The ethical problems between law and power： A conceptual framework of business moral conduct

The concept of business ethics ranges from respect of the obligatory law, to attention to mutually shared ethical rules, to the collective well being, and as far as philanthropy. Due to such a heterogeneity of interpretations, it proves useful to attempt to define the concept of moral problems by establishing their contents and limits. Such a matter proves to be of primary importance： Firstly, to be able to establish which situations have underlying questions of ethical implications; Secondly, to be able to evaluate the moral conduct of the company. The objective of this present work is twofold： （1） Identify the distinctive components of an ethical problem; （2） Prepare a support instrument for management to use in the monitoring process of the ethical dimension of the company.

The performance of British manufacturing in the Post-War long boom

This article questions the notion which has gained ground recently in the writing of Booth and others that British manufacturing did not fail in the post-Second World War long boom, 1950–1973. By all the traditional measures of performance – output growth rates, productivity growth rates and levels, exports, and profitability – it can be re-affirmed that British manufacturing was out-competed by her rivals. Booth, Broadberry and others have also argued that manufacturing is of less importance to economic growth than services; this too is questioned.     

浅析建筑企业施工管理费费率的确定

建设工程工程量清单计价规范(GB50500-2008)已于2008-12-01正式实施,规范对清单模式下的投标抱价活动中相关术语做了相应界定,其中将标底正式更正为招标控制价。招标控制价的界定,为招投标活动的合理有效进行铺平了道路。对投标人来说,接踵而来的是投标报价让利问题。如果投标人对自己施工过的项目的管理费用没有具体的量化指标,在施工竟标中将处于劣势。本文站在投标人立场,讨论施工企业管理费率的合理确定问题。     

Business Ethics and Accounting Information. An Analysis of the Spanish Code of Best Practice

The main purpose of this article is to analyse one aspect of Spanish business ethics: the role of the transparency and quality of the economic and financial information given to meet the demands and requirements of shareholders. To that end we concentrate firstly on analysing the Spanish capital market and the situation of shareholders prior to the publication in February 1988 of the Code of Best Practice for Spanish Companies, drawn up by a Special Committee created at the request of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. We analyse the importance of the behaviour and actions of three groups which are fundamental to assuring quality and transparency of information: those who prepare financial statements, the Board of Directors (particularly the Audit Committee) and the external auditors. Finally, we look at the possible consequences of the Code of Best Practice on Spanish business ethics.     

宽带无线接入网中的RS编译码硬件解决方案

提出了欧氏算法和IDFT相结合的RS码流式解码方案,并在FPGA芯片上予以实现。计算机仿真和实测表明,该方案在GF(28)的符号速率可达50MHz以上,最大延时为640ns,满足了高速宽带无线接入网中抗干扰编译码的需求。     

一种高效的Turbo码硬件实现算法

针对Turbo码译码实现中硬件消耗、时延和纠错性能之间的矛盾，对Turbo码硬件实现中的译码算法进行了优化研究，提出了一种基于MAX-Log-MAP算法的高效Turbo码硬件实现算法。实验表明，本文所实现的Turbo码是硬件消耗与译码性能的良好折衷。     

我国基金风格资产收益长记忆性分析——基于修正R/S方法的研究

证券市场是个典型的非线性复杂系统。本文运用修正R/S分析法对我国基金风格资产收益单一分形的基本统计特征进行检验,并与经典R/S方法进行对比分析。研究结果表明:在日、周、月等三种时间标度下Hurst指数均显著大于0.5,表现为持久相关性特征,说明股市风格具有长记忆性;从经典R/S分析结果看,我国股市风格具有显著的分形结构特征,风格资产指数收益率序列具有长记忆性,不同风格资产的业绩具有不同的周期性。     

物联网技术在农产品物流中的应用探讨

物联网技术是近几年国家科技发展的重点,其在各个领域的应用是未来科技发展的大趋势。文章简要介绍了物联网技术的概念及发展过程,结合物联网技术对现代农产品物流的影响,通过对我国农业物流中存在的农产品物流技术设备落后,信息流通缓慢等问题的分析,探讨在新型农业贸易中运用物联网技术的发展前景,为在物联网时代更好地发展现代农业贸易提出建议。
