口述材料的档案属性及档案在修志中的利用

本文以新的视野论述了“档案”涵盖范围的新概念，应包括两个方面的内涵：一是社会实践活动直接形成的文件和材料；二是基于社会实践而产生的口述材料，前者是档案的基本组成部分，后者是档案的必要补充部分，二者同样具有知识形态的历史记录的属性。历史档案和口述材料的利用，必须认真考订，辩明其真伪错讹；史料入书要惜墨如金，达到文约而事丰的效果。

在全面了解国内外物流业发展状况的基础上，提出了我国发展物流业的措施。

基于MFCA的废弃物回收优先排序方法及应用研究

随着资源环境问题的日益凸显,废弃物回收再利用引起了广泛关注。基于物质流成本会计（MFCA）及物质流转平衡原理,建立了将隐性成本嵌入生产工序流程的废弃物回收优先排序方法。为了验证该方法的实用性及科学性,以A钢铁企业为例进行了案例研究。结果表明：根据各工序环节的隐性成本测算结果可以确立废弃物回收优先次序,该方法能有效促进A钢铁企业环保效益与经济效益协同提升。     

从物质思维到信息思维：互联网时代产品创新模式

传统的产品创新立足于物质思维,创新活动围绕物质实体直接变换或改进展开,而信息、能量对物质的能动作用被“屏蔽”,三者遵循“物质→能量→信息”演进路径,产品虚拟价值被忽略,创新过程显现出封闭性、边界性、控制性等特征。信息思维下的物质、能量、信息处于“等量齐观”的位置,产品创新遵循“信息能量物质”双向路径,三者共同参与实体价值与虚拟价值协同互动过程,产品创新显现出开放性、联系性、自然涌现性等特征。作为互联网时代的成功典范,小米公司产品创新模式契合信息思维应用趋势,其现象级成功为企业运用信息思维开展产品创新提供了思路借鉴。     

Critical Political Economy and Material Transformation

The starting point for this paper is that critical political economy needs to take up the challenge that originates in Marx's seminal contributions of conceptualising the economy as both processes of value creation and processes of material transformations. This is because, inter alia, the successful production of commodities requires knowledge of their constituent materials and their potential transformations and the ways in which these can be managed through the production process to allow the creation of surplus value and profits. Using the steel and automobile industries as an example, I show how a wide range of materials can be produced with a variety of desirable properties through careful control of the production process. Sophisticated management of the production process depends upon the knowledge of the properties of the materials and of the ways in which these can be combined and transformed to give types of steels with particular desired combination of properties. Capitalist interests have increasingly shaped the processes of R&D through which knowledge about the materials, their properties and their transformations has been developed and deployed to produce profits via producing steel and – inter alia – automobiles.     

Using inverted Engel curves to estimate material standards of living in a household

This article demonstrates how to estimate latent total consumption expenditure or material standard of living in households by inverting estimated Engel curves. While the conventional estimator, total purchase expenditure, is unbiased for latent total household consumption expenditure, it is not variance minimizing since it is an un-weighted sum. In two stages, this article derives a variance-minimizing, unbiased estimator by first estimating and inverting Engel curves; then combining the estimators from the inverted Engel curves. The employed latent variable method allows for utilization of non-expenditure relations. The suggested method may help improve the accuracy in studies of consumption inequality and tax evasion.

文中从建筑施工企业传统建筑物料采购管理模式的弊端出发,利用矩阵分析法将建筑物料分为战略型、重要型、一般型和瓶颈型物料,相对应的将供应商分为战略型、重要型、普通型和技术型供应商,并结合供应链管理的先进理论,针对不同类型的物料进行了不同的采购管理模式研究.
