隐藏在线损长期偏高背后的主要原因是人为的窃电行为,而窃电行为的确认难点在于窃电现场的取证相当困难,我们现有的用电检查技术手段和方法,很难取得有效的窃电证据对窃电分子依法惩处。文章提出了一种综合目前前沿技术的网络远程视频取证系统,采用新方法、新技术对窃电现场进行网络集中监控、实时报警、录制、保存、传送视频数据,通过实际应用,提供了窃电现场司法认可的证据,有效解决了反窃电工作中取证难而造成的被动局面。 相似文献

Herbert Simon's 1967 article ‘The business school: a problem in organizational design’ anticipated many of the challenges business schools face today. Critics charge business schools with failing to realize their primary purpose, that is, to produce professional managers. This article revisits what Simon advocated with regard to a core feature of this professionalism, the production of essential management knowledge, and the process of educating people in applying it. With Simon as a guide, this article outlines educational and research interventions to help business schools realize their founding purpose. In doing so, it addresses the distinctive knowledge products that business school research can contribute to the management profession. This article examines the asymmetric/discriminative effects of investor attention on expected stock returns among 15 markets through economic expansions and recessions. The predictive power of attention tends to be short-lived and weakens the autocorrelation within returns. Accounting for business cycles not only confirms that the predictability of attention endures with volatility but also explicates the asymmetric effects that underlying pessimism functions better. International evidence contributes to the literature on investor attention and reveals the discrepant effects of attention with three levels of market efficiency: semi-strong, stronger than semi-strong, and weak. 相似文献

The greater competitiveness of a firm improves the chances of its success. Likewise, countries are constantly attempting to improve their travel and tourism competitiveness to attract global tourists. In this study, we present a theoretical framework linking the culture of a country and its travel and tourism competitiveness. We adopted the theoretical foundation of global leadership and organizational behavior effectiveness (GLOBE) cultural values and practices to examine the panel effects of culture on competitiveness. We conducted a longitudinal study by using secondary data of 39 countries from 2011 to 2021. Results show that the culture of a country influence its travel and tourism competitiveness. Furthermore, we provide empirical evidence by performing longitudinal frontier analysis to determine which GLOBE model, that is, cultural practices or cultural values, is appropriate for future studies. While data-driven innovation capabilities have received considerable attention from academics and practitioners, there is insufficient longitudinal evidence on how they might contribute to improved marketing agility and competitive advantage. In this study, we make a preliminary effort to address this gap by developing a model based on the dynamic capabilities view. We also explore the moderating effects of market turbulence on the link among marketing agility and competitive advantage. We used two-waves data (T = 677 and T+1 = 569) and the cross-lagged panel approach was utilised to analyse the longitudinal data. Our findings provide robust empirical evidence on the causal and predictive temporal impact of data driven innovation capabilities on marketing agility and competitive advantage. It also indicated that marketing agility mediates this relationship over time. Moreover, the analysis suggested that market turbulence reinforce the influence of marketing agility on competitive advantage. We provided significant implications for theory and practice. 相似文献

Merger control impacts the type of merger projects that are submitted, as well as the information provided by the merging parties upon assessment. In this paper, we consider the outcomes in terms of selection of merger types and evidence provision of alternative timings for merger review, pre- or postconsummation of the merger. We show that the selection effect induced by the ex post merger review is welfare-improving due to the deterrence of the most anticompetitive merger projects. In contrast, the welfare impact of evidence provision under ex post assessment is ambiguous. Balancing these two effects makes possible the welfare comparison between the ex ante and the ex post merger policy enforcement. 相似文献
