最终影响到农业清洁生产的发展。文章试图用信息经济学的理论分析农业清洁生产中的不完全信息问题,并提出了解决的建议。     

Diminishing effects of location? Some evidence from Swiss municipalities, 1950–2000

This paper analyzes how location has affected, in the second half of the twentieth century, the population growth of 2889 municipalities in Switzerland. The analysis demonstrates the temporal relativity of location attributes, even for small territorial divisions, such as the Swiss cantons. However, we also show that, both absolute and relative location attributes have weakened over time as population growth predictors, apparently due to improving road infrastructures, and growing motorization. The study has been made possible by a detailed historical population and accessibility database available for Swiss municipalities. To the best of our knowledge, no database of such scope and quality is available for any other European country.

基于快铁融合的上海铁路集装箱快运站选址研究

快铁融合可以充分发挥快递企业和铁路运输的优势,有效提升物流作业效率,达到运输资源分配平衡的效果,是多元化运输的发展方向。在既有和计划建设的铁路货运站中选择铁路集装箱快运站与快递企业集散网络衔接,以快递企业时间满意度和集散运输成本为目标,构建基于时间满意度的铁路集装箱快运站选址模型,以上海铁路集装箱快运站为例进行实证分析,提出保证铁路集装箱快运站与快递企业合理衔接的对策,为铁路集装箱运输融入快递市场提供决策支持,加速快铁融合的实施。     

供应链合作伙伴的逆向选择问题

供应链合作关系中存在不少风险。合作企业之间的信息不对称,未来事项不确定性和复杂性和因此造成的合同不完全性,使道德风险和逆向选择问题在合作中难以避免。文中从解决逆向选择问题角度,研究供应链合作伙伴选择问题。     

单螺杆泵的合理选择研究

为合理选择单螺杆泵,将螺杆泵抽油井作为一个大的生产系统,把油层、套管、油管、井下螺杆泵机组和井口作为5个子系统,利用系统节点分析法,确定出泵的工作载荷,并根据油井的实际工作参数,对泵特性曲线进行换算。由油井工作参数和单螺杆泵输油特性曲线对比可知,单螺杆泵的特性曲线和油井工作参数配合最好的情况是:油井的工作点应位于泵特性曲线Q0-H0的下面,而且在高效区的开始处。实践证明,采用这种方法选泵,既能保证油井的产量,又能明显地提高单螺杆泵整套装置的效率,还能延长泵的使用寿命。
